I was very satisfied with my experience. The staff welcomed us and accommodated us when our plans changed and we needed an extra hour for checkout. I will definitely stay here again in the future Thank you Kolleen

Plenty of real hot water and room was very warm. Reserved a small room that was not available on arrival and was upgraded to a larger room at no additional cost.

The rooms were not very clean and the wallpaper was peeling from the walls. It was well heated and had hot water, but that is about it. There were shady people (guests I believe) hanging out in the parking lot making noise until late. Would not return to this hotel.

I would not recommend this Hotel. The grounds and hallways were in need of repair. The hallways were full of cobwebs and spiders. When we went to our room there was a refrigerator barring the way to the bathroom, it was unplugged and dirty. The hotel staff were in the next room so I went and asked for it to be removed, they acted like I was asking for […] the earth to be moved. The check in lady was very friendly and kind. The matress was very uncomfortable the remote for tv did not work. I could hear something chewing in the wall I assume it was a squarl as there were many around. If your looking for a place to crash it will do. I did feel safe and was quite there. Needs updating.

This hotel should not be included in future hotel.com searches. It was very unclean. The towels all had stains on them (yellow/orange stains... rust, blood?) and were dirty with hand prints. There was rust on most of the metal surfaces in the bathroom, the tub was not cleaned (several hairs and dirt). The window frame in the room was broken (it came […] off in our hands when we tried to open it). There was a cracked light plate cover as well as an outlet that did not work (where the hair dryer was supposed to be plugged into). The blankets on the bed were stained with white crusty stuff (ew.). The air conditioner vent was covered in dust. After choosing to stay overnight in the hotel, we skipped the continental breakfast for fear of food poisoning - the spreads were in large containers that were re-filled without being cleaned, very poor quality of food. The hotel was old and not too updated but it did have a microwave, refrigerator, and, at my request, an iron. I brought my own blankets and pillows and that made it a better stay. The pool was clean, and if I asked for anything, I got it. I did get clean towels and such each day and I saved the price of the stay again for choosing this hotel over others. […] The area was interesting and close to where I needed to be. This Hotel did not live up to it's name. While it was not worste hotel that I have stayed in, It is far from the best. If you are looking for inexpensive and will to stay in place that is not spotless, then this is the place for you.

The pool was being worked on and we were not told that. We pulled up and there was no water in the pool. We wanted that so we could site see and then relax by the pool before bed. That was not happening. They supplied only soap for the shower no shampoo or condintion had to go buy those. No alam clock or any clock in the room wi-fi service was bad you […] could connect just long enough to get on a page and it would disconnect. could not connet to do anything. We chose this hotel because of its price. It was the closest location between our 2 points (Saturday & Sunday) that was listed on hotels.com. The pool was not in order so that was disappointing. Otherwise, check in/out was a breeze. Breakfast was beautifully laid out. The location was within walking distance of many fast food restaurants & a quick 5 […] minute drive to downtown. This was the worst hotel I've ever been in. The toilet seat slid around, the walls of the bathroom had lots of mold on them and on the ceiling and shower curtain. The bed was a lumpy as it could ever be. This was not America's Best.

Very dirty, poor upkeep, mold, broken lights, doors did not lock, unclean linens, VERY SMALL

My friend and I drove up from NYC and made arrangements to stay for two nights. Once we got in the room, we felt it looked "sketchy" but we didn't want to "judge a book by it's cover". Anyway upon getting ready to lay down my friend took off the top cover and her actual blanket was DIRTY!!! it had spots and stains all over it. At this point I checked […] my bed which was clean (as far as I could see). I slept with my clothes on (not even PJS) and stood for the night because I was too tired to remain alert while driving. When we spoke to the front desk of getting a new cover they said they didn't have any and we would need to wait until tomorrow. The next day my friend and I got dressed as fast as we could and checked out. I did not even want to lay out my clothes on the bed. I slept stiff in one postion all night.. Save your money!!! The room was dated and smelled very horribly. Itchy in bed all nite though probably dust mites, saw no bed bugs. Needless to say did not sleep well!

This easy to find hotel provided a basic room for a cheap price. Unfortunately, the room was not ready for occupation and it took all night to heat the room and no additional blankets were available in the room. The bathroom and vanity were also in poor condition. Our room was clean, quiet, and at a comfortable temperature. Beds were great. No supplies were lacking. Area around the hotel was walkable, and there were a variety of fast food and other restaurants nearby. I would choose this hotel again.

Less than an hour from Stratton Ski Resort, the best price ever, with a full-size refrigerator and a microwave in our room! Very nice people running the place. Perfectly sufficient for the price, and clean.

Was much better than expected. Will stay there again. The lady at the front desk was very nice and the lobby/breakfast room was decorated beautifully for the holidays. After reading reviews online, I was a little leary, but was pleasantly surprised.

Cheap, beaten down, small. Perfect place to crash for a night on the way to N VT to go skiing or something. My stay wasn't unpleasant..

for theprice it was okay. i wanted a cheap clean room and that is what I got. no complaints.

The Hotel was clean and service was good. The only problem we had was the bathtub had some hair in it. I went to the front desk and they sent housekeeping right away. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The location is great it was right off the exit and about a quarter of mile down the road. The old expression "you get what you pay for" applies here. The place is rather run down and not as clean as it could be. The price was considerable higher than the last time we stayed there two years ago; but the condition of the place was worse. We were sorry to see it had deteriorated even more. For example, the chain lock on the door was broken, […] the towel bar was missing, and there were holes in the bathroom door. There is a limited free breakfast in the office area. However, you couldn't have both toasters on the buffet table going at the same time if the TV was on, because it would trip the circuit breaker! You can imagine how well that went over with the line of people waiting to make toast. We prefer simple motels to fancier places, but I'm afraid we won't be going back there again. The owners were very friendly and had a nice little breakfast with good coffee. It's a cheap hotel and that's what we expected... the bed and furniture were old, the wallpaper was peeling and the place definitely needs a facelift, but everything worked, it was clean, and what else can you expect for the cheapest hotel in town?

Great location, but definately would not recommend. Looks like a party hotel. The furniture was broken, the carpet, chairs were all stained. Was gonna use the microwave to heat a heating pad and decided did not want to put anything in it, because who know when it was cleaned last.
