So I decided to try this hotel because it was so close to MAGIC MTN. less than 4 miles away, 5 minute drive. The location is perfect. Right off the I-5, Has a Ralph's grocery store across the street, the WoodRanch BBQ Restaurant, tons of other big boxes like staples, Ross, other smaller chains like chinese food, etc...Safe and clean looking area. The […] hotel was rennovated recently so it's nice and clean, rooms are clean and comfortable. The AC/Heater unit is loud, you can't sleep through it. The air there smells funny for some reason, like a strong lysol smell. spacious rooms with cable tv. continental breakfeast is just oatmeal, oranges and apples and 2 selections of coffee. The service was weird. They sent me to a room that wasn't even made yet. no pens or notepads in the room to write with, no do not disturb sign in the room. vending machines were expensive. the room are in needed of paint they also needed cover on the electric outlet covers or missing there was patches and the phone jack in the bathroom was off the wall . the paint around the shower was pilling up and smelling of mold

The hotel was nice and in a nice area. But once we got into our room it was extremely disapointing to see that the room was under revovation. The curtain was laying across the bed and after driving for 5 hours the last thing I was expecting to do was hang curtains. There were dirty drywall nails on top of the clean towels and other metal objects on […] the counter space. We also discovered the coofee maker was missing. Was very unhappy and disappointed with my stay at this hotel. When I checked in i noticed a bad smell, opened the windows and tried to get beyond it - when my daughter came they mentioned the strong smell also - in the morning the shower did not work and was forced to take a bath instead - the hotel did nothing when I mentioned my problems I would […] suggest you spend $10 more and go to a quality hotel who care about the guests. The people were rude, the beds were falling apart. The shower leaked, tv was small. Paid extra for kitchen, we were afraid to use dishes, there was no soap to wash with. There was no hair dryer. No ice machine. Smelled like cigerettes. Very UNCOMFORTABLE!

The room was dirty and who knows what was on the shower curtain!

By no means is there anything spectacular about the hotel. surrounding neighborhood is a little scay - stayed one night when we were passing through Cali from WA to AZ and wanted to go to 6 flags. Comforter was raggity, bed was thin covering over springs, was told breakfast was going to have "sausage mcmuffin "- so I figured would have scrambled eggs […] and sausage patties - there was no meat on the menu. There was boiled eggs, cereal, pastry, bagels, only hot food item was waffles- but was free, coffee, juice milk. Staff was nice, pool was nice & cool - no parking cost but didnt feel safe having my car in a non secured area. this would be on a lower scare than motel 6. Service was horrible. The lady At check in didn't know what she was doing and was talking to her friends the whole time. We finally got our keys only to realize that the room they gave us already had someone in it so we had to go back to the front desk to get another room. There was a spider in the bathroom crawling across the mirror when I opened the door to take a shower. The shower curtain was so thin and cheap that the water coming from the extremely high pressured shower head literally made puddles of water on the floor of the bathroom. Although there was a kitchen in the room, I never used it. When it was time for […] bed I unconvered the sheets and realized that the sheets and top blanket were well used. Holes in the blanket revealing every material used in manufacturing it, and the sheets were plentiful of stains and plain old nastiness. When I woke up, and I must say the mattress and pillows were decent for a one night stay, I called the front desk to see if I could obtain some toiletries, and was promptly instructed by the front desk to come down and get them myself. Service? There was none. On a bright side there was an iron and ironing board that worked perfectly, but the television was very outdated along with the horrific bed sheets described above. I would not go there again, I would not recommend anyone else going there, unless of course there are some major issues resolved and management get their butts off the front desk chair in order to provide service. It was a perfect location, close to every destinations you wanted to visit. One thing that I hope that they can fix, there is no ventilations in the bathroom, and they did not even bother to tell to us. Aside from those minor problem, overall the hotel was considered one of the best hotels.

My husband and I picked this hotel for it's cheap price for a last minute find and it's location to six flags magic mountain. When we got there the front desk didn't greet my husband. We got there an hour And a half early before actual checkin and the front desk couldn't decide what time to tell my husband and I to come back. They also told him the […] room wasnt ready and they were backed up. For one the lot was not that full for this hotel. We were a bit irritated. We finally come back around the check in time and the odor all around the hotel is ridiculous! We get into our room and for 1. The room was super hot along with a nasty stench. 2. We find used toothpicks around the room. 3. The tvs definetly need to he upgraded. U can't even turn the tv on with the button on the tv u have to use the remote! All in all for a one night stay it was ok. Big nice king size bed although pillows sucked. We had a full kitchen in our room which was useful. Honestly though I would not recommend this hotel. Exterior and interior isn't great a super 8 motel might even be better! The location however works well with all the shopping areas and six flags right down the road! Lees meer

We wanted just a one night stay since we were taking our daughter to college. The bed was the hardest bed that I have ever slept on. Did not get much sleep AT ALL. The covers on the bed barely fit the bed so when you were laying in the bed, you hardly had any covers especially if you were not in the bed alone. This hotel has beautiful large rooms! The staff is super friendly and the hotel is very quiet and clean. we will definately stay there again! The price was very reasonable

The room it self was in ok condition. The lobby was ok, but the halls smell like a smokers house. The bathroom was full of mold. The bath was leaking. Will not stay at this hotel again.

Room kind of small, no pool,

very close to Six Flags, lots of restaurants nearby. The carpet was dirty/sticky and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Won't stay there again.

I found this to be what I would call a middle-of-the-road hotel. Nice but not really nice in terms of the condition of the building and room. The service was good but not super special. But the location is great - close to a number of nice restaurants and shopping areas. It's just a place to stay for the night with a nice kitchen.

everything was ok, except for the A/C in the room. It was a hot night in Valencia,CA....and I had the unit running all night and it seemed to never get cool.

This hotel is right off the highway. 3 miles from six flags, 40 minutes to the closest beach is Santa Monica or 30minutes to Hollywood so the location is excellent. The staff were overly friendly and helpful. The kitchenette was perfect for our needs except they don't have non stick pans so it smoked and the fire alarm went off. I had to go buy a pan. […] There's no room service. Beds are ok. The price was affordable but there's no gym or pools. I'd stay again if we went to Magic Mountain again. I read the negative reviews before I booked but me and my 2 teen daughters have nothing negative to say during our 4 day stay. Lees meer

first off, no pool or hot tub. that for me was a big downer. but it was a good price, and its next to some great resraunts. also, staff was helpful.

When we checked into the hotel everything seemed clean and the hotel clerk was very nice. We then went to our room and started to get ready for bed since it was already late. Once we pulled back the covers to get into bed I noticed a hair on the sheets by my pillow. One hair I can deal with, it probably got stuck with the laundry and went through the […] washer. But then my husband moved my pillow and underneath was over a dozen hairs. It seemed as if maybe they had just turned over the pillow from the last customer. We imediately asked for another room and they gave it to us no problem. The second room was clean but all I could think about was hair in the bed. And to top it off the mattresses are as stiff as boards, they are not comfortable at all. You would think that a hotel which expects you to stay for long periods of time "Extended Stay of America" would give you a good quality mattress. This was not our experience. Lees meer

Well the hotel was in a perfect location. However the TV was not working. I was trying to rest after flying in from Hawaii and watch the Laker Game. Well the first TV (tube) was humming real loud. And the picture looked as if I was watching a 3D TV without the glasses and there was no remote. So After 20 min. They bring up another TV same issue. So […] then after almost 1 hour of this they bring up a 12inch tv that was not making a noise and the picture was at least tolerable. The rest of the room was clean and nice. but it is hard to relax and watch a game with a bad TV. Which was my plan for that night. The hotel was not clean. I did not allow my kids to lay on sheets on bad, used our own blankets. The linens were stained and just made me sick to my stomach. There was a stinch in the hallway that was not pleasing either. The receptionist was not very friendly. She was not rude, but not pleasant either. Ask to see the room first. This Hotel is not very well kept up, the staff is not friendly and our room smelled like smoke when it was suppose to be a non smoking room. The smoke detector was disconnected and lying on a table. No shampoo or conditioner was in the shower, we called the front desk and had to pick it up they wouldn't bring it us. When I first went to check in , the roof was leaking in the lobby area. They people who worked there put down buckets to catch the water.After I checked in and went into out room, the room was so dirty and there was hair eveywhere all in the tub, sink, on the bed, all in the kitchen. Hair was all over the room. Tons of hair in the bathroom sink and […] shower. I could not believe it. When we told the front desk they told me someone will come clean it but I would have to wait 2 hours because they were busy, I told them I can not stay in this horrible dirty room and I wanted a new room, they ended up changed us to another room, then the new rooms phone was broken and the tv only got in 4 channels clearly. The beds springs were coming threw the sheets, I was horrified. We were surpose to be in the newest suites room but it looked old and everything was broken in it. I could not call the front desk to let them know about our new room seeing our phone line was dead so I had to walk over to the front desk to let them know that our phone was dead . Again they did nothing about it.They said all rooms were booked up. The stay there was awful ! I went there for my anniversary wanting a romantic night in a nice clean hotel and instead I had a horrible night. The hotel did not seem to care about any of the problems that we had. We picked this place because it allowed pets, was convenient to where we needed to be and was a real money-saver. There's nothing fancy or particularly nice about this place. It's older, has few amenities and lumpy pillows - but what do you expect when you pay such a cheap price? During our stay, we did not feel safe, in the middle of the night 12 midnight an employee is trying to open our door, good thing i woke up and check. Open the door and ask why is he opening the door, the employee said "i am checking to see if vacant"...that was not time to check room at midnight. It was not a good experience at all! Great Location!! Nice, large room at a very fair price. Very hard bed and very thin walls. Refrigerator ran loudly all night! Boy!!! did we ever know there were honeymooners next store!!!

The beds are uncomfortable and the hotel is old- but the convient location to surrounding areas,cocos and freeway access and having a kitchenette is nice.The young lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful-even when I opened my room to find that it hadnt been cleaned,she quickly took care of things.

The place was the worst hotel I have ever been to. We packed our things and left at 10:30 at night. We could not stand to stay another minute in that nasty place. This place was filthy, cigarette burns everywhere, terrible smell. Toilet broke adn woudn't stop running, smoke detector was chirping and they wouldn't fix it. The wather presure of the shower in the room was to high which caused pain while taking a shower. I explained this to the front desk and they said someone would look at it. During the day all we could smell was someone smoking weed/cigarettes. the beds were hard as a rock, and the television/channels were a joke. Definitely not worth the price!

This Hotel had no shampoo in the shower. When we first checked in the room they gave us when we walked in the bed looked liked some had just gotten out of the bed it was unmade we had to go back down stairs in an elevater that sounds like it might brake down and waited about 10 mins before the person at the front desk appeared. She gave us a new room. […] The bed was hard pillows are old and broken down. There was old dog poo in one corner of the room behind the chair. If you moved the tv the cable wire would fall out it was just stuck in there. No chanals to really watch and the reception was bad do to the cable wire. This is the worst place we've stayed. Cigarette holes in the carpet, pillows and bedding. Pillow had brown stains on it. There was no shower curtain whatsoever. I guess for the price you can't expect much. The room was clean, but had a smell - like they tried to get rid of pet odor, but was not successful.
