Ligging.
Pismo Lighthouse Suites ligt in de buurt van het strand in Pismo Beach, dicht bij Pismo Beach Pier, North Beach Campground en Pismo Beach Prime Outlets. In de ruime omgeving liggen ook Monarch Butterfly Grove en Pismo Lake Ecological Reserve.
Hotelvoorzieningen.
Pismo Lighthouse Suites heeft een buitenzwembad, een spabad en een fitnesscentrum. In openbare ruimtes is een draadloze snelle internetverbinding gratis beschikbaar, terwijl de accommodatie over een computer met internetverbinding beschikt. De zakelijke voorzieningen bij deze 3-sterrenaccommodatie zijn onder andere een businesscentrum, vergaderruimtes en audiovisuele apparatuur. Gasten krijgen elke ochtend een gratis ontbijt. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een spa, meertalig personeel en een cadeaushop of kiosk. Gasten kunnen gratis parkeren. Dit is een rookvrije accommodatie. De volledige renovatie van deze accommodatie werd in 2003 voltooid.
Hotelkamers.
Elke kamer heeft een patio. Pismo Lighthouse Suites heeft 70 kamers met een cd-speler en een koffiezetapparaat/waterkoker. Elke kamer is voorzien van een draadloze internetverbinding. Elke 37-inch flatscreen televisie heeft premiumkanalen via de kabel en een videogameconsole. Alle kamers beschikken over een telefoon met directe buitenlijn met gratis lokale gesprekken (hiervoor kunnen beperkingen gelden). Elke badkamer is voorzien van een bad/douchecombinatie, badjassen, designer toiletartikelen en een föhn.
Elke kamer heeft een magnetron en een koelkast. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een strijkplank/strijkijzer en een plafondventilator. Bovendien kun je op verzoek gebruikmaken van voorzieningen zoals massagebehandelingen op de kamer en een telefonische wekdienst. Een huishoudservice is dagelijks beschikbaar. Op de kamers van Pismo Lighthouse Suites mag niet worden gerookt.

Een normaal motelletje zonder veel extra's. Wel heel vriendelijk personeel.

"bij mooi weer, prachtige ligging"
helaas was de pacific toen wij er waren (28 september) één grote mistwolk. Daar kon dit hotel niets aan doen, maar het schijnt wel vrij vaak voor te komen en dan is het hotel maar gewoon een hotel. Wel zeer ruime kamer met 2 kingsize bedden veel ruimte en balkonnetje. In dit hotel zit je echt aan de oceaan en met een buitenzwembad dat ook uitkijkt over […] de oceaan moet dit een heerlijke plek zijn om te verblijven als de zon schijnt. Ook veel eettentjes eromheen. Prima hotel zeker als je reist met 2 pubers, aangezien je een ruimte hebt met 2 queen size bedden en 2 badkamers in 1 ruimte die dmv een deur is gescheiden. Dit hotel heeft uitstekende grote kamers en goede service. Geen opmerkingen. Het ontbijt is standaard en erg druk, gezien de totale prijs die ze voor een kamer vragen zou je hier iets meer van verwachten.

"Great stay except for....."
I wish I could give this hotel a better overall rating because the staff is super nice and helpful BUT the room has no air conditioning and you can't open the window in the room we were in because it's too noisy from freeway traffic. I woke up sweating like crazy and not happy because my sleep is near and dear to me. The bed was supposed tone a queen, […] and it seemed like a full and wasn't too comfy, but I'm probably not a good judge of that because I'm spoiled by my tempur pedic at home. My wife and I, took our 2 girls to the beach for the weekend. This is the most spacious room I have ever stayed in. It had a balcony to just sit and enjoy the fresh air. Also, the kids had a room all to themselves. This is where we will be staying for our next trip. It was very family friendly, and extremely clean.

We spent 3 days and 2 nights at the Lighthouse at Pismo. Our room was more like an appartment with 1 master suite bedroom, and a second bathroom wthith a nice living room and kitchenette. The living room have a nice sofa bed and a great ocean view with balcony. We are planing to go again soon. It was a lovely experience.

The best part of this hotel is that you can get a 2 bedroom/2 bath suite for the price of a regular hotel room. Plus, the location is good, the staff was extremely friendly, wifi was free, cookies at check-in, and continental breakfast. The room(s) was clean and spacious. Balcony had a partial ocean view too. There were a few negatives though. The […] walls are close to paper thin and the mattresses are thin & uncomfortable as well. Also, the continental breakfast was crowded every time we went, so we just passed most mornings... Overall, this would be a great place for a family (especially those looking to stay on a budget). This hotel is conveniently located and has many amenities with large spacious rooms and balcony. the two rooms within the hotel room itself, each come with there own bathroom, which is very nice to have!

Stayed overnight on a visit with my daughter to Cal Poly. We had a two bedroom suite. The price was reasonable, we had a view of the ocean, and the room was well appointed and spotless. Had a bit of noise from the neighbors, but not enough to be a problem. Would definitely stay again.

With the convenience of being right on 101 I was not expecting the tranquility and beauty that we found. The suite was well appointed, clean and comfortable with ample space for myself and three teenage kids. My only regret was that we did not have a longer stay to enjoy it all!

Beautiful location, wonderful family friendly hotel. Breakfast was a great bonus so we could stay on site, and enjoy the pool, the life size chess board, the ping pong, and the miniature golf.

The reason I marked comfort of room lower was because the family above us were SO LOUD! It sounded like they were breaking furniture--no lie! They did quiet down after I complained to the front desk. Not the hotel's fault about the noisy occupants and they did take care of the problem.

To get to the beach is quite a little walk and lots of stairs. Housekeeping didn't clean our room till 3:30 PM. We had been gone, earlier, but back before they cleaned. Breakfast was really good, pool is nice too. Not sure if we would stay there again.

I wish that I wasn't kept up by the people partying next door or the people running back and forth upstairs. I know the hotel can't control noise. our suite at this hotel was huge and comfortable. we enjoyed it very much. we would have preferred a suite in the building with a better ocean view, but to be fair, i'm not sure if we didn't ask for that option, or if it was not available when we booked. the breakfast was ok. the staff was very friendly.

Hotel and hotel staff were cool, but the fact that the rooms do not have A/C is a big minus. The physical "gym" was a joke as well; the equipment was so old it could be considered torture equipment.

This is a very nice place. Excellent view of the ocean from the balcony. The beds were comfortable. The staff were great! My only complaint was the neighbors kids were loud but that's not the hotel's problem. We are planning to come back to this hotel again.

Great Suite Hotel, very comfortable, stylish and in great location on the beach. One of the best hotels we stayed in while in USA. The ideal location to stay a night or two when travelling from San Fran to LA over a couple of days.

Very pretty and idealic hotel. Great beachside features in the room. We had a 2 bedroom family suite which was perfect. Free breakfast and car parking was a plus. Wifi would have been even better. Definently recommend for your stop enroute on Route 1

Our ocean view was in between some large trees, the spa closed at 10pm, there was no air conditioning in the room and it was much smaller than expected. I loved this hotel! We were traveling with our two daughters and had a two bedroom suite. We stayed there for 2 nights and our kids loved it too. I was really impressed with the room size and the second complete bathroom, which was very handy, traveling with a teenager! The decor was really nice and the rooms were very clean. The kids loved the play […] area with large chess and checker set! The breakfast was OK.
