This is the worse place to stay. I chose it because it was cheap for 4 nights for 6 people. I was told all rooms come with microwaves and mini fridges. This was a lie. Theres only one microwave per floor and its outside bolted to a table down the hall. None of the wall sockets worked, your chargers would just fall right out of the wall. The floor was […] so disgusting, we were afraid to walk barefoot. The sofa bed was all springs with no sheets or blankets, and had yellow rust color all over it. The plumbing sucked. And if you expect to get around your bed to the nighstand, you better climb over the bed. There was only a couple inches from the wall. The TV worked ONLY if you held it a certain way. And not ONE person in the hotel managment spoke english. Need a pillow? Goodluck. They have no idea what your asking for. The neigborhood was like living in a highly rated crime area, the location is right on the corner of the freeway and the only entrance and exit , you cant even see if anyone is coming around the corner, your 4th story view is the AM/PM roof. Oh and if youd like to take the elevator, better move in FAST, the door stays open long enough for ONE person before slamming shut. Welcome to Buget INN & Suites Lees meer

I had to check out 30 minutes after checking in, I requested a "non-smoking" room and did not get one...was showed two more rooms and was not provided a non-smoking room. I checked out and found a hotel with much better condition and comfort. AND, a non smoking room

not fun. had to stay the whole week and at the end I asked for a late check out she gave me a half hour. I asked if I could pay to stay until 6pm since I had nowhere to go until work at midnight in LA and she said no. There was no one in the hotel. Maybe 5 cars each night for 7 days. I asked for a do not disturb sign and they said no one would go in […] my room. Yet they went in my room twice without asking. the wonderful maid gave me towels when needed and she was the only one who actually worked there. the bullet proof glass really killed me when I first walked in the door and knew I picked the wrong hotel. hey front desk lady if you don't like your job find one you like so you can be nice to your customers. There were water stains along the bathroom walls. I would not recommend to walk around with your shoes on. The rooms smelled weird and there were stains on the couches and chairs. Instead of Budget Inn, I'd rename it Ratchet Inn.

horrible hotel!..the room smells, the carpet is very dirty. they have acient tv. everything about the hotel is horrible... STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY.. i will rather sleep in my car than to stay there again.

This place was okay to spend a night in, wouldn't stay there for a long period of time. Hotel staff was nice. The room and really the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Hotel is old and not kept up to date. Not easy to get to depending on which way you are gomming from and traffic noise is quite loud. But hey, its cheap, so what can you expect?

i have never had a bad experience with Expedia's choices ever. until now! this by far is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. i knew the moment i arrived in the lobby and the attendants were behind bullet proof glass, that this was not gonna be a pleasant experience. i sat in a couch in the lobby that had stains and smelled like urine. after about […] a minute i began itching like crazy!. this was one of those hotels that had a open hall way and they had a microwave in the hall way on each floor. this microwave was old and never seemed clean. i do have to give them a thumbs up, as the room was not that bad, not great but not bad either. overall this is just a very old hotel that needs a major renovation. this hotel should get a 1/2 star. and no more. i was very dissapointed in Expedia, very. the area where the hotel was also seemed scary. i do not recommend this at all. We Stayed five nights, they only cleaned the room once. Very bad customer service. There was cockroach in the room.

They did keep it clean, although the matresses under all the coverings were not in the best condition (cigarette burns). The fridge never worked, despite my asking repeatedly. The telephone was not set up for outgoing calls, and the Wireless network was intermittent. Although the young woman at the desk kindly let me use her personal laptop for an e-mail, […] and the office phone for a call when the payphone at the gas station did not work. We had to find some rooms within our tight budget, and this hotel off the highway fit the bill. One of our requests was free wireless Internet, and that did not work.

Penny Pinchers that have not updated or fixed anything in years. If you need a place to crash your head the room is fine, but if you are going to spend any amount of time I would pay for the hotels that have more stars.

The room was comfortable overall. Beds were clean and made. Showerhead did not work properly. In the bathroom, you can smell people smoking in other rooms. Television was spotty and did not have channel listing.

After first night we didn't even stay the other night even know it was prepaid we decided to stay at airport and sit around for 7 hours because the rooms were so dirty and smelly. Smelled like mold. Would not recommend even not to my worst enemies!

The Budget Inn was a bit disappointing. The cleanliness of the room was poor. I didnt even want to walk bare foot. Location is far from LA and Hollywood. Condition is rough. Staff was very helpful and respectful. Ok to pull over car just to sleep.

The staff was nice they upgraded or queen size beds to kings. However the beds were very uncomfortable and the bathroom was pretty dirty. But it was ok just for the one night.

Overall condition of hotel was run down. Needs some daily mainentance. This hotel is ok for a inexpensive sleepover. Would not want to spend any time in the room other than to sleep and then get on the road.

I wasn't expecting opulence when I choose one of the cheapest hotels that appeared on my search, but when walked into the lobby, I felt a little twinge of nausea between the dingy & elderly linoleum lit up by florescent lights, the dust and the general gloom. I kinda felt like I was at the type of hotel in which a murder investigation would soon take […] place on a creme show like CSI. I just hoped the room would be better. And, it was. I mean, it wasn't luxury, but it was ok. It was larger than I expected- it had an extra room that housed the adjustable heater. The only things I could complain about were the very noisy highway underneath and that the heater was in the other room, so even though i pumped it all the way up, i was still cold. Also, the "high speed" internet was so slow, i gave up after waiting 15 minutes to load one page. My refrigerator didn't work and they switched it for a new one and neatly put all of my groceries back. Overall, it was perfunctory, with absolutely no frills. When we checked it the guy behind the bullet proof glass looked us up and down like we stole something. There was no hi, hello, or even how you down just give me your credit card. The place was really rough. Dont do it

The service was excellent; they let me check in early and they responded quickly when my internet wasn't working. A simple paint job would go a long way toward sprucing the place up, as would a thorough cleaning...there were mystery spots on the back of my bathroom door, for example. Although the carpet was vacuumed and the sheets were very white and […] clean, the walls were dirty. Old is one thing, but basic scrubbing would help considerably. The furniture was torn and overall very worn. There's a Comfort Inn not too far away (Bell Gardens) that is well-maintained and usually costs just a bit more than I paid to stay here. I'd highly recommend that instead if you're looking to save money (I've stayed there several times before and decided to check this place out). Lees meer

The hotel is close to the freeway, nobody can sleep by the noise of freeway and the street, also the bathroom was dirty, and had cobwebs on the wall, the shampoo was old.overall it was a bad experience
