Quality Inn & Suites at Six Flags in Austell

Quality Inn at Six Flags was convenient to Six Flags Over Georgia, but it is an old motel, upkeep has not been good. Staff was helpful and breakfast was very adequate.

I stayed in this hotel the weekend of June 4, 2011. Not sure how well they clean the rooms when whoever stayed before me left clothes in the room. Also there ice machine didnt work. Had to go to a store to buy my own ice. Even roach motels have ice. The staff was friendly though, so I guess that was a win.

this is the only hotel I have ever stayed in that had no ice in the hotel not even in the lobby.

The property and it's surrounding was not clean. There was litter everywhere. This hotel was not clean enough and bathtub needed to be replaced. The pictures on hotels.com are misleading. I was very disappointed with the property.

I know the price for this hotel is on the lower end, but please know that the price you pay does not include a clean room or decent customer service. The floor in our room was stained, torn and was so dirty we wore shoes the entire time we were there. The bathroom is so small you can barely get in and shut the door. The walls are paper thin and we had […] the great pleasure of not only hearing the party from the floor above but the early morning adult activities in the room next door. We stayed here due to the Ice Storm closing down I-20. This was the only dog-friendly hotel in the area and we found it to be rather nice. The interior was recently redone and you can definitely tell it. Check-in and check-out were smooth and our overall stay was nice.

Overall not a bad stay. Even though at first it was hard to find, kind of hidden behind IHOP and a bunch of bushes. When we checked in, the room was rather comfortable in size with a/c already on. The location was great. Alot of restaurants to choose from nearby... (shoneys, ihop, subway, chik fil a, sonics,etc..) Alot! Six flags was literally 3 min […] away. Overall my stay was good. Nice size bathroom with plenty of channels on tv. Only negative, some loud neighboring people and really small pool with no hot tub. But I drove to Georgia for six flags and it's peaches! Although I can't offer enough praise for the staff on their kindness and willingness to help, I also can't recommend this hotel. The toilet clogged and overflowed the first night requiring a visit from someone with a drain snake. The interior lighting was very poor. Forget about trying to apply makeup at the vanity. Went with family for 6 Flags. Chose for best rate in area with pool, queen bed, and breakfast. The area has lots of family friendly shopping and dining on the busy main drag. Was not able to get a ground floor room. They said they were booked but the lot didn't seem that full. Pillows were small and light but at least there were 4 on each bed. The […] bathroom is small, as mentioned in other reviews. I do hate not having enough room to open the door with out having to squeeze between the toilet and the tub. At least it didn't have a rattly exhaust fan to drive us crazy or wake us up. The pool was small as I expected, (web aerial photo helps). It wasn't crowded for our week night. We started our swim alone. I would expect it to be crowded on a summer weekend. My only real complaint would be the climate control, probably due to the insulation in the ceiling. The room was very hot and I immediately cranked up the A/C. It was blowing cold while we changed into our swimsuits for a short swim until the pool closed at 9:00. When we changed back to street clothes the temp seemed fine but thinking back, we were wet. When we got back from dinner late, it was still a bit warm and there was a distinct hot layer of air at head height. The A/C was still blowing cold so I figured that a different upper floor room wouldn't help. It was barely cool enough to get to sleep with no covers. I ended up setting it back around 2AM. It was Dirty workers outside smoking in Front of lobby. Not a whole lot of customer service. The Room curtins did not close completely and the microwave was missing a knob to turn it on. and there was no extra roll of toilet paper in the room.

Our room smelled of smoke. The shower was in bad condition. Our pillow linens were stained. My wife and daughter hated the place.

The bathroom was very small. The room was nice and clean and comfortable.

After a long and tiresome day at Six flags, we traveled only three miles to the hotel. It was relatively easy to find. The clerk working at the front desk was very kind and placed us in a room, at my request, in a well lit area by the front desk. The outside pool was very clean and well kept. As far as the room was concerned, the only problem resided […] in the slightly jammed bathroom door. The towels were clean and smelled nice and there was no sign of uncleanliness or bad housekeeping. My sister and I stayed for 4 nights at this hotel from Wednesday-Sunday. Wednesday and Thursday nights were awesome, no complaints at all. The room we stayed in was newly renovated and everything was clean and new. Friday and Saturday night however there was a party in the room next door to ours and they were really loud. I ended up asking the front […] desk to call the police around 3 am on Saturday night due to the noise. All together I can't say that the hotel was bad. I enjoyed my stay there and the staff worked quickly to help with any problem we had. I would probably stay in this hotel again. Lees meer
