While the location off the highway was great, that is where the greatness stops. The room was clean but showed extreeme wear and tear. Patches all over the wall, shower curtain rod coming off the wall and chipped furniture was where I slept for the night. The staff was very nice and that was a plus! Had a eerie feeling that some crime had been committed in our rooms that we had.

The room smelled of smoke. The maintenance of the room was very poor. This was not one of my better hotel stays.

While the hotel was comfortable and clean inside the room the lobby area was extremely small and was not the most pleasing thing to see. My second stay here, last time was 4 years ago. Only stayed again because choices were limited. It was just okay overall, improvement in staff. Ladies at the front desk were much more courteous and helpful than the management that was present years ago. Seemed like they are still there, but have hired hourly help.

We could see that the bathroom had not been cleaned from the night before i.e. hair and soap in bathtub. The maids pushed a shopping cart around when they were going through rooms. We were glad we were only staying one night.

Carpet was wet. Apparently they shampooed them and didn't allow ample time to dry. We had NO bath towels and went to office to get some. Attendant on duty virtually argued with me that there should be 3 in my room. He proceeded to give me 1 bath towel and said we could get more when house keeping came in at 8. Our plans required us to check out at 6 […] so needless to say my husband had to use a hand towel to dry off with. Not satisfied at all and will never stay there again!! Lees meer

The check in clerk was friendly but service went down hill from there. The housekeeping staff does not clean your room and make the beds on a daily basis. They only bring in fresh towels. My 19 year old left her IPOD under her pillow when we left one morning. Upon return to the hotel her IPOD was gone. The front desk was not helpful in resolving this […] matter at all. It was definitely the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. I would have been more comfortable sleeping in my car. My car is cleaner. The pictures of the Days Inn on your app does not reflect the dismal condition I experienced there.

We stayed here because of the closeness to I-70..It was surprisingly quiet, however the carpet was so dirty I had to wash the bottom of my slippers, the walls needed painted and they was a dead roach under the sink...It appeared someone had tried to kick in the door since it didnt close all the way...I put a chair up against it..In the morning before […] checking out we went down to the continental breakfast which was a joke..there was 4 pieces of bread in a tray...we checked out and went to Hardees across the street. This was gross and the room hotel.com had was the last one and we had to climb over mattress sitting outside our door just to get into room. It was filthy and will NEVER stay there!!
