Hoewel entree en galerijen waaraan de kamers liggen er sober uitzien, zijn de kamers , schoon en ruim. Ligging goed tov. eetgelegenheden en vlak bij het centrale station met treinen en bussen. Misschien zou de info van het hotel mbt het openbaar vervoer wat actiever kunnen. Service verder goed.

Het is een prima hotel. Bij aankomst bleken ze echter een verkeerde kamer te hebben (met één kingsizebed, terwijl met twee queensize bedden was gereserveerd).schuld werd bij Hotel.com neergelegd. Op de reservering stond het goed! Één nacht een andere kamer gehad, werd weinig moeite gedaan om de fout goed te maken, de slaapbank op deze kamer moesten we zelf gereedmaken, terwijl zij aangaven dat ze het zouden klaarzetten. Later nog iemand uit gezelschap van kamer veranderd omdat de wc niet functioneerde, dit ging wel heel soepel.

Keurige moderne ruime kamers, met meest opvallend de heerlijk slapende bedden. Ideaal voor de zakenreiziger, prima internet en goede kofiemachine op kamer, met uitgebreid businesscenter beneden, en direct aan de snelwegen in alle richtigingen. Voor ontspanning kun je terecht in het goede indoor zwembad en een wandeling in de prachtige watergardens. Vlakbij snelweg kruising en spoorweg, hoewel het gebouw dat geluid redelijk goed afschermd. +/- 15min lopen naar hart van downtown

SpringHill Suites by Marriott DFW Airport North-Grapevine ligt heel handig vlak bij de luchthaven in Grapevine, dicht bij Winkelcentrum Grapevine Mills en Historic Downtown Grapevine. Een andere bezienswaardigheid in de buurt is Southlake Town Square.

SpringHill Suites by Marriott DFW Airport North-Grapevine heeft een buitenzwembad, een binnenzwembad en een spabad. De zakelijke voorzieningen bij deze 3-sterrenaccommodatie zijn onder andere een businesscentrum en audiovisuele apparatuur. dit hotel biedt op bepaalde dagen gratis een sociale avond aan. Het personeel kan op verzoek een conciërgeservice, een cateringdienst voor evenementen en zakelijke diensten regelen. "Great getaway"
I stayed here with my two little girls for a spring break getaway. Access to Dallas and Frisco was easy and Grapevine Mills is just across the street. My girls (9 and 6) and I enjoyed the breakfast and the spacious suite. We hit a small snag the first morning when our toilet clogged but Senta at the front desk sent someone up immediately to fix it. […] All the staff we met were friendly and Senta was top notch. My only complaint would be that the pool was cold and looked cloudy. This did not impair my girls' enjoyment of it though I could not tolerate the temperature. This was my second stay here and I will definitely choose this hotel again. Lees meer

"Excellent Hotel"
Everything was excellent. We had a shuttle to the convention center every day and a free happy hour when we got back. However, if you're planning on working out, you might want to consider another location because the gym is pretty small. Overall, awesome, awesome place.
"Springhill Suites-DFW close to Grapevine Mills"
Very comfortable room; spacious and clean. Good free breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Will stay again when in the area.

EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL
Perfect location for our visit to Legoland Discovery center.

My wife and I were very pleased with everything about the hotel. It fit our needs perfectly!! We will stay at this hotel again when we are in the area.
The hotel was clean and close to the airport. The staff was pleasant including the shuttle driver who drove us to the airport at 4:30AM.

The hotel accomodations were cozy, the ammenities great, however the quality of the mattresses were not that good. The Edges of the bed felt like they were sagging and actually caused my kids to roll right off the edge! My back is still sufferring from the lack of a quality mattress. "Springhill in Grapevine- close to outlet, Bass Pro"
We stayed for just one night. I have been to many Marriott chain hotels and first time for Springhill. Picked because it had a breakfast included. That was easy so we didn't have to leave the hotel till time to leave. Room was nice, bed was comfortable and pillows were great. Usually bed and pillows are my biggest grip about my nights sleep. "Springhill Suites Grapevine Tx"
We were so close and convenient to all the great shopping and activities. The hotel is in the perfect location. We want to come back when we can stay longer and take advantage of Grapevine Mills and Main Street! The suite was great, and we were able to accommodate an unexpected guest in our suite.
Springhill Suites was very close to Grapevine Mills Mall, our destination. Our stay was very comfortable.

Very pleasantly surprised with the room. Comfortable beds. Plenty of space. TV was old, large tube type, but swiveled for viewing from the living area or the bedroom area. Very convenient to Grapevine Mills Mall - could walk if so desired. Several restaurants close by. Friendly staff. Overall a great weekend stay.

Very nice hotel, rooms are great sized, living room furniture is actually comfortable. Great room set up. Hotel staff was all very friendly and helpful. My husband and I go to a hotel every month or two just to get away from it all. I've found my new favorite hotel.

Great place if you want to be walking distance from the mall. Very clean, spacious.... Could hear people talking in other rooms but other than that it was great. Did not get up in time to have breakfast but it looked good from what I saw on left over plates of visitors still sitting there. "Reservation problem"
I reserved my room through Hotel.com, reserving a room with two full size beds. When we arrived, we were told that all they had was a room with a king size bed. On inquiry, we were told that Hotel.com does not tell them what kind of room has been reserved, just that we were coming. We were very disappointed, being how my roommate and I had only met […] once. This was a very clean fresh hotel. The staff was the best i've seen, so friendly and helpful with everything. AC unit worked a little weird and randomly put out warm air for about 7 seconds then kicked off and went to AC so it smelled like heater for a minute or 2, but this didn't affect the room temperature. showers in rooms above were loud and you […] do catch airplane noise flying overhead. Having stayed in cheaper places I decided to go here. The room was large enough for the 3 adults would be crammped for little children. Very comfortable, nice and clean. My family enjoy it, the pool was small but clean as well. Great room for the money.
