Hampton Inn West Palm Downtown/Airport ligt heel handig vlak bij de luchthaven in het hartje van West Palm Beach, dicht bij Palm Beach County Convention Center, CityPlace en Kravis Center For The Performing Arts. In de ruime omgeving liggen ook Palm Beach Zoo in het park Dreher en Norton Museum of Art.

Goed hotel, echter een beetje afgelegen gelegen van restaurants, winkels etc. Je moet de auto gebruiken om 1 of 2 bloks te rijden om daar iets te vinden. Het ligt enkele km.'s buiten de stad Boca Raton.

Perfecte ligging voor het doel waarvoor wij kwamen. Het personeel is vriendelijk. De kamer die wij hadden was royaal van grootte, ietwat donker, wel wat gehorig, goede bedden, kleine maar nette badkamer met bad/douche en toilet. Wastafel gek genoeg in het halletje van de kamer tegenover de badkamer. De gangen zien er echter armoedig uit en zijn dringend aan vernieuwing toe. Redelijk ontbijt. Voldoende winkels en eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Zelfs op loopafstand. Overall tevreden over wat geboden werd voor deze prijs.

tegenover Palm Beach garden Mall een goede ligging en een prima hjotel om te verblijven.Echt een aanrader.Vriendelijk personeel en behulpzaam.

"Very nice hotel to stay"
The decor of the hotel is lovely Palm Beach style. Breakfast was great and convenient. Rooms have been refurbished and are very attractive.

I actually stayed at this hotel, not at West Palm Beach. I feel that it was not up to par with the other Hampton Inns that I have stayed at,nor was the price worth what the accomedations provided.

We go to see the Cardinals for the past 4 - 5 years and I don't think we stayed in the same place twice. Its easy to get on and off I-95 so we don't need to stay in Jupiter. The only real downside to this hotel is the pool is next to a busy street. While you can't see traffic, you can easly hear. We didn't do much with the pool, so not a big deal to […] us. Well maintained, very clean and convenient to downtown West Palm as well as the airport. Staff was friendly and efficient. The shuttle was very handy for going to both places. It would be nice if the wireless Internet was free.

"Hamton Inn W Palm Apt -Dissapointment"
I picked the hotel because it was close to the airport and had a shuttle but.....the shuttle was not operating for my morning flight. The other reason was it had a pool and my young grandchildren were with me and the pool was cold the bathrooms looked and there were no towels poolside so we went to the front desk for them and they were half the size […] of a normal towel. Not great for a grandmas body. As for clean there was a piece of a finger nail by the bed but the rest of the room looked respectable. We wanted a hotel near the airport for very low cost. And that is what we got. We would not have wanted a longer stay but it was fine for overnight.

"Hampton Inn West Palm Downton"
This hotel is was VERY nice overall, I definitely give it a 3.5 star. It's in a good location; convenient shopping. I DEFINITELY recommend it to ANYONE who wants to stay in a 4 star hotel, but pay a 2.5 star price!
Painless in and out. Room service was late on the full day we were there.

I recommend this hotel. The pool is nice and big, rooms are quiet, clean and in good shape; breakfast is good (if you get there early); service is good. The hotel is not too far from the City Place.

but after i got out of my rental car about 11 pm, a man accosted me in parking lot. i was all alone. he wanted 10.00-15.00 for gas to drive to kissimee as he left his wallet in mcdonalds, he said police were called and they couldnt find his wallet..........i said come into hotel, i made it to front door. he said he would stay outside. hotel man clerk […] went out and talked to this guy. he said he had alot of gas in his car and guy drove away..just wanted money. hotel bed and room was just wonderful, refrigerator, snacks downstairs. breakfast in am was good. hot waffles. We have always loved staying at a Hampton. This one was a disappointment. Even tho the staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was not to our satisfaction. The ceiling had a water spot over the bed. The lighting was too dim in the bathroom to put on makeup. The room was right next to the elevator. We did not sleep much because of it. for being a host hotel for our FRCNA convention I found the shuttle service inadequit I was left stranded at the convention center both Friday and Saturday night!

Would love to stay here again, it had everything that we needed for the overnight stay. Only thing I didn't enjoy was the breakfast. It was a bit stale, not bad at all but the eggs had been way overcooked. But they have lots of options for bfast: cereal, waffles, sausage, biscuits, pastries etc. Great place to stay overnight.

This hotel is very convenient to the airport and shuttle service is provided. It does not have a restaurant and the area is an office park area, so no food choices without driving or taxi. The breakfast buffet was a disaster. Toasters and microwave blew a fuse, so did not work. Eggs were cold and fake. Coffee was not refilled. Only one worker to take […] care of the crowd. "Fitness Center and better rate next door.."
Everything in overall was good but I found the fitness center very incomplete and the bands were broken. I didn't saw the poolm so I cannot tell my review and the breakfast was good. Also I realize that next to this Hotel is the Hilton with better rates! So you may check them up and compare.....hope this helps you...
"Perfect Location"
Very clean and nicely kept hotel. Very comfortable feeling and cozy to a great extent. Location was the key for me, it is around so many beautiful places and the beach. I would recommend this hotel for a quiet and relaxed visit.

The rate was similar to other hotels in the area but what I liked about it is that it was close to the airport and easily accessible. If you are wheel chair bound, it would be a good choice because parking and getting into the hotel was very easy.The room was exceptional and very clean. This sounds weird but it had a very clean white sheet smell!
