Mantra Trilogy in Cairns

Everything was great but would of loves room service had to go down for clean sheets. Overall it was great :)

Our time at Mantra Triliogy was great..the room was comfortable, clean in a great location. I have already recommended to many friends and family if they ever need accomodation in Cairns. We had our own vehicle but everything was close by we only used it when we drove to the Northern Beaches!! The rooms suited us perfectly even with 2 adults & 3children […] we all were comfortable!!. everything was handy!! Hope they give us a great deal next time. Lees meer

Hotel location (right on Esplanade) is good EVERYTHING else is NOT. Room: funky smell, broken bed, tons of ants all over the place, daily room service will cost you additional $30 per service, etc. We changed couple of rooms and they were all the same. Staff: we got in couple of hours earlier (arrived around noon) than their check-in time of (2 or […] 3 PM) and they had open rooms but their staff would NOT consider giving us a room as the front desk lady would have to change a few things (room assignments for the day) in her computer. After hanging out there for a few hours, one of the other staff members helped but then the room sucked so bad we had to wait for another room. Also there is very limited concierge service at this hotel -- just in case if you are looking at your hotel to provide you activity planning. All in all hotel looks really good on their website but definitely would NOT recommend this to anybody. get there early if your driving cause the guest car park is also open to the public and you may have to pay for parking near the hotel

A very conveniently located hotel - one block away from the beautiful esplanade in Cairns and right on the main street with everything you need at your fingertips. Room was neat, modern and comfy. I'll definitely stay again next time I go to Cairns.

We like the convenient location of the Mantra Trilogy....just around the corner from the Esplanade and all the shops and restaurants. The staff are extremely accommodating and very friendly. Location good, close to the main streets and the harbour. Their "concept" includes not cleaning your room every day, and not servicing toiletries (you have to buy extra soap and toilet paper if you need it). Their desk staff was useless, only referring us to a bunch of leaflets when asked for help in deciding our next days trips to the barrier reef. […] They don't even have support staff to help with luggage, etc, should you need it. Super view of the ocean although the tide was usually out which offered a kind of muddy beach. But I guess any other hotel with a ocean view would offer the same. We liked the location. The room and bed were very clean. I checked the mattress and it appeared to be brand new. There was some noise in the wall when the room above me used the shower - it […] was water running down the pipes. The noise was subtle and did not bother us. No chairs on the very nice patio. I asked for some but they said they were not allowed. The pillow cases were too small for the pillows which could raise sanitary questions. They covered the pillows but had an open side which could allow for hair or dander to get onto the pillow. There is a nice grocery store one block away, It had breakfast or lunch at the deli for a small sum of money. There is also a Woolworth grocery and hard goods store about 3 blocks away. 2011年11月に3名でオーシャンビュー2ベッドルームデュアルキーのお部屋に宿泊しました。 到着時、バスタブなしのお部屋だと分かり、変更をお願いしたところ、空室があり変更してもらえました。フロントにはだいたいいつも日本人スタッフがいたので、いろいろ質問できました。 ホテルはリーフフリートターミナル（グリーン島やアウターリーフへ出発するところ）や、ラグーン、レストラン、ウールワース（スーパーマーケット）、駅のショッピングモールなどにもいきやすい場所にあり、すぐそばにコンビニやジェラートやさん、リカーショップもあって便利でした。 窓からは海が見えたのでベランダで朝食をとったりもできました。お部屋も広くキレイで快適でしたが、一点、季節柄かもしれませんが、夜部屋に戻るとキッチンの床が湿気でびし […] ょびしょでした。毎回自分たちで床をふきました。あと、お部屋のセーフティボックスの鍵が故障していて使えず、フロントに連絡したところ、「すぐ伺います」といわれたにも関わらず1時間くらい部屋で待たされました。 その他はスタッフの対応もフレンドリーで、清潔感もあったので良かったです。 Lees meer

Great location; I have reserved an ocean-viewd room, but the view is limited; no room service provided, but everything can take from reception, a bit inconvenient; receptionists are all nice; with free parking area; overall, i recommended this hotel

ただ、洗面所の換気が、照明ボタンと同一でシャワーを浴びているときに少し寒かった。 私の部屋は4階でしたが、ちょうどホテルの真下にレストランがあり、音楽のボリュームが大きくて眠るときに響いていました。 それ以外は快適に過ごすことができました。

Hotel excelentemente situado, con acceso a la esplanade y a 10 minutos andando de la fleet terminal. Buena opción para alojarse en Cairns.

エレベータやドアロックなどが全てカードキーで行うがそのキーが調子悪く何度も当てないと反応しなくイライラするときがある。またエレベータも閉まるのが早く子供が一緒のときははさまれる危険がある。私たちはたまたま最初利用したとき、日本人の方が教えてくれたので問題にはなりませんでしたが幼児が一緒の方は要注意です。

受付の人（男性）が質問に対していい加減に答えることがある。Nativeにはないにしろ英語でちゃんと質問したつもり。現地の女性スタッフと日本人スタッフの対応は良かった。 Livingにあるソファが汚い。座るとちくちく、かゆくなる。 設備は整っているので長期滞在には良い。

Es un Hotel muy tranquilo con una situación inmejorable. Esta en pleno centro de Cairns, rodeado de restaurantes y muchisimas tiendas. Además esta muy cerca de la Terminal desde donde salen todas la excursiones a las islas y a la gran barrera.

月曜日の早朝から金曜日の朝まで家族４人で、２ベッドオーシャンディアルキールームに滞在しました。とても広くて景色もよく住み心地抜群でした。キッチンがとても設備がよいので、外食費が高くつく事もあり、スーパーマーケットで食材を買い込み、簡単ですが作って海の見えるベランダで食べました。主人と息子が誕生日をこのホテルで迎えました。洗濯機と乾燥機もあるので少ない荷物ですんだのもよかったですし、帰ってからの荷物の整理も楽でした。主人もとても気に入り、また利用したいと言ってました。コンドミニアムはその土地に住んでいる感覚が味わえ不要なサービスも無くいい思い出が出来ました。レビューに書いてありましたドアストッパーを持っていったのはよかったです。
