Hotel was awesome. Friendly staff, very clean and up-to-date rooms. Free valet parking and they also gave you a free bottle of water when you picked up your car to depart. The extra details/service was unexpected yet really appreciated!

In general, it was good. However, room temperature control was not functioning until a service man came to fix it. Also, the pillows were not comfortable at all, making it difficult to fall asleep.

Front desk: problems and delays with check-ins. No apologies on their part. My driver's license expired last month. Sorry, but that shouldn't endanger my reservation. We had to call Expedia & get them to change it to my wife's name, and then they faxed the hotel with the change. Weird. I'm all for anti-fraud, but you need to handle this in a better […] way. Since the credit card numbers were the same why not just ask for her ID from the get-go??? Room 924: Not bad. Nice big bed, but the comforter weighed a ton! The comforter... didn't. TV: maybe 30 basic channels. Bathroom: Chipped tub, cracked sink, reversed hot/cold H2O controls, bad paint job. Ever hear of MASKING TAPE?? I could do a better job. Wait... I HAVE done better painting jobs at my house! Does your facilities manager just not care anymore? Super noisy toilet wakes you up. Just an overall REALLY CHEAP feel for the price we paid. Restaurant: The line does not know how to cook fish. Soggy batter, not crisp, stale frying oil on the prawns. C'mon - at least make an attempt to do good work! Waitress was cheerful but will say anything and everything is "Excellent". Not true. Stick with red meat. Its easy to cook that and they can handle that pretty well, actually. Breakfast at POM arrived warm, but the staff wouldn't turn down the AC's fan blowing on me and the food. They said they would, but they wouldn't. We stayed there because it was a venue of a concert we watched.The room was nice and ok but it was not cleaned well and checked before we stayed. There was a pair of dirty socks at the drawer and candy wrappers at the closet. Because of this my family was worried that maybe they did not clean the bath room well too. We made sure we had our slippers […] on when we walk around the room because we were sure it was also dirty and not well cleaned!also we were at a non smoking floor but there were cigarette butts on the carpets of the hall way. The furnishings are very beat up, bed was hard, internet was not working. In the casino the craps tables were shut down, lots of construction going on so it was very dirty. The room was smaller than I expected. The beds were very comfortable and everything was in great condition. The hotel has plenty of thing to do there and I will be returning in the future.

Not quite happy, because on your website stated that it will comes with refrigerator and free internet. But when we got there the internet cost 9.99 and refrigerator cost 20. I feel that the website need to be more accurate, and If I new that the above is not free, I wouldn't booked this hotel.

the pool was great. friendly staff at pool. Staff friendly at check in. I was in a smoking room and it really smelled bad,they do not do any thing to control the odor. Even though I am a smoker my own home smells very clean. It would not cost them much to spray the drapes, furnishings and linens with fabrease or something like that. disappointed with the size of the rooms, very small, and the bathroom is inconveniently located at the entrance to the room (just off the main door/hallway). The pool was even more disappointing. The website lead me to beleive that there would be more than one pool (tanning pool in addition to the pool), not so. the Pool area is smal and not enough […] lounge chairs/space. Only pro is the casino, big and plenty of slots. would not stay here again, if you're traveling with kids, go to Morongo, at least they have an awesome pool and even better casino for adult fun. Had a great time. There to see Adam Lambert concert which was fantastic. Wish, as does Adam, that front row seats in middle were available for his enthusiastic fans, not those that aren't fans and don't appreciate his super talent.

Everything was very nice here and better than we expected. The best thing was the extremely generous first-timer free play amount ($30.00), the Pom Restaurant, and bingo set up.

We have stayed many times at this resort however this time it was horrible. The service througout the entire hotel was terrible. The staff was rude and ignored us on several different occasions while we waited for service. The linen was rough and very uncomfortable. We had ordered pool service and never received our order so we had to go to the pool […] bar ourselves and once again three young women just stood there without acknowledging us. I only stayed one night but I had a wonderful time. The room was very comfortable and clean. I did not have a lot of interaction with the staff but the ladies at the front desk and valet was very nice. Will be staying longer when I come again and I will recommend the hotel to my friends because we always go to the casino.

We were on our way to Arizona with our family, and stopped in Indio for 4 nights, and stayed at this hotel. We really enjoyed our time here!! The rooms are updated, and clean -- comfortable beds, and great bedding. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is GREAT, and the weather can't be beat!! We were there in April, and it was BEAUTIFUL outside sitting […] by the pool -- small kiddie pool, cabanas, pool side bar - drinks available for purchase. they are very inflexible on the additional night staying. the valet was very good to the guest. the casino winning rate is very low so please suggest don't play at casino but the food and hotel are very nice. the front desk people are not very hospitality. JC

Fantasy Springs had great food at all of their on site restaurants. The beds were comfy, rooms were clean, pool was great, and staff was friendly. However, we didn't rent a car, and didn't realize the hotel was a $75 cab ride, 30 minutes, from the Palm Springs airport, so we weren't able to go horseback riding or try the cable car as we were too far […] away. However, the resort has everything you would need without leaving the site. Long story short, I would definitely recommend staying here, however to improve, they could add a complimentary airport shuttle, and a concierge, as nobody explained our dinner options, comedy club, country night or bowling events, all held on site. We figured it out on our own, and really enjoyed the live country band and comedy show at the Improv on site, but a concierge could have explained our options and helped us plan our trip. I wasn't sure what to expect from an Indian Casino, but I was pleasantly surpirsed. Nice rooms, gym, pool area, restaurants, etc. My only complaint is that the Hotel charges for wireless internet use...at this day in age, such a service should be included in your room charge period.

The hotel was OK overall. We had dinner at one of the restaurants within the hotel. We noticed they use bug Zapper as light fixtures which we have never seen before... Another thing i did not enjoy was the second hand smoke throughout the casino and area adjacent to it. They do have a really nicely maintained gym which is a big hit for me.

Bought tickets to see the Doobie Brothers and had a fabulous dinner and overstay. I was so impressed I bought a few more concert tickets and booked a few more nights!

Although the room was just a little small, it was modern, well-equiped, clean, attractive and very comfortable. It also had the quietest, most efficient air conditioning of any hotel room I have ever stayed in. Great view of the pool.

For the price. No mini-bar, microwave, refrigerator, or even a make up mirror in the room. When we arrived, we saw the valet sign and pulled in, removed our luggage, no one informed us that we were in the Casino valet area, not the hotel. We stayed at this hotel just one night. My husband and I brought out 12 year old and were worried he wouldn't have much to do. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the casino has an arcade and bowling alley for family fun! The restaurants in the resort were great. Staff was excellent, room was comfortable though overpriced. The buffet was disappointing. I expected better quality choices comparable to San Manuel. Also, reeked of cigarettes. However, we went to see the show, and the hotel was the best option.
