Prachtig hotel, zeer vriendelijk personeel en erg behulpzaam met alles. Maar toch niet geheel tevreden wat met name kwam door de verwachtingen in de specs van het hotel. Volgens de specs is er draadloos internet in public area's, maar dit is alleen bij de receptie, er zou ook internet op de kamer zijn, maar dit moest nog gemaakt worden vertelde het […] hotel. Er zouden 3 restaurants zijn voor diner, maar er was er altijd maar 1 open en dat was iedere dag hetzelfde restaurant. Not 5 star but up there! We had a wonderful stay. A spacious,clean,comfy deluxe double bedroom, which opened on to a patio leading to the beach. Couldn't have asked for more. Unfortunately, I was not made to feel at home at the Mövenpick Resort & Spa Mauritius. The staff was not very friendly. The hotel complex is nice, so are the rooms. During the 2 nights of my stay, only the main restaurant was open for Dinner. They offered a mediocre Buffet. I will not go there again...

Beautiful location in Bel Ombre with a stunning beach and fantastic pool. Very nice breakfast and friendly staff. The only downside is that the oceanis not so nice to bathe in, though the waters are crystal clear, there are rocks in the water and the sea is not deep. We stayed for 9 days with our family including small kids and grand parents in June 2012. We found the resort to be well appointed but the staff seriously lacked motivation. It really didn't feel at all that they cared for their guests and used to be annoyed for small requests. A very nice and quiet hotel. Very nice property. We had taken Junior Suite. Very Spacious and with a fantastic beach view. The service is friendly and prompt. Only downside is that the food menu doesn't have many vegetarian options.

The towels in the room were wet int the pool , not changed by the room service. No shampoing for my wife, Only one small soap Gel for two persons. After a brief stay at this hotel I must say the resort itself was rather pleasant however the service was a low standard. The airport transfer previously arranged was not dispatched and we were kept waiting over an hour, upon arrival we were kept waiting a further 45 minutes to be checked in and shown to our room. Très déçus. Le point fort est vraiment la gentillesse du personnel. Et il est vrai que dans l'ensemble il y a quelques beaux aménagements. Mais l'entretien est vraiment très décevant. La clim fait un bruit de machine à laver et est orientée sur la fenêtre: quand on est dans le lit, on ne peut la sentir. Les draps et les serviettes sont justes propres, […] ce qui n'est pas le cas des serviettes de plages qui elles sont carrément sales. Pour un 4 étoiles supérieur, l'hygiène est vraiment à revoir. L'absence de wifi n'est pas si gênante que ça si l'on considère qu'on est en vacances. Il y a en a quand même à la réception, mais il faut payer!!! Et tous les prix sont donner hors taxe, ce qui est vraiment inutile. Enfin, l'ambiance est vraiment celle d'un club de vacances type Club Med avec animation avec grosse musique. Das Hotel ist an einer traumhaften Strandlage. Die Zimmer sind gross und luxuriös ausgestattet. Das Hotelbüffet war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Als wir dort waren hatte es jedoch sehr viele Familien mit Kinder und deshalb kann ich das Hotel für Pärchen die nach Ruhe und Erholung suchen nicht empfehlen. Der Service der Rezeption und Zimmerpersonal […] war unterirdisch. Wir sind um 16 Uhr angekommen und haben dann nach 30 Minuten Wartezeit erfahren, dass unser Zimmer nicht bereit wäre und wir es erst zwei Stunden später beziehen könnten. Es gab nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung oder ein Getränk währen der Wartezeit. Was ich eine Frechheit finde für dies Hotelkategorie. Weiters stickt es dauernd auf dem WC im Zimmer. Lees meer

Vi hadde en super ferie på Mauritius. Mövenpick resort og spa er absolutt å anbefale: fantastisk service, herlig privat strand, kjempegod mat (vi hadde all-inclusive og hver kveld var det middagsbuffet-helt fantastisk god!!!) og veldig delikat og fint spa.Vi var på Mauritius i 2 uker og beliggenheten til hotellet var ypperlig da det var kort vei til […] øst- og vestkysten. Siamo stati una settimana alla fine di luglio; l'hotel è situato in una splendida posizione dove puoi riposarti senza essere disturbato. 2泊しました。この値段でこんなに素晴らしい部屋に泊まれるとは思ってもみませんでした。大人二人、子供二人で泊まったのですが、キングベットの部屋以外に子供部屋（二段ベット、3人子供が泊まれます）、ジャグジーなどがある洗面所の部屋が離れにあり（超すてき）凄かったです。ロケーションも、滝やワニ園などに近くでいいです。ですが、働いている人の対応（人が悪いわけではなく、教育がされてない）がひどいです。 まず、チェックイン時のスーツケースの管理がめちゃめちゃで、チェックインにもものすごく時間がかかり、雨のかかるような場所で放置されました。部屋に行くにも傘が1本しかないかとか、とにかくチェックインするまでにへとへとになってしまいました。チェックインの後もジャクジーの栓がなかったり、届いてもサイズが合わず、泡 […] が出ず、プールに行けばタオルが足りないなどなど・・・設備が素敵なだけに本当に残念でなりません。。。。　ただ、海は北側の町に近いところよりは完全にこちらのほうがきれいです。部屋の前の海でサンゴが見られたりします。でもここにはもう泊まりません。。 Lees meer

Le service de cet hôtel c'est ne pas comment un 5 étoiles europeen. Aspects négatives: 1) L'entretien de la chambre n'arrive pas à 3 étoiles (la porte de la terrasse est oxydée et fait beaucoup de bruit en l'ouvrent, les rideaux ne sont pas propres, le WC ne marche pas très bien, plusiers chaines de TV ne marche pas ou la qualité est mauvaise, etc ...). […] 2) La deuxième chose negative es que vous devez payer par tout. Les extras, boissons, le spa, le wi-fi, etc .. tout est payant est très, très chère. Si vous voulez fumer à la terrasse de la chambre (il n'est pas interdit), vous devez acheter un cendrier dans les magacins de l'hôtel. si vous voulez anti-moustiques .... vous devez aussi l'acheter. 3) on donne très peux de renseignement de choses à faire dehors l'hôtel ou pour visiter l'île. 4) nous avons trouver des personnes espagnols comme nous et ils n'ont pas trouver une seule personne dans l'hôtel qui parle l'espagnol ou l'italien Le service .. il y a de tout. Des gens très sympa et très efficace (au restaurant, à la piscine, à la salle des sports et surtout les concierges) et de gens pas sympa et pas efficace comme les personnel de la réception par exemple. Aspects positivs: 1) l'hôtel est très joli. Le jardin et la plage sont magnifiques. L'entretien du jardin, de la piscine et de restaurant son très corrects. 2) Le restaurant. Tant le petit déjeuner comme le dîner au Buffet son d'une très grande qualité, quantité et variété (mais attention!!, les boissons sont très chères). Ces aspect en effet qui sont d'hôtel 5 étoiles.
