Lokatie van het hotel is erg goed, binnen twee minuten loop je naar het strand. Kamers zijn schoon en voorzien van een koelkast. Verschillende eet- en drinkgelegenheden op 5 a 10 minuten lopen. WiFi tegen betaling (vrij duur). Ontbijt is inbegrepen maar stelt niet veel voor. Naar downtown is ongeveer 14 km, dus een auto is wel handig (parkeren is gratis bij hotel). Bus stopt voor het hotel en rijdt in ongeveer 40 minuten naar Old Town. Vanuit Old Town kun je een trolley nemen naar Down Town of naar de Mexicaanse grens (Tijuana).

Prachtige ligging, goede services en schoon. Daarnaast een goede keuken. Goede ligging t.o.v. centrum San Diego. Bij normaal verkeer te bereiken in 20 minuten. Wel aangewezen op eigen vervoer!

Uitstekend hotel aan de rand van Del Mar. Heerlijk buitenzwembad aanwezig en genoeg ruimte om betaald te parkeren. Tip: Parkeer je auto ergens anders en bel de gratis shuttle service van het hotel om je op te halen en weg te brengen.

Ideal hotel for people who are visiting La Jolla. Unlike other places it is cheap. Also reasonably close to UCSD (frequent bus connection, less then 10 minutes by car)
Ligging.
Carlsbad Seapointe Resort bevindt zich in Carlsbad, dicht bij Flower Fields of Carlsbad, Legoland Californië en Sealife Aquarium. In de buurt bevindt zich ook Carlsbad Premium Outlets.
Accommodatievoorzieningen.
Carlsbad Seapointe Resort heeft een buitenzwembad, een spabad en een sauna. Evenementfaciliteiten zijn vergaderruimtes en een zaal voor feesten/partijen. Het personeel kan op verzoek een conciërgeservice en een huwelijksservice regelen. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een kinderzwembad, een fitnesscentrum en barbecueroosters. Gasten kunnen gratis parkeren.
Hotelkamers.
Elke kamer heeft een balkon. Bij Carlsbad Seapointe Resort zijn kamers met airconditioning voorzien van onder andere een open haard en een cd-speler. Elke televisie heeft kanalen via de kabel, een dvd-speler en een videospeler.
Bij dit appartement met 3 sterren beschikt elke kamer over een keuken met een magnetron, een koelkast en een koffiezetapparaat/waterkoker. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een föhn en een strijkplank/strijkijzer.
Afhankelijk van het hotelbeleid kan voor extra personen een toeslag worden aangerekend.
Bij het inchecken dien je in het geval van incidentele kosten een erkend identiteitsbewijs en een borgsom in contanten of creditcard voor te leggen.

In Carlsbad groeien vele boterbloemen. Deze bloemen bedekken 50 are van de The Flower Fields bij Carlsbad Ranch. In het naburige Museum of Making Music behoren Amerikaanse composities en instrumenten tot de interessantheden. Oceanside, direct ten noorden, is het middelpunt tussen Los Angeles en San Diego. Deze kustplaats staat bekend om haar 600 meter lange pier, de langste houten pier aan de westkust. Het themapark Legoland is nabij.

This resort provided for all of our needs. BBQ's were cleaned everyday. It was close to all of the attractions in that area e.g. legoland and the beach.One thing that was missing was an ice machine. "Seapoint- It's just that"
This location has a great view of the ocean - in the distance. The beach can be walked to, just not walked on. It is a beach where giant rocks have been placed. No sand for any great stretch. Our room was one of the last available, this is a timeshare property and all the better rooms were already taken. We had a grand view of the outdoor, your under […] 4 yrs old Jungle Gym. The surrounding towns/cities are very nice. Great places to eat and that's where you find the sandy beaches. We enjoyed our trip to the flower fields- it's a real must do if you can walk for 4 hours. I would not recommend this location to those who own a timeshare and we would not recommend this property for an overnight stays. There are nicer, closer to the beach properties right down the street. If you do stay, be sure to ask about their additional charge. It was a complete surprise till I saw my CR Card statement and saw a $30 charge. Lees meer
"Great Location"
The hotel is in a great location across the street from the beach. I think I was in one of the only rooms (2nd flr) that didn't have a real view of the ocean as it was blocked by antoher building. The staff was all very nice and accomodating and the room was clean. The kitchen made this place awesome. There is not a grocery store around the corner so […] you will have to drive to one, but that wasn't bad. A few things to note. Reservations said they only had king and double beds....not the case so I ended up with a queen. Bedroom is tiny but that wasn't a big issue since we were outside most of the time. The resort itself was pretty quiet with the exception of a guest that had 5 kids running out of control up and down the hallway for several hours at a time. Also, the train tracks are RIGHT outside the back of the resot and the train and coaster run through frequently. At first I though there was a low flying plane.....by the end of the stay we hardly noticed that noise. Dollar for dollar...this resort was totally worth it. Lees meer

Carlsbad Seapointe Resort is very nice. The rooms have ocean views, and the beach is just a stone through away. The rooms are very nice, and the parking is gated. Many restaurants are close too. I would stay here again!!

"Carlsbad Seapointe - good location in Carlsbad"
Overall, this resort was great. We checked in late as we had spent the day at Sea World but the front desk clerk was very professional and answered questions regarding where to grab a good bite to eat and the closest grocery store. Our condo was on the first floor and the door faced the highway so it was very loud in the early mornings with the semi […] trucks driving by. But my kids were so tired, they didn't notice. "Carlsbad Seapointe Resort"
This hotel would be perfect for a family on an extended vacation. My boyfriend and I live in Carlsbad but wanted a night away and ended up paying twice the amount we pay for other hotels/rooms.We figured this rate was because of all of the amentities, unfortunately when checking in at 4pm and having to check out at 11, there is no way to enjoy all the […] amentites offered so the price of this hotel does not seem ideal for one night guest. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the grounds were nicely kept, i would not recommend this hotel room for anyone staying less than a week. Lees meer

"Wonderful Hotel for the Family"
Our stay at the hotel was great. I would definately take the family their again as well as recommend to family and friends. The only improvement that I would request would be to be able to check in a lot earlier than 4 PM. I think this time of the day is a bit late especially when you have family. Lastly, I think that having to check in later than […] this time because the room was not made up is NOT acceptable.
