Comfort Suites Dallas Fort Worth Near Grapevine in Grapevine

There arer hotels in the general area that have to be better than this one. They advertise that they are suites but it is really only a small couch and coffee table located in the same room with you bed. That not how I would define a suite. Also, i was there for 5 days and not once did they clean my room without my asking them too. The room in general […] needed a good cleaning. Carpets were stained, and you can tell that no deep cleaning has taken place in a long time. Breakfast was ok and some of the staff was very helpful, not the case for all especially the woman in the morning during the week in registration. There are no restaurants within walking distance, you either need a car or maybe the shuttle will take you, not sure. I would recommend you go somewhere else. Lees meer

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Our room even had a ceiling fan. That is great because I am used to sleeping with a ceiling fan on all the time. Excellent stay.

Excellent property but remote if you don't have a car. Shuttle service to nearby restaurants and malls was great, but required as walking is not recommended.

Maybe I hit the hotel on a bad day.... Facility is relatively new and clean - rooms are spacious. Checked in with no problem, as I was unpacking and getting undressed, a man opened my hotel door using a key card (the door fully closed). I screamed "HELLO??" and he quickly closed the door and said he was sorry and thought the room was vacant. I thought […] it was practice for all hotel staff to knock before entering - regardless of if they thought the room was vacant or not! The next incident happend the following morning. I had a late dinner meeting and planned to sleep in till 9 and check out by 10 (note there was not a DO NOT DISTURB CARD in the room that I could slip into the card reader outside of the door). At 8:30am, house cleaning knocked on the door. I said I wasn't ready to check out and to come back after 10. At 9:00, another knock on the door - this time I was already in the shower and it scared the heck out of me. As a business woman traveling alone - I would NOT recommend this hotel. When I checked out and mentioned the issues, the desk clerk gave me a blank look and said "oops, so sorry".........ARGH! Lees meer

Great accommodations. I loved the jacuzzi tub. It was very convenient to my business meeting.

I was in this hotel for a week during a business trip. The business meeting was held at Gaylord Convention centre. This hotel provides a free shuttle service to drop and pickup for nearby (within 3miles) locations. One can go around to Grapevine malls, especially for some Asian food and toys for kids. There is a big family water park kind of place very […] close the hotel. Cons : a) The hotel provides internet access only through cable that too is bit short (only from the table u can work). Especially, if u like to comfortably work sitting on the SOFA or the bed or close to window, Do carry a wifi router or a long cable. The pool being outside and next to the road passing by is under utilized. It could have been a covered pool. b) The only shop next to the hotel is the one attached to a Gas station within (100-200m) where u can get beers and wines and "some" mexican food - not that good. c) Every day (during my 6days stay) the only hot food was egg scrable and some meat balls in breakfast !! My Wife and me had a wonderful stay at Comfort Suites in Dallas TX near Grapevine. Checked in around 3:30pm on a warm Saturday afternoon. Found the the hotel to be very clean and pleasant, The staff was friendly lobby neat and clean. did about 30 min. in the hot tub and a quick dip in the pool the facilities were great i even did a little time on the […] stationary bike. in the fitness center.. great night sleep. and a tasty breakfast on sunday morning served by a clean and friendly stiff. my stay was "Off The Chain" to coin a phrase from the kids today.. wb Lees meer

This hotel is less expensive than the other hotels around, so all I'll say is you get what you pay for. Not a bad place to stay...but not as nice as the Holiday inn express...the price should tell you that.

The hotel was very clean and well kept, and breakfast was nice. We have a 6 month old son and the pack-and-play they provided was in very good condition, and also clean. A big plus. We reported that a TV channel wasn't coming in clear, and within a few hours they had it fixed. Everthing overall was ok with the Hotel. Clean Room, good location, and friendly staff. However as a business traveler, I rely on internet access. Which from the room was very poor, almost non-existant. This hotel relys on a high speed lines which clearly were not working.

We had a wonderful stay. Would stay there again. Great breakfast and amazing beds!

We needed a hotel close to DFW airport. The price was right, but the room was very nice, clean and the tub was great.

Hotel rooms had fridge and microwave, sitting area (with hide-a-bed couch), and were well-decorated. Cleaning service had turned over the room, but forgot to put it back together again (cushions on couch all pulled out, all drawers pulled out when I checked in). When checking in, hotel staff seemed not to care that I was there (no "welcome" or "hello"....just […] entered my info and handed me a room key). Next morning, .... different staff member was completely unaccommodating and lacked any concern. There was no body lotion in hotel room. After shower, I called front desk to have some sent up, "I have some at the desk, and no way to get it up to you. You'll have to come get it down here." Upon explaining that I was in a towel, she said, "I'll try to find somebody." 45 minutes later, I called again; she hadn't found anyone to help, and didn't know how to contact cleaning people. She finally brought lotion up to room personally, giggling and no apology. Breakfast: hot waffle maker, cold cereal and yogurt. Wished it had hardboiled eggs, and it would've been great. Lees meer

The rooms at this hotel are somewhat larger and nicer than the others in the area. This property is also significantly less expensive than others in the area, although this is a slightly high priced area. I would stay here again. I just wish they would remember that when you book through hotels.com, they aren't supposed to bill your card for the room. […] They've done that twice to me, but they fix it every time.
