Suite Novotel Cannes Centre in Cannes

Great Hotel, close to everything for walking and driving. Great staff, nice spacious rooms, good facilities. Quiet when staying at courtyard side. I will come back soon!

The surrounding area has multiple types of stores, restaurants...etc. You may take a bus to the heart of Cannes (cost 1 Euro) or you may walk as it is only about half a mile to the heart of Cannes. We have visited Le Cannet and Cannes many times in the past. The one big change we noted was that the normally crowded restaurants in Cannes had very few […] patrons during the evening meal. After being in the Novotel in Switzerland, this was a major let down. Hotel is ok, but not great. Biggest problem for me was the WIFI. I needed internet and the wifi in room was so poor i could not get signal. Receptionist just shrugged his shoulders and said "poor reception in the whole building". I tried to get connection down in the lobby, but still […] could not get it right. I eventually settled by using the one hotel internet computer in the lobby but the keyboard was not standard qwerty and was extremely frustrating. Location was too far inland and not convenient for the beach. There are restaurants and shops close by but we actually decided to only stay one night and move to another hotel due to the bad wifi and location. I recommend staying closer to the beach. The male receptionist was not service orientated, I had much better service and friendliness from the other hotels I stayed in France. I would certainly not recommend this hotel. Lees meer

We stayed for 2 nights at the Suite Novotel Cannes Centre and were very impressed. The hotel is nothing special, but the rooms are clean, modern and comfortable (though not huge and would not be fun for 3 adults), the staff very friendly and helpful. The free wireless worked everywhere. In reception they have a table with free coffee and cake to take […] away. We didn't try the hotel breakfast because there was a lovely patisserie 100 yards down the road and a supermarket across the street, so bought food and brought it back (room has a fridge and microwave). There is a gym, but it's only got a treadmill and a bike and it's not air conditioned, so if you go in summer it wouldn't be much fun. There's also only one small lift, so at check-out time you can be waiting a while to get downstairs. It's about a 15 mintue walk to the croissette or other tourist bits of Cannes. The hotel's on a main road, but we didn't hear anything. Parking is in a lot under the hotel and pretty cheap. All in all, compared with the prices and disappointing service in other hotels in Cannes we would definitely prefer to stay here. Lees meer

Short visit to Cannes for Boat Show, worth the few blocks to walk to train station and marina.

only 5-10mins walk down to the sea front. staff very friendly and helpful. really good size room. only one lift, so sometimes waiting ages for lift to arrive (that is already full). parking next door, but as usual in france very tight spaces & access.

We found the parking to be a hassel as the path is very tortuous. We were surprised at the invalid rooms that were given to us - that they were on the eigth floor-what if an incident occurred? The shower was not very good, as the floor was wet all the way to the sink

THE STAFF WAS VERY KNOWLADGEBLE AND HELP FUL, IT IS IN A VERY CONVENIANT LOCATION,ANDIF IT MAKES YOU FEEL SAFER,RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE POLICE STATION. I WOULD DEFINATLEY STAY THERE AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ALL MY FRIEND

Hotel was in a great location. The staff were very helpful. The downside was only 1 lift in the hotel and most of the time younwaited for the maids who used the lift. The location is excellent, it is very close to the heart of Cannes. Car parking is available and price is convenient. the only problem in the hotel was the elevator. ONLY one elevator is available, and is always crowded.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Suite Novatel in Cannes. The room was wonderfully oversized, and considering we had 4 persons in our party, that was greatly appreciated and not something we've always had in our European travels. The breakfast wasn't free (about 12 euros for each adult with kids free), but it was a good deal compared to anything […] we could have gotten in the area. Best of all, once we got our bearings in Cannes, we found that the hotel was an easy 10-minute walk to the main train station. For Eurail travelers like us, that's a big plus because it avoids dealing with taxis. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cannes. Friendlly & helpful staff. Hotel was well situated, only a short stroll to the Croisette. The room was spacious. I was able to check in early (around 11am) although at that time only a smoking room was available...

The Suite Novotel is a great value. They offer affordable parking attached to the hotel. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to the waterfront. Mister Pizza down the street a great option for a quick bite to eat near the hotel.

often there was only one staff on duty who needed to help people waiting in line as well as answer in coming phone calls. this became a problem as we needed to check out asap but had to wait for a long time. they really should have at least two staff on duty at all times.

On arrival at the hotel the staff were friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and the room was immaculate. I normally stay in the Palais Stephanie so was expecting a lesser standard but the clendliness was superb. The location is a very busy road but the glazing completely blocked any noise out which meant sleeping was fine. The free movies […] and tv were superb with the choice of different languages. Having a little kitchen area and microwave and sink was superb. I didnt use it much but was nice to know it was there. The room was able to be sectioned of in two so felt very spacious. The bathroom had a substancial shower area and seperate bath so full marks there too.The only thing i may suggest can be improved upon was the room was billed as air conditioned but in reality was only a fan which blew semi cold air. I must stress that this didnt dampen any enjoyment at this hotel and i would reccomend this hotel to anyone. Lees meer

The hotel was good and spacious. My daugther told me she found finguer nails in the bathroom. Also, it was supposed to be a non smoking room and the previous people smoke there. Other than that I found the rooms very good and efficient.

Just to summarize in few lines: - we (2 adults + 2 children) have got a very nice, modern, clean, quiet room with one double bed and two single beds, just enough for one night stay; - very friendly and helpful staff; - internet in the room was for free; - ca. 15 minutes walking to the center of Cannes (beach, shopping, Palais des Festivals); - under […] the hotel, there is a public parking, if you pay at the hotel, the whole day is for 8 euros (in my opinion very cheap for Cannes). it wasa great experience in the hotel. The room was very sufficent. The location of the hotel is really ideal. Although it was not right on the Cannes shore line, it was only walking distance away and very easy to get to. The bathroom was great. It was built with flooring similar to a boat deck which dealt greatly with the sand and all other beach and […] water resedue that one brings from the beach. Water pressure in the bathroom was good. At check in our room was ready for us. The room has a modern colourful style. It was larger than we expected with a separate bath and shower included in the large bathroom and separate toilet. There was also a dining room table, a small kitchenette and a comfortable bed. The room was good value for price. Courteous staff. Modern and excedingly clean and spacious room Wireless internet worked well. Modestly priced. 10 minute walk to a beautiful swimming beach. Would definately recommend.

Além das qualidades do título, preço bem acessível. ùnico detalhe negativo é que o Two Bed é obtida mediante a utilização do sofá, que não é muito confortável.

De forma geral, o hotel atendeu bem as expectativas. O único comentário é que o quarto para 3 adultos não possui 3 camas. Na realidade, é uma cama de solteiro e uma de casal.

Mycket prisvärt. Stort rum med alla bekvämligheter. Bra läge mitt på Boulevard Carnot, nära platsen där flygbussarna stannar och ca 5 min promenadväg till tågstationen. Cannes är inte så stort så det är nära till allt. Det som drar ner betyget något är att det trådlösa internet inte fungerade under de 3 dagar vi var där, man hänvisade till att det tillfälligt […] var ur funktion. Dessutom stördes jag 2 nätter av 3 av störande musik som jag dock inte vet varifrån den kom (möjligen inte hotellets fel). Lees meer

Stanze comode ed attezzate anche per consumare i pasti in "proprio", condizioni generali soddisfacenti, si trova a 10 minuti del centro, facilissimo da raggiungere (Viale Carnot è praticamente la strada di accesso a Cannes venendo dall'autostrada). Albergo in ottima posizione (anche se è problematico parcheggiare gratuitamente in zona) con servizio cortese. Bagno curioso: prefabbricato ma confrtevole con ampia doccia e vasca, meglio di uno standard. Ampia zona living. Da consigliare.

Das Hotel ist im großen und ganzen okay, liegt in noch gut erreichbarer Nähe zur Innenstadt, auch zu fuss. Der Preis für das Frühstück ist deutlich an der oberen Grenze, auch für Cannes.

Die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung der Zimmer war ohne Mängel. Allerdings gab es viele zusätzliche Kosten, für Frühstück, Strandhandtücher und Strandmiete. Die Parkgebühren waren in Ordnung und preislich angemessen und man konnte für einen Tagespreis so oft man wollte ein- und ausfahren. Das Frühstück war für deutsche Verhältnisse ziemlich spärlich […] und dafür überteuert. Es gibt keinen Poolbereich, wie für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel vielleicht zu erwarten wäre. Lees meer

Das Hotel ca.10 min.vom Strand entfernt.Zimmer waren sauber vorallem Bad.Ab 4 nächten bekommt man sogar einen Smart für 4 Stunden.Waren im ganzen zufrieden.

Situation: Après le grand boulevard de ceinture, dans un quartier pas très glamour. Chambre: simple et fonctionnelle, assez grande. Salle eau: simple et fonctionnelle, douche et baignoire correctes. Petit dej: nul façon distributeur, pris dans l'entrée de l'hôtel sur des coins de canapés années 60. Accueil: Bon. Conclusion: un hôtel à prix abordable, […] simple et pas glamour, juste pour dormir et se laver, valeur d'un 3 étoiles très très modeste. Lees meer
