We bleven er een nacht op doorreis, gezin met drie kinderen. Toch vervelend dat bij aankomst word gezegd: " Tja we hadden 1 extra bed en dat hebben we net verkocht". Geen discussie verder, de kinderen dus met zijn drietjes in een bed. Toch is dat raar als je al een half jaar van te voren heb geboekt. we have stayed sveral times at hotel over past 5 or so years, past two visit very dissapointing, will not be returning,. location is great. and there are other hotels in same area.

Very clean and comfortable. The bath tubs were noisy due to improper installation of the tubs. Also they are now Quality Inn and not Americinn Hotel.

Our fridge didn't work and as they couldn't find another fridge we were given another room with a working fridge. Nice customer service!

Room was OK, but smelled of strongly of Febreeze. Bed was comfortable, nice pillows. Clean, OK room for one night.

Business travel obviously requires things not generally needed. The room and bed were wonderfully comfortable but my kingdom for an office chair that fits the work table. As well, it would be helpful to be able to turn the television to allow for work at the table (which I always move) and still be able to see the screen.

Very loud called grimy desk @11 to ask them to quite down the people above us the didn't they told were booked there's mo place to move them to when ee checked out front desk rude didn't even ask how are stay was will not stay again or recommend to anyone

When our room was cleaned, the bedspread was just pulled up over our messy sheets and blanket. It really gave an "icky" feeling to the whole stay.

This was an excellent hotel to say at for the Missoula Marathon.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The hotel is on a main road and close to just about anything you need (stores, food, etc). The staff was friendly and the free breakfast wasn't that bad either. The pool was a little small for me personally and only went to about 4 feet, but overall the stay/hotel was very pleasant!

This motel has too many smokers using it. We got a non-smoking room but it stilled smelled of smoke from the adjacent rooms. We asked for a different room right away and were given one at the opposite end of the motel which was definitely better. The staff was prompt and courteous. The staff was friendly, but the room was described as 2 queen beds with a sofa bed. They do not have rooms like that, but they did provide a roll-a-way.

It was a good place to stop for the night, good restaurant next door and a Costco just down the street for gas and any thing I might have needed.Breakfast was ok the coffee was good and I was happy about that.The desk person was good at what he did and was able to give me good advise about food and place to get gas for the truck. Hotel was just off the main drag of reserve street. The hotel was very affordable and a nice small breakfast. Pool was nice and clean to swim in.

No elevator for second floor was a problem for us, just had knee surgery and climbing stairs was difficult with luggage. Pool area had way too much chlorine, burned your eyes just to open the door. I appreciated all of the workers...They were very attentative and the hotel is quiet, clean and comfortable..Breakfast is a very nice variety.. Could use some Hot Chocolate there...

We stayed on second floor and boy it stink soo bad of smoke. We will never stay there again.. We were disappointed that they allowed smoking in some rooms even thought we had non-smoking room. Every time went in hallway terrible smell of smoke.. Dont stay here if dont like smoke...

Very comfortable bed, quiet, close to restaurants. My only complaint was this was a non smoking room, but someone had smoked in this room before.

My first time booking here on line! Everything workied out great and all my paper work was waiting on the desk when I arrived. Good place to stay when picking up supplies. My room was suprisingly quiet after 9pm. Good price and still had all the ammenities of higher priced motels. The staff were exceptionally helpful.

The issues I had were that it took 5-10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk because they were on a break, there were children running up and down the halls slamming doors at 3 am., and they also double charged me for the room - once from hotel.com and once from Americinn itself. The hotel was hard to find at first as there I really no sign in the hotel that is visible from the road. The front desk attendant when we checked in was not helpful however every other staff member was awesome! They were very friendly, helpful and efficient! The hotel was about a $14 cab ride from down town and all the action which was great. The hotel […] is close to shopping and food! The pool and dap tub were a bonus and they were open late.
