The hotel was very clean and the beds for very comfortable. We were greeted by a very knowledgable staff, and made to feel welcome right away. Any questions we had about local activities were addressed promptly and correctly. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly!!! Highly recommended!!

I was already familiar with this hotel's location as I used to bring tourist groups there. The staff is courteous and professional. I appreciated that the room was cool; often, hotels rooms are over heated but not this one. There was no kettle, cups or tea and coffee available in the room, which is normally complimentary in hotels and most b&bs. On arrival the receptionist cound not find our hotels.com reservartion due to personnel shortage (illness). Luckily, they had held one room for this situation to occur, so we eventually got a room. "Touristy Hotel Right Next to Blarney Castle"
Nice hotel. It reminded me of a Disney World hotel in that it seemed that everywhere you turned they were trying to separate you from your money. The accommodations were exceptional and the front desk staff was great. The service in the restaurants was rather slow.

I thought that the hotel showed its age, had tea and coffee, with hot pot in the room. Tour buses running in the parking lot was easy to hear, if room is on that side of the building. It was very close to the Blarney Castle. There was a very good takeaway down the street if on a tighter budget, Fish and chips were very good. Overall a good night stay. "Wonderful hotel in beautiful surroundings"
The hotel is fabulous and set in wonderful landscape. The restaurant has ample seating with a wide selection of meals and some fantastic deserts. The only thing that spooky it for me was the lack if air con in the rooms. There was only one small window which left no air in and on a warm July day the room becomes unbearably hot.

Old is best way to describe this hotel, from the building, the rooms, the guests. The only toiletries are a shoe shine kit and a shower cap. Everything covered in dust, room needs an update, or at least a good cleaning. Pubs in the area were fun and walking distance.

The hotel was charming. and well-appointed. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable for a family of 3 adult women. It was "American-sized." There was a restaurant,a pub, and a large retail shop (3 floors) adjacent to the hotel. Blarney village was beautiful, and the Castle grounds were breath-taking. It was well worth traveling 4000 miles.

By far the nicest staff and easiest check in/out of any hotel we ever stayed at! We arrived late from our flight, about midnight. They handed us our room key and we were seriously walking to our room the same minute we walked in the lobby! Room was clean and quiet and we slept with an open window. Easy walk to Blarney Castle and town. Convenient bus […] line at end of hotel parking lot that can take you into larger city of Cork. You could eat at one of the places available on site of hotel grounds; Christie's Pub or the deli/cafe. We also ate at the Musketry Arms Pub and Restaurant and had some of the best Irish stew we've ever eaten. Very nice items can be bought at the Blarney Woolen Mill Store on site. This hotel is top rate on cleanliness, staff service, location, charm and food. Looking forward to coming back and hope it's soon!!! Only problem, I wish I never had to travel so far to get back there! : ) Staff pleasant to talk to and knowledgeable about area. Lovely setting, convenient location, central to major roadways and the rest of County Cork. The bed was very, very firm. There are no "smoking rooms" available, although there are in the hotel info & on their website. We had booked with them because we wanted a "smoking room" but we were told on arrival that all rooms are non-smoking. Has a restaurant […] attached, surprisingly good dishes, set meal times, also pub on premises. Parking is free, but car park fills very quickly, even out of season. Comfortable room and very close to Blarney Castle. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we had some very drunk, noisy guests in the room opposite ours who caused a disturbance into the early hours. Stayed for 1 night and found the hotel excellent value Clean quite room and Helpful staff. Hotel walking distance to the Blarney stone.

A perfect location if you are heading to Blarney Castle. The village is small, so there's not too much else to see other than the castle and the pub - Muskerry Arms - a great place to eat. However, the hotels is superb with pleasant staff and comfortable and clean rooms.

the hotel staff were very good and the food in the restaurant very good too. the only disappointment (and it was a big drawback) was the pillows were desperately uncomfortable. In my experience, getting a good nights sleep in a hotel is dependant upon the pillow you are given to lay your head. Rock hard pillow = bad nights sleep. "Blarney is a bit of a tourist trap"
The hotel was fine, but the restaurant was expensive. The thing about Blarney is that there is only one town square and the prices are very high. This hotel is less than five minutes away from the castle and the stone.

We only had to walk across the parking lot/street to get to the Blarney Castle and Stone, very convenient location. Nice place to stay. Restaurant on grounds, stops serving food at 9:15pm early, but typical for Ireland. Non smoking room with free wi-fi.

"Un albergo di lusso un po' datato..."
Bellissima struttura, ma un po' giù di manutenzione. Il ristorante è proprio sotto l'albergo e il paesino è carino a pochi km da Cork e ben collegato.
El hotel está situado en el centro de Blarney, un poco lejos de Cork si no se dispone de coche. Aunque Blarney es un pueblo que no se debería dejar de visitar.
