everything was good for our stay . even with the road construction ( Fri. & Mon.) we had no trouble getting in and out of the Days Inn Hotel. Hotel staff were great and helpful.....

Fridge and microwave in room. Good breakfast. Pleasant and helpful staff. Thank you.

For the price it was a good deal. The service at the desk was incredible.

Room was clean. Maybe could of had a updated tv. Hotel advertise deluxe breakfast but it wasn't what I would call deluxe. Dining area too small. But we only stayed 2 days and the price was very good. Would recommend but would also mention there is a pancake diner across the street from hotel.

My wife and I got in 3 hours late after an I-75 taffic jamb. The night clerk had my key ready and welcomed me by name at 1:00 in the morning when we arrived. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast, I took to my wife on a tray. We enjoyed it.

Overall I was pleased. This was my first time booking a hotel online, and will use hotels.com again in the future. So far as the hotel, the heater was a little loud when shutting off, there was wear and tear visible on the walls, but the comfort was good. CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS GREAT WITH A VARIETY OF THINGS TO CHOOSE FROM. CONVENIENT TO SUBWAY, KRYSTALS, DUNKIN DONUTS AND A COUPLE OTHER THINGS. RIGHT OFF THE EXIT. NO MICROWAVES IN ROOM AND CONSTRUCTION GOING ON. OVERALL YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

Very impressed with room, other than iron burn in carpet, bed was comfortable, and nice hot shower!

I went to Sevierville for a volleyball tournament at the Wilderness. I decided last second to get a hotel. My friend told me to get on Hotels.com, i did and I found this hotel for a discounted rate a lot lower than others around it. I booked it and expected the worst. WHen I got there around 2:30 in the morning, exhausted from driving, I found the friendliest […] man, who had obviously waited up for me. He put me in a room near the office (since i was staying by myself). When I entered the room it was VERY CLEAN and the beds were so comfortable (with lots of pillows). There was continental breakfast available bright and early with lots of options. It was a surprising experience that left me feeling safe, rested, and grateful. I will definitely stay there again! It was ok for the price! they said that it had "DELUXE" breakfast! Well it consisted of bagels and cream cheese, the cream cheese wasnt any good (seperated) and not cold. also the construction made it a bit difficult to get in and out of the hotel..but wasnt to bad!

It was a nice hotel for the money. But it does have a 10.00 pet fee that they dont tell you about till you check in.

Nice hotel and staff. The road in front of hotel is under construction, otherwise nice location right of main highway.

When we arrived at the hotel, the clerk noticed I was handicapped and offered me a room on the 1st floor. The room was clean and the attendant was nice & helpful. Somewhat hard to exit parking lot (busy road), Close to interstate.

Overall everything was perfect;except they need to upgrade TV!!!!!!!!!!

The quality of this hotel is not like Hilton, of course, but, for the price, the room suited our needs. We just needed a place to sleep and shower overnight. This hotel filled our need. This hotel was nice and quiet and just off the interstate. The Staff was always friendly and had a smile. Our rooms had everything neccessary except a microwave you would have to go down to the lobby if you need to heat food. the room was nice and clean and restocked fully every day. 'Absolutely the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. It was dirty and disgusting. Dirty carpets, stained sheets, dirty bathroom floors. Makes me shiver! We ended up with an adjoining room adjoined to someone we didn't know and the walls were so thin we got to listen to him yell and scream at his kids all night. This was a nice hotel, nothing spectacular but it was clean, safe and in a pretty good location. It was a little tricky getting out of the parking lot because of the traffic and construction but not too bad. Free breakfast is what would be expected for this type of hotel. No complaints.

this place is bad! it was dirty and the staff are unfriendly our feet got dirty walking across the floors.and they never got clean towels for us our whole stay .. never stay here!!!! not worth the money the place is in rough shape.

Construction going on outside on the main road, but that's not the fault of Days Inn. No problems at all!

I stayed in another hotel the night before that was the same price and there was no comparison. This was much cleaner and nicer. It's not a 4 star hotel but it's great for the money. Highly recommend.

only gave 3 towels for 4 people when ask for more act like they did not want to give when did they were upset abouy it very unhappy with some of the staff too bad it is areflection on all would not recommend to any due to their service also construction in front hard to relax they could have been a little more cooperative with us i feel that i should […] get something for the trouble i had at the hotel Lees meer

This hotel room and its furnishings definitely showed wear, but the room was clean and comfortable. Better than I was expecting for the price I paid. Very easy on/off the highway and the place was pretty quiet. Perfect for a one night stopover during a long car trip, and the shower head had high water pressure, which very few do anymore. We needed a lower cost option on our way into Pigeon Forge for a lengthier vacation. The Comfort Inn was a good choice. The construction located at the entrance is a bit inconvenient at the moment, but that will end soon enough. The hotel was clean and relatively quiet. It was perfectly suited to our purpose - to sleep eight hours before moving on. […] I have only one mild complaint: if I had gone 14 more miles, I could have gotten a similar hotel for $30 less. This Days Inn was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

We rented 2 rooms at this hotel for a one night stay and were greeted by friendly people each time we were at the desk. This hotel had elevators and carts for luggage and free breakfast. The breakfast consisted of 4 kinds of cereal, fruit, pastries and bagels, 2 juices and coffee/tea/milk. It was kept clean and supplied. Rooms were clean and mostly […] comfortable with a microwave to use in the room. I was bothered for a while by people outside my door, but that can happen anywhere. First thing was to arrive and find out that Hotels.com did not reserve me a Pet friendly room as I ask. So I had to pay an additional $30 to have a room that I could have my dog in. Atleast they had one available. They said they only have 5 rooms and only one lef that could have pet inside. Than we had issues the whole stay with their TV. They had a […] litttle box on the top back part of the Tv that if the remote could not see woudnt work. After calling the office the first time they didnt say anything about it they just said they were aware of a problem and would be fixed shortly. So I didnt call the second time it happened. Than the next day in the office I said something to guy at front desk who than told me about the little box. Than with all the traffic it took 30 minutes to get anywhere(construction) ... The only complaint I had was getting in and out of the hotel. The traffic is VERY bad and you more or less have to make a right than do a u-turn to get to Pigeon Forge. Allow a good 1/2 hour - 45 minutes to get to Pigeon Forge. But the staff was very friendly and VERY helpful! And the pool was real nice and the beds were very comfortable.

The hotel was fine and the price was excellent. It met our needs and expectations. Fun food and shopping nearby. It was worth a longer stay and we will return next year.

we stayed for 2 days and had such a great time it is supper close to the huge flee market...the people that worked there were so nice and friendly...and the room was supper big..for the price and very clean...breakfast was great as well...will return again next year....
