very old, not being taking care of. we moved between 3 rooms in 3 days

The room was disgusting, you could tell the floor hadn't been vacuumed and the bathroom floor hadn't been cleaned. The bathroom door would shut and the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. There was also horrible lighting in the parking lot, leaving me feeling uncomfortable walking in and out of the hotel.

Expensive, yet they fail to mention that there is no tv, even though there is a tv in the room. And no internet. 2 HUGE strikes!! the reception girls were rude as hell! I do NOT recommend this place to anyone.....

Stayed in a lot of Quality Inn found this one OK not up to pare with the other and is over priced for it's condition

There were two of us and we each paid for 2 nights. My payment was posted and no issues but my friend had paid and the front desk said no and that she would have to call and handle this problem. We both felt angry and that the hotel should have handled this issue as it was booked thru a vendor that you all use. The staff was not very nice about this […] until after my friend contacted her cc co. who said they had pd -then she had to call expedia and clarify -- Expedia called the hotel and told them that she in fact had pd. We feel that was unnecessary and that again the hotel clerk should have handled this. Once Expedia contacted the clerk at your hotel then next time we saw her she did apologize but we were not treated well prior to this. It was uncomfortable and not good business. Lees meer

The quality of this hotel did not equal what I paid. It smelled, the carpet was musty, and the room was musty,

This hotel is shabby and desperately in need of a renovation. The carpet in our room was frayed and stained. There were rust spots on the bathroom door. One of the lamps and the tv in our room did not work. The hallways were musty and had a slight smell of smoke despite the fact that this is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. We could not park outside […] the door closest to our room, because some of the parking lot lighting was not working. The lobby and common areas are postered with computer-generated signs, "No Pets", "Ice machine for ice buckets only, do not put ice in your cooler", "coffee machine for paying guests only", "guests must sign in at front desk before using pool", "On day of check out guests must be out of pool by 11:45, you cannot swim in pool after check out". The last two signs were particularly ironic because on the pool door there is a sign "pool closed" -- with no indication of when it will reopen as there seems to be some sort of construction in the pool area. The pool is closed for renovation in August. The bathtub was filthy and clogged.

Rooms were rather cramped quarters for 2 adults and 2 children aged 9 and 11. In addition, there were some issues with bugs in the bathroom. My grandson cut his foot on glass in the carpet. During the holiday weekend staff for the dining facility was limited to one waitress for the entire room for breakfast. Hotel is in good location but was being refurbed at time of stay. Pool was not in operation. Overall impression was not well maintained.

A/C was noisey.

We stayed here for the weekend of the Marist graduation. It was convenient to the thruway and Rhinebeck. The breakfast was terrific and the staff very friendly. Although the hotel is a bit old the beds were very comfortable.

This hotel was very clean. The service of the staff was excellent. I have stayed there several times and I would definitely go back. I recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking to relax for the night.

The price we paid for this place per night was a rip off plain and simple. I'm glad so many others had a nice stay but we did not and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. While the location is pretty decent (off the highway, close to other main roads around the area), the quality is terrible. Our room/wing clearly wasn't renovated within a decade or […] so: the light fixtures were falling apart, the entire corridor smelled like smoke, the towels were paper thin, gum was stuck behind the nightstands, and the HVAC unit looked like it was going to fall out of the building. /expectations were not that high for me...I wanted easy access to the highway and a good nights sleep.

i chose this hotel because of the indoor pool, i have small children and it kept them occupied, the water was cold for being an indoor pool. the night staff was great (they were the only ones i delt with) they help me anytime i needed. the first night the door key would not work and they immediately moved me to another room. the only complaint that […] i have was the odor from it being smoking, but it was not that bad. i would stay again if i have my children with me. This is a standard Quality Inn that met all expectations but did not exceed them. Check-in was easy, room was fine and clean, though it was freezing when we checked in, and the heater really had to work to keep the room warm. We stayed there to see family and allow my autistic boy the chance to swim. Pool was clean and warm for him and me. Rooms were clean. The heat was a bit hard to control and loud when we were trying to sleep. The staff were all very kind and supportive in everything I asked for. Good overall experience, very affordable weekend.

This hotel should not be recommended to anyone. It was old and very "seedy". Halls & rooms were dirty and run-down. Very disappointing!

Very handy to JFK for an early flight or a late arriving one. Much cheaper to spend you first night here and taxi into Manhattan the next morning after a late arrival.

Only stayed one night but the walls are pretty thin and the comfort of the room was a little sub-par. THere was a mini fridge/microwave in the room that kept turning on and off until I unplugged it in the middle of the night to get some rest. Overall, the hotel is fine but a bit pricey for the quality.

Well priced, good food at on-site restaurant. Quiet, comfortable room.

Air conditioning was too loud.... don't take a smoking room... they can't get rid of the smell. Housekeeping knocks on the door too early in the morning, wanting to clean the room.

When my husband and I arrived at 9:30pm there were hardly any cars in the parking lot. We came in to the lobby to check in and they had us get back in our car and drive to the end of the building for the room. Why we couldn't get a room in the lobby or closer we couldn't figure out. Then when we got to the room the smell was horrible in the room. All […] night my husband and I tossed and turned due to the smell. We ate dinner and breakfast at the adjoining restaurant and it was nothing to brag about. Service was poor. Didn't even ask us in the morning for a second cup of coffee.
