Na een prettig ontvangst konden we heel vlot de kamer in. De kamer was een aangenaame verassing: ruim, schoon en netjes. Met twee afzonderlijke flatscreens en ruime badkamer een prettig verblijf. De prijzen voor roomservice waren meer dan redelijk. Een goed uitgeruste gym maakte dat we ook lekker hebben kunnen sporten.De ligging is prettig dichtbij veel restaurants, een park en winkelstraten. Ook is het makkelijk om naar diverse bezienswaardigheden te gaan, te voet dan wel met openbaar vervoer of eigen vervoer ( alhoewel wij zelf dit keer gaan auto hebben gehuurd). Het personeel is vriendelijk en attent en ook het flesje water op de hotelkamer werd zeer op prijs gesteld. We zaten eerder in het hotel hier tegenover, ook een prima hotel maar het sofihotel is ons net beter bevallen.

Iedereen weet het te vinden. Prima hotelbus van af het vliegveld en voor de vaste prijs van 29 dollar ben je in het centrum (25 minuten in een taxi). Perfecte prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

Had a nice and comfortable stay at this hotel during my time in Philadelphia nov. 2011. There could be some better explanation about how to arrange the airport shuttle when you are not familiar with it, couldn't recall it on their (local) website and never got answered my question request long before I planned my stay there. Shuttle drivers themselfs were really helpfull and friendly, like most frontdesk personell, except for one man being rude and not hospital for me as his guest. Most of all I enjoyed my stay at Days Inn Springfield ;-) Room was oke!

Dit hotel is vrij luxe, grote kamers, grote badkamer, goede douche, heel comfortabel king size bed, lege koelkast (dus je kunt bij de supermarkt je eigen drankjes kopen, geen dure minibar). Uitstekend parkeren, het ligt aan het vliegveld, maar binnen hoor je absoluut niets! Met de auto kun je prima binnen een kwartiertje naar het centrum van Philadelphia, waar je ook prima kunt parkeren. dus in die zin is dit hotel goed gelegen. Het hotel zelf ligt niet in een leuke buurt, maar dat is in dit geval niet erg. Het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk! Wij vonden het een prima ervaring, en een aanrader.
Ligging.
Holiday Inn Express Malvern ligt in Malvern. Plaatselijke bezienswaardigheden zijn onder andere Valley Forge National Historic Park. Andere bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving zijn Villanova University en Valley Forge Convention Center.
Hotelvoorzieningen.
De accommodatie beschikt over een een businesscentrum. Gasten krjjgen gratis ontbijt. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een fitnesscentrum, een cadeaushop of kiosk en een wasserij. Gasten kunnen gratis parkeren.
Hotelkamers.
Holiday Inn Express Malvern heeft 89 kamers met een koffiezetapparaat/waterkoker en een föhn. Elke kamer is voorzien van een draadloze internetverbinding. "Good location. Convient location. Quiet"
Had two night stay and both were quiet, Stores close by in case we forgot something. Would book again if we need to be in the area.

We had a very nice stay.thank you.. Only problem was getting in there ,it was tough. No yield for that on coming traffic.. Now that we know would stay again.

"I stayed here for Christmas"
Being far from home on Christmas is always hard. Not only was it Christmas but I was in my room for an evening of Internet Radio Broadcasting. The staff was extremely helpful with all of my needs. The Best part for me , was on Christmas morning, after partying the night before, and having no food I was really hungry. overall positive experience. Negatives were: 1) My non smoking room was on a floor with 50% smoking rooms. Smelled like a cigar lounge when I got off the elevator. My request for a non smoking floor was gladly accomodated.
"Great Hotel"
We needed a quick overnight stay, close to Phoenixville. The staff was great, the free breakfast was one of the best I've had anywhere. Real eggs, sausage and biscuits, pancakes, fruit, breads. the bed was very comfortable, and the AC quiet enough we hardly noticed it. I'd definitely stay there again.
"Hockey Tourney"
I had driven down from Upstate NY to watch my grandson play hockey. I found this hotel very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and they had alot to choose from. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to that area. And I would also stay there again if I was in the area again. thank you so much.
"Rooms are smelly"
The rooms smell...beds are ok...the complimentary breakfast I have eaten in number of hiliday inn's but this one is the worst so far...I would not go here again...
"Good stay - Would return if in the area again"
My husband and I stayed here for two nights while visiting Valley Forge and Philadelphia. We found the Target and Wegman's Grocery stores nearby location to be very convenient. The hotel was easy to find and is near gas stations and a few restaurants and within easy driving distance of the areas I mentioned. The continental breakfast was really one […] of the best I've had. They had a pancake machine instead of the traditional waffle maker which surprised us by having really good pancakes! There was a good variety of other foods to choose from and we left satisfied. The front desk service was good both days. My only complaint is that the beds were hard for my taste and actually more firm than most other hotels I've been in. The room was clean and we felt safe. "good price, nice room"
The room was nice and roomy. the bed was execellent and very comfortable. The only problem I had was lack of water pressure in the shower. It could be the showerhead needs replacement, as I had more than adequate pressure from the sink.
"Below average at best"
I've stayed in HI Express hotels many times, but this hotel is sub par on many levels. Room is dated and not very clean. Furniture is old and has stains. In general just not a very comfortable or clean experience. Location was good though.

Nice stay-nice price. The staff were lovely. The room was clean and fresh smelling. The breakfast had a nice choice of healthy and comfort foods. I was pleasantly surprised. Would definitely stay again.

stay was ok. thought there was a pool when i booked the reservations but otherwise it was ok.
"Express Holiday Inn Malvern"
I was very happy with our stay at this hotel. We checked in late and the clerk was very helpful. We only stayed one night, but it was pleasant and clean!
the room was clean but there was a smell like old wet clothes in the room. It improved once we turned on the air conditioner. Go down the road to the Hampton Inn two stars better for the same price.

NICE PLACE TO STAY
When we made our reservation, we reeequested a king size bed. Since we were in a hurry to get to our destination, we didn't check out the room when we checked in.. When we returned around midnight, we discovered we only had a double bed and it was too late to do anything about it then. "The Holiday Inn Express in Malvern, PA"
The hotel employees were very courteous and helpful, the breakfast was fairly decent, and the rooms were comfortable, but there was a musty smell in the room the whole time. We sprayed our Glade quite often, but the smell remained. There was a damp feeling on the carpets. We stayed here two years ago and it was much cleaner feeling than this time.

The staff was great! My teenager especially enjoyed the breakfast at 6am before her lacrosse games. Great location.

We spent three nights and three days in this hotel which was made more than comfortable by the sincere attention and efficiency of Tonya (sp?), who not only changed our room, quickly, when we realized we had been inadvertently put in a "smoking" room (ugh), but made sure we were pointed in the right directions for all the usual questions and needs faced […] by real out-of-towners...however, there was nothing she could do about the arctic circle known as the breakfast room...if they had hung meat in there it would have crawled out, frozen--please, turn down the thermostat. "Good for the value"
The low score was because the mattress seemed older and "leaned to the center" and was therefore uncomfortable and not the nicest night's rest. Breakfast buffet was very good (great coffee!), staff was very helpful and friendly.
"Good place to stay"
Though when we got there and were given a room and we arrived at the room, it hadn't been cleaned yet. We had to come back as we needed to be at a scheduled engagement. When we got back, without having asked or us making a scene, they just upgraded us and gave us a suite! That made an impression on us! All the staff was friendly. The breakfast was exceptional, […] with eggs, either sausage patties, links or bacon, pancakes, cereals, fruits, juices, and the usual carbs that you'd find at a continental breakfast bar! "Broken Elevator/fixed quickly"
Elevator was not working on arrival. Maintenance Person manually operated elevator to help us with our luggage. He explained expedited part order. Was fixed 2-days later. I appreciated his help & explanation.

"Excellent option for short and long stay"
The Holiday Inn Express Malvern is an excellent option for short and long stays. The high speed internet is very good..
"Convienent location but nothing to write home abou"
This hotel is very basic, the decore is dated and unimaginative. The room drab and uninviting but the bed was not bad. the breakfast was actually pretty good with many choices and good coffee.

We had been on the road for 9 hrs. and were ready to stop for the night. I had searched the area on line for a hotel, and chose well. The check in was efficient. The room was clean and fresh. The parking lot was well lit, and when I had to return to the car after 11pm I felt safe. We would definitely stay again.
My only complaint was the bed wasn't quite long enough for me. I guess i should have ordered a queen size.

Staff was friendly and available. The room was on the small side, but reasonable for one person. The room, linens and bathroom were clean. Location of hotel was convenient and did not lead me to worry about security. Overall, this was a very positive experience and I would stay here again if in the area.

This property is convenient to US Route 30, the Philadelphia Main Line, as well as the PA Turnpike. The property is clean, well-maintained, and quiet. Many rooms have fridge and microwave in addition to a large TV. The staff seem to be knowledgeable about events in the immediate area.
