Echt een top hotel! Ziet er goed uit, is echt schoon, vriendelijk personeel etc. Een prima verblijf en dat voor zo weinig geld!

Het appartement is zeer oud , maar wij komen daar al jaren . zoals vele nederlanders Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk.ook ondanks dat het oud is,is het wel schoon en netjes. Wij hopen er nog vele jaren te verblijven.

Het is een oud vervallen apartementencomplex op ongeveer 20 minuten lopen van de boulevard. De kamer was erg oud en heel erg slecht onderhouden. De bedden waren kort en je voelde aan alle kanten de spiralen in het matras. De badkamer zat vol schimmel en er zat zelf in kakkerlak in de kamer. De kamermeisjes waren wel erg vriendelijk, handoeken werden […] iedere dag verschoond en de bedden een keer in de paar dagen. De ontvangst was vriendelijk, al had he leuk geweest als we wat informatie hadden gekregen over dingen die we konden doen in de buurt of over andere zaken. We moesten alles zelf maar een beetje uitzoeken. Een kluisje kon je huren voor 15 euro per week. Het zwembad was op zich goed. Voldoende ligbedden met matrasjes. Het kinderbadje was wel 90 cm diep dus je kan een klein kind er niet alleen in laten spelen. Een speeltuintje en een bar ontbraken. Ik zou het appartement niet aanraden. Alhowel de prijs laag is zijn er te veel nadelen. De afstand tot het strand is behoorlijk groot (iedere keer 20 minuten wandelen in de volle zon is niet prettig), het appartement is vies en vervallen en er is geen informatie beschikbaar over uitstapjes in de buurt. Het hotel ligt er mooi gelegen. Dichtbij het strand, restaurantjes, winkels enz. Ook zit er een mooi zwembad bij en toch zit je er ook weer erg lekker rustig en hebt zeker genoeg plaats in je appartement!!

Prijs / kwaliteit is prima. Vriendelijk personeel. Propere ruime kamer met steeds warm water. Elke dag verse handdoeken. Maar er is geen luxe en alles is verouderd. Als u luxe wenst, zijn er vèle àndere hotels in Agadir .... maar met héél andere prijzen. Goed gelegen en veilig. Ik kreeg wat ik ervan verwacht had.

Het hotel is gelegen dicht bij het strand. Er zijn veel trappen, dus voor bepaalde mensen niet zo handig. We kregen ook geen hulp om onze koffers naar onze kamer te dragen. De kamers zijn oud, maar voor de prijs die je moet betalen is het toch wel redelijk goed. Het enige probleem dat ik echt heb ervaren is stof. Er werd niet goed schoongemaakt, waardoor […] ik de hele tijd allergische reacties op de stof had. Dit zal natuurlijk afhankelijk zijn van de poetsvrouw. Leuk hotel voor mensen die op reis gaan met een 'low-budget'. Mooi uitzicht , praktissch ligt overal dichtbij. Het ziet er niet nieuw uit maar wel verzorgd. Eveneens het zwembad is steeds heel netjes. Echt een aanrader.

It is a very lovely budget hotel. The apartments are rather large and offering everything that you could need. You can tell that it is very clean. the beds are very comfortable. The pool is rather lovely. It would be nice to have Wifi in at least part of the hotel. Also, although I found the staff to be lovely, there was one lady working the front desk. […] She yelled at me and was very rude when I tried to take a towel to the beach (not to use on the beach/sand but on a chair). The room was average for budget Morocco places. The kitchenette is a nice touch, but quite small. Having a refrigerator was nice. Unfortunately, we didn't stay very long. They had no hot water. When I let them know, they called someone and later informed me they didn't have anyone who could fix the problem. They have a sister hotel across the street […] and offered us a room to shower in over there. I asked that they just move us over there since they'd have to clean the room after we bathed anyway, and they ended up doing that. I found the staff member to be quite responsive. I stayed here with my girlfriend for a week in November 2012. I have to admit, I was a little bit worried about this hotel when I read through the reviews on Trip Advisor. However, they surpassed all expectations. The bottom line is this: don't go to this hotel if you expect 5* quality. I have stayed at this hotel in the past and in comparison to my previous visits it is somewhat run down the bathroom shower and bath tub needs replacing although me and my family were able to have hot showers or baths when we wanted the staff were both friendly and helpful and cleaning was completed every day and clean towels were provided .No wifi […] was available but we could access this service at the sister hotel Targdirt I would stay again as we use it as a base while visiting family but would not recommend to newbies to Morocco Lees meer

Hotel was very shabby and in need of a facelift. Bath enamel had worn away, shower hook on wall, but no hook on shower attachment to fit it to! Toilet door didn't fit as it has warped. Bathroom and "kitchen" area in desperate need of a facelight, very gloomy. Only one unbrella by the pool. Loved it. More like an apartment with daily housekeeping--no soap or shampoo though, so bring your own. Spacious and clean; pretty good location 2 blocks away from the beach. Good value for price. Make sure bring your passport with an entry stamp if you're a foreigner though.

The staff was very friendly and the location was convenient. No restaurant, but there are plent nearby. Also an ATM literally at the front door was very handy.

Great location only 5mins walk from the beach. The hotel is showing a little bit of wear and tear but superb value for money. Also, friendly staff, good swimming pool with lovely sun terrace, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, it is basic, but you get a good sized room, a living room with dining table, a small kitchen and bathroom. Your in a great location, a 5 min walk from the beach, and depending on your room, you can see the beach. I end up feeding the cats there, and one decided to move in lol

I resrved 2 rooms at this hotel. we ended up not being able to stay in them. We arrived at 10PM. There were no towels, no toilet paper and the pillows with black spots had no pillow cases. We were able to get toilet paper but they were not able to give us the towels and the pillow cases because the cleaning ladies had already left! We had to leave […] and find another hotel. When we arrived the front desk personal told us that she did not have our reservation. We had booked and paid online and showed her on our laptop the entire confirmation. She told us that we had to go to an internet cafe down the street and print it out. We went but every keyboard was in french which made it impossible to type our American English passwords […] into our account. We returned stressed and upset for her to inform us that she had received it. We went to our room it had not been cleaned. We had to wait. There was black mold all over the bathroom walls. Booked a double bed apartment as that was the closest option to having a double bed room (was quite reasonably priced too). It turned out to be a big apartment with lounge, kitchen, bathroom and a reasonably sized double bed room. The hotel is well located as well. A bit run down but clean. Downside: not much character.

Don't stay here unless you care nothing for noise, no privacy, at best indifferent service, and a general lack of comfort. The staff acts like they are doing you a huge favour in dealing with you, and the rooms are close to derelict. Cockroaches are abundant, in several colours and sizes, as well as numerous other creepy crawlies.

If you are looking for cheap basic accomodation ok, but..... The neighbourhood is noisy, the hotel itself is on it's ast legs. I only got the resemblance of decent service after spreading quite a lot of tips, several 100 DH. The first room was groundfloor, meaning everybody could not only look into my room, they could actually enter, fridge not working. […] Second room stovetop not working, fridge barely. Maintenance is pitiful. You get the impression that this is a sinking ship, and the staff is just playing for time. Btw not suited for those less mobile, many stairs. Lees meer

These are quite basic apartmets - not very modern, but very clean & comfortable. The apartment itself is huge! we were a couple and had a 2 bed apartment to ourselves. Great place to bring children. Nice pool, very relaxed atmosphere, nice welcome on arrival. No hesitation in recmmending at all.

We got to Igoudar and it was ok, for the price you don't expect much anyway. There was no room available when we got there at around 11am so we had to wait for guests to check out. We came back at around 1pm, the lady at the reception gave us the key to the furthest room they have, you litterally have to climb a lot of stairs just to get to the room, […] you need to be in good shape to handle the climb, since i went there with my mother that can have a hard time climbing all those stairs we requested another closer room that we got after getting attitude from the lady in the reception. Overall, it's clean, quiet not like some of the reviews suggested, could use some fresh paint and you have to ask for stuff, like i had to ask for a missing bath towel. PS: You have to bring your own soap and bath products. Lees meer

What a lovely restful surprise. A quiet hotel apartment close to the sea with sea view in some cases . Each little apartment laid out so you don't intrude on others and feel a sense of space and privacy . The cooking and bathing facilities are basic but functional. Not luxurious but economic and great value for money.

Agadir, while not a true experience of Morocco, was a pleasant and fun seaside resort. Six of the seven days (mid October) were bright with 25C days but cool evenings. Facilities and environs were excellent. Good choice of food/drink outlets (each offering a similar menu) and reasonable shopping. The Igoudar was excellent. The only minor quibbles would be the shortage of powerpoints and limited surface area in the kitchen. Lacked aircon, so worth thinking about the time of year that you stay here. Well worth a visit.
