Hampton Inn & Suites Denver-Downtown in Denver

Wij hebben 2 nachten in het Hampton in verbleven. Het is even zoeken als je vanuit Denver airport komt, zorg dat je de routebeschrijving bij de hand hebt. De ontvangst is hartelijk, niets is de staff te veel. De manager is erg enthousiast over de stad en het gebied, het liefst gaat hij de hele dag met je op pad. Valet parking kost 20 dollar, maar is […] zeker de moeite waard, in de buurt is het betaald parkeren. De kamers zijn ruim, schoon en voorzien van airco. De ligging is ideaal, 5 minuten lopen van 16th street mall, waar wij overigens niets aan vonden. Het ontbijt is typisch amerikaans, mierzoete broodjes, cornflakes, omeletjes, warme wafels. Een praktisch hotel vlakbij de winkels en musea van Denver. Vanuit het hotel loop je in 10 minuten naar Capital State Building (doen!) en vandaar naar Molly Brown House. Verder naar winkels in 16th Street en LoDo. Hotel is praktisch en comfortabel. Wij waren er 2 nachten voordat we de camper ophaalden. Prima ontbijt, klein zwembad. Friendly staff, nice big rooms, quiet neighborhood

Found the Hampton Inn to be a great value along. Its location was convenient.

I stayed here because it was about 3 blocks from the 16th street mall. Area is very quiet. Hotel is very nice. 24hr little convenient store in lobby. Great continental breakfast every morning. Room was clean and comfortable. Hallways and common areas have greatly deteroriated over the years. (I have stayed in this hotel before it was LaQuinta.) Hallways smelled of damp, old smoke. Breakfast area was very unkept. Jiuce machine was either broken or just not filled. Dirty, wet towel under machine. Waffle batter was splattered all over the bar, […] floor, etc. Appeared that only one person was manning the breakfast area. very comfortable beds, friendly staff, close to 16th Street Mall and convention center. Loved the pool, hot tub and weight room. Did not like that there were no fans or windows in the bathroom.

Truly enjoyed our stay ay the Hampton Inn & Suites Denver. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel was in great shape clean and well maintained. Requested early check in and was accommodated The only negative was our room was located just above a dumpster that was used for renovations and occasionally it was noisy. Overall a great stay!.

Five stars! Perfect location to downtown night life. Awesome rooms, and service.

Very nice and clean accommodations. The breakfast was very good as well. There is ample parking via two lots on either side of the hotel as well as metered street parking. The front desk however, was super hit-and-miss from a customer service standpoint. One woman was very nasty even though she half-smiled throughout the problem that was being addressed. […] We had a couple incidents with this person and I can't imagine why they keep her on staff! She appears to be in a supervisory role at the desk. If you can get past the front desk unscathed, you will probably enjoy your stay very much. Lees meer

remodeling looks very nice, pleasant staff, inexpensive weekend parking in lot across the street which staff informs you about so you don't have to use costly valet

This Hampton Inn was definitely not a budget hotel by any means. Newly remodeled and tastefully modern, this cozy hotel offered spa water, one of the best continental breakfasts with fresh fruit and real food, Starbucks coffee or tea all day and fruit all day. My friend and I wanted to get away for the evening and be close to downtown bars and clubs. We go to the same fitness club and had a tough workout, we were looking forward to soaking in the hot tub before a girls night out and the hot tub was out of order! Very friendly and helpful staff! I felt cared for and cared about.

This was an okay hotel, but one reason I booked it is because it advertised that it provided free shuttle service to around town, when, in fact, they do not. We were attending the stock show a few miles away and therefore had to take a cab. Also, the hot tub was a luke warm tub at best. Other than that, it was okay.

So overall this hotel was alright. However, considering that it was New Years eve, I made a mistake in picking this hotel. There are plenty of other nicer hotels in downtown Denver that are closer to actual sites and businesses and not just parking lot after parking lot. Knowing they had an anti-party policy that I was required to sign on checkin would […] have result in me choosing some where else to stay for my 3 nights. As it was I ended up only staying in my room 1 of the nights and opted to stay at other hotels with friends the other 2 nights. They did have extremely comfortable beds and sheets though. Lees meer

Great hot breakfast. Walking distance to all locations downtown.

I loved this hotel! My room was clean, the staff was very friendly, it was quiet, and very convenient to my destination. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was okay, something different each day (a variation on eggs, different fruits). I did not have a car, so I can't comment on what parking here would be like.

Clean room, updated everything. Interior was quiet, outside was loud. This must be on a track for ambulance or police cars? The edge of the neighborhood was a bit sketchy - off the beaten path. Worth the price in Denver.

Stayed here because of the pool reviews, but the pool wasn't suitable (nor the workout room) for anyone serious about working out.

Fantastic hotel! Fantastic staff! Would highly recommend to anyone going to Denver.

The Hampton is really great. It has a pool, gym, free coffee in the lobby, breakfast, and free internet. I could not have wished for more...

This is a very nice, comfortable hotel and it is convenient to downtown. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and so are the cookies they have waiting for you at the front desk! The heart of downtown is about 4-5 short blocks away so that may be problem if you have mobility issues but otherwise it's an easy walk. Since the hotel was given only 2.5 stars we didn't expect much, but we were more than pleasantly surprised. We definitely stay here again if we were in the area and would recommend it to friends. Safe, convenient and comfortable. Valet service was very accommodating and quick!

Friendly, helpful staff that went out of their way to provide excellent service but went way beyond expectations for friendliness! Great location to everything Denver. We will be back!

This was a very nice, clean, comfortable hotel with a good breakfast. A little off the beaten path as far as the downtown, Lodo, 16th Street Mall but in walking distance. Just a pretty good walk! We would stay there again because it is a nice hotel and priced not as high as others but not cheap. Glad we did not have to park a car... pricey!

Wonderful location, close to 16th St, Mall. Hotel staff couldn't have been more accommodating, very helpful with directions and useful information. Nice breakfast to start our day off. Would definitely stay here again. We found parking on the street at the meters every night, no problem as long as we were out by 9:00 AM. No point in paying $20 per night […] for valet parking. We got a great deal on this Hampton Inn hotel, costing us about half compared to most hotels in the downtown Denver area. The room was clean and comfy, the staff was helpful and always smiling, and the free hot breakfast buffet from 6-10am was great and saved us some money. We were only a few blocks from the 16th St Mall and also a few blocks from […] some good restaurants/bars on 17th, east of downtown. We also had a nice 30 minute walk east to the City Park with the Denver Zoo and Museum of Nature and Science. I will ALWAYS use this hotel when I visit Denver from now on. Lees meer
