Prima hotel met keurig ontbijtbuffet (in de prijs inbegrepen). Kamer was netjes. Prijs van het verblijf was heel redelijk. Minpuntje: Het stadshart is behoorlijk uit de buurt en het hotel ligt aan de rand van industrieel gebied. Als uitvalbasis voor bijvoorbeeld bergwandelingen of autotochten voldoet het uitstekend.

Hotel is prima gelegen, dicht bij loipes, het zwembad, de schaatsbaan en ski piste. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Nette, schone kamers en goed ontbijt. Vanuit ontbijtzaal/restaurant geweldig uitzicht.

Ligging.
Hilton Innsbruck bevindt zich in Innsbruck, dicht bij Triumphpforte, Galerie im Taxispalais en Tyrolean Provincial Museum. In de buurt liggen ook Hofkirche en Hofburg.
Hotelvoorzieningen.
Hilton Innsbruck heeft een healthclub, een turks stoombad en een sauna. Draadloos internet is gratis beschikbaar in openbare ruimtes. De zakelijke voorzieningen bij deze 4-sterrenaccommodatie zijn onder andere een businesscentrum, vergaderruimtes voor kleine groepen en secretariële diensten. Dit hotel voor zaken heeft een restaurant en een bar/lounge. Het personeel kan op verzoek zakelijke diensten, hulp bij excursies en een geldwisseldienst regelen. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een casino, een fitnesscentrum en een conciërgebalie. Tegen betaling zijn er een beperkt aantal parkeerplaatsen.
Hotelkamers.
Hilton Innsbruck heeft 176 kamers met airconditioning die zijn voorzien van een minibar en een kluis. Gasten kunnen tegen betaling gebruikmaken van de draadloze internetverbinding op de kamer. Elke televisie heeft satellietzenders en betaalfilms. Elke kamer beschikt over een bureau, een gratis weekkrant en een telefoon met directe buitenlijn met voicemail. Elke badkamer is voorzien van douches, een föhn en gratis toiletartikelen.
Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een strijkplank/strijkijzer en een wekkerradio. Bovendien kun je op verzoek gebruikmaken van voorzieningen zoals massagebehandelingen op de kamer, hypoallergeen beddengoed en extra handdoeken/beddengoed. Een turndownservice wordt elke avond aangeboden en een huishoudservice is dagelijks beschikbaar.

Hotel was great. The breakfast was fabulous. The best croissants I have ever had.
This hotel was very nice. The staff was very friendly and we absolutely loved the restaurant attached.

For certain one of teh better Hiltons Ive used. Free ski bus stops within 50 mtrs, and being centrally located its handy for all Innsbruck has to offer. Room was fine and had great views.Breakfast buffet and service was excellent. Didn't have dinner in hotel so cant comment on that but suspect it would be a similar experience..Great italian restuarant […] nearby though Ill Gusto ... tiramisu to die for! Would defijnitely stay again at this hotel, and it is better value for money than another high star hotel nearby.... Lees meer

Lovely location, nicely furnished room. The room was spotless. The receptionists were always so helpful and friendly. The night manager and day manager was very professional and delightful to interact with. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the service was fantastic! I couldn't have asked for better service! It was a wonderful experience!

Hilton has always live up to their high standards. Staff were friendly in directions to old town and hotel is walking distance to main train station Innsbruck HBF. Breakfast was good. The room rate is really reasonable from Hotel.com
We had a most pleasurable stay. The staff & overall condition of the hotel was outstanding. There is a balcony at the end of the hallway on each floor that offers great views.

"Amazing Views"
This hotel is a modern, typical Hilton. I had a twin double room on the 8th floor with a decent view. However, each floor has fire escape doors which lead out to a viewing platform with amazing views. Go to the top floor and check out the views of Innsbruck and the surrounding mountains. The room was great. Only 2 complaints.....A/C was virtually non-existent […] (a common situation in Europe), and there was no free wi-fi. My room rate included a lovely breakfast buffet (but watch out for the hyper salty scrambled eggs). Would definitely stay again at this hotel. Lees meer

"Did lot live up to expectations"
He had high hopes for this hotel but unfortunately it was a let down. The room was not clean, the bed sheets had a large stain (looked like blood) on them. We brought it to the attention of staff around midday and they said it would be changed. We arrived back at 8pm and they still hadn't changed the sheets. The room was very dated and there were a […] lot of stains on the carpet. On the plus side the bed was quite large and comfy. Every night the room smelt like smoke which seemed to be coming through the vents in the bathroom. The breakfast was nice with a large variety of items. All other hotels we stayed at provided free internet access, except the Hilton. For such a large company it really should not be hard to provide free internet access for it's customers. Fabulous views from our 13th floor room. Check in staff / reception highly helpful and friendly. Convenient for walking into the old town. "Hilton Innsbruck - excellent value for money"
What an excellent hotel. For what we paid, we got an amazing deal. Excellent breakfast, friendly and personal service from the cleaners to the receptionists and very close to city centre as well as to rail station. Highly reccommended to all.
"Right near everything in downtown Innsbruck"
Typical experience with a Hilton hotel room. Very nice rooms in a very nice hotel. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, as is typical with all Hilton's, they have to charge you for internet service which everyone else let's you have for free. A lot of street construction around the hotel made it difficult to find the parking garage.

We had a most wonderful stay at the hotel, the best of our entire trip to Europe. We had a room with an excellent view and needless to say, the service, especially at the cafe where we had our breakfast was superb.

"Great food and service!"
This was by far, the best hotel of our month-long trip to Italy and Austria. The pastries were to die for and I will be remembering those for a long time to come! The included breakfast has a great selection of foods, all of which were very tasty. We will use Hilton again for any future trips.

Just two blocks from the train station, in the center of town, walk to everything, my room was VERY quiet, laundry was VERY expensive. American's would be very happy staying in this hotel.

I loved this hotel! They were super friendly and very helpful. It was very clean and breakfast came with the room price! It was a beautiful view out of our room and a great location to go explore Innsbruck. Skiing was easy to get to from the hotel due to hte free ski shuttle bus. This hotel was worth the money.

The staff at this hotel are outstanding. Very helpful in all respects. The breakfast was also very good and I am glad we included it in the package. Room had a lovely view of the valley and the old Olympic Ski Jump tower.

"Would definitely return"
The Hilton is about 6 to 7 minute flat walk from the main railway station. Reception staff were very friendly and efficient. Our rather large room (by European standards) overlooked part of the city and the mountains. Our room (517) was quiet, well equipped and very comfortable. Other rooms on our floor (the 5th) with the same view would be 518 and […] 519 - probably a better view the higher the floor number eg 817,818,819. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of hot and cold food, and a delightful waitress called Judy - nothing was too much trouble for her. The hotel is convenient to the touristy old part of town. We would definitely stay there again, and would reccommed to those who like 4 star convenient accommodation. Lees meer

The Hilton was exceptional as always. The location is perfect, only a 5 minute walk from the train station, and a 10 minute walk from old town. The view was spectacular, and the service was great. I came in with a cold, and they went out of their way to take care of me. I have two minor gripes. 1. For the price of the hotel, I am very surprised internet […] is not offered complimentary. Much smaller/cheaper hotels do offer it, and having to make the choice between locating and walking to a free wifi cafe or having the added expense was annoying. 2. I don't know if I was above a smoking room or if it went through the pipes, but my bathroom consistently stunk of smoke. It even seeped into the room by the time I checked out, but it got into my clothes just a little bit. Lees meer

If you are arriving by train, you can easily walk to the hotel. Plus it is an easy walk to the old section of town - very charming.

My wife and I are both gluten-free. We contacted the hotel by e-mail in advance to let them know this. Every morning we got a plate of gluten-free bread or buns. As well, if we had been celiac, they would have brought us plates of food that were gluten-free. (Since we are just sensitive to gluten, we typically chose to select our own food from the marvellous […] breakfast buffet.) The executive chef spoke to us about every second day as to whether the food was meeting our expectations--it was! The staff of the hotel were all excellent. The big drawback of this hotel is the air quality. Although we were in a smoke-free room, air that smelt smoky seemed to creep into the room from the fan in the bathroom. "Quiet and convenient"
Our room at the Hilton was quiet and clean--bed was very comfortable. The hotel was easy to find from the Hauptbahnhof and a short walking distance from the "old town" and major sites. Since we were in town for only a day-and-a half, we chose the Hop-on-hot-off bus ride which took us up to the skii jump and the castle.

Helpful, efficient and friendly reception. Spacious room, good location. Walking can get to most interesting places in town, or to transport terminus's that get you to farther points of interest.
