Good points: staff was very helpful, breakfast purchased with room was amazing and well worth it (great coffee, fruit, salmon, breads, eggs, etc.), location was perfect (I was right next to, or within 10 minutes walking, of everything in the first district...I traveled as a single female and felt safe in this location). Could use work: Room was clean, […] but not well-maintained. The mirror had several dings in it and a splatter that looked like blood at the top. Marble floor in bathroom was stained with spots and I worried that I would be charged for the damage. I took photos and the hotel staff said they were aware of the problem and knew it was not my doing. The hotel information on the desk in the room was well worn and wrinkled...and generally looked old. I certainly knew I was not the first person to ever stay in this room. Beautiful hotel, near to the centre & galleries, well served by tram and underground. Room was comfortable and well appointed. When a minor technical problem arose, we were given an equally lovely room for the remainder of our stay. Staff are extremely friendly, helpful and seem to genuinely care. The breakfast is delicious!

This hotel is located conveniently close to all major attractions and you can easily walk to the city centre. Or the metro is also close by if your feet are hurting from walking around all day. The hotel is really clean and neat and the staff are very helpful. The breakfast buffet is also very good.

Stayed in LP Hotel in Feb 2012 in junior suite for 3 nights, overall experience is very positive, clean comfortable room of decent size, very good breakfast, very pleased with value for money factor, would stay again. On the negative side pillows are a bit uncomfortable resulting in slight neck ache....

Modern, stylish, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is decent if simple, wifi is free everywhere and fast. No petty fees. Friendly staff. Very close to the beautiful center of Vienna, and within a block from the metro station. I found it easy to park on the street too.

The hotel is excellently situated for walking to most places of interest in the city but removed from the hustle of downtown. Trams and Metro pass the door and there are some good cafes within 100m and the Museum Quarter is 5 minutes walk. The rooms are relatively small but well equipped for all needs. The location of reception gives the feel of entering […] an apartment block rather than a hotel which is not a problem except when you arrive and try to find the (elusive) porter. Not sure why a 5 star hotel does not have a doorman on duty to help with luggage and to call a taxi. However these minor niggles apart the staff are excellent, the beds are exceedingly comfortable, the breakfast buffet is as good as it gets, and I would definitely stay there again. located 100 m from rathaus station and easy walk to the museums, it is on the western part of the ring. very safe neighborhood. hotel is quiet, warm, very "artsy" in decor. room totally comfortable according to usual European standards. our room was on street floor, so it had wifi, but the upper floor rooms have internet connections; many TV stations […] on system. good lighting. bed totally comfortable as were linens. shower very comfortable. lots of closet space with in-room safe. desk staff exceedingly courteous, effective. extremely helpful for restaurant reservations. nearby many good restaurants, bars. notable are Fromme Helene and Marienhof, and at musem quarter, Glacis Beisl. hotel has breakfast to die for: any type of coffee, tea. delicious cold cuts, fish, Austrian cheeses. all the types of bread, rolls, one of the best breakfast assortments this traveler has ever had in Europe. for evening meal, that restaurant is also quite good. note, Austrian beer and wine are superb. hotel has nice exercise room, sauna. 50 feet from hotel is tram stop, line 2, which has connections along Ring and goes to MAK. best deal for traveler is the 1-week pass, which you can buy in the station easily (if you use a credit card, it will ask your PIN). cash also works. easiest travel from airport to hotel is taxi, but if you don't have too much luggage, take the CAT train and u-bahn. we did not use parking, but there a garage near hotel. We took two rooms, one room for two adults and one room for 2 adults and a kid. The rooms were very beautiful, clean and comfort. I stayed here on a recent business trip. Its located on the outer ring just behind Parliment. Its a five minute walk to the Volksgarten and into the Innerstadt. The service was great, the rooms comfortable, the price right and a great breakfast buffet is included. I'll be back.

Beautiful modern interior design within an early modernist building that has been very tastefully restored. Right in the city centre, just a short walk from all the museums and the Altstadt and handy for U-bahn, trams etc. Very nice buffet breakfast with massive choice. Friendly and helpful staff.

The Levante Parliament is situated a short walk away from the Rathaus UBahn station, making it great for exploring the city easily. We were pleased with the comfort and decor, the people were all quite pleasant and helpful, the breakfast was more than adequate - these combined with the rate we procured made it a good choice for our needs.

It's a fun, stylish hotel in a terrific part of town, quiet, but with great walking and public transport access. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread is huge and varied, but every day the cut fruit had pieces which were starting to turn (same with Muesli) so they should review their procedure. This was a repeat visit for us, the last visit having been September 2011, when we really loved this place. This time our son accompanied us and had an extra bed in our room. We we allocated room 414, one of the smallest doubles in the hotel. The air conditioning did not function properly and despite a difficult receptionist I got the manager to come […] to the room and witness for himself that it was a bit of a sauna. This was on a day when it was only 29C. We got a room change to 313, which was good and spacious; why we didn't get a bigger room in the first place nayway, who knows. The hotel is geared to couples/singles as the breakfast room only has two tables in reality that are for more than 2 people. The design of the breakfast room causes this phenomenon. Most of the staff are really nice although not necessarily efficient; we stayed for 3 nights and on the second and third days did not get extra towels in our room until we requested them. In reality if you think 4* rather than 5*, you won't be disappointed, but don't let the hotel make you have a room without aircon. The manager acknowledged to me that they did have aircon problems, so if the receptionist pleads ignorance or suggests that it works better on setting 2 rather than 3 just to get rid of you, you now know better. We would return as it's a really nice place, but as I said to the manager, it will only be if the aircon is properly operational as Vienna is such a hot place in terms of temperature and humidity. Levante Parliament is just down the street from the Hapsburg Palace and related sites. The hotel is modern, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was ample and fresh. Fitness center was small but nicely equipped. My room was very, very small but nice. My hubby & i had a wonderful stay. Everything was good- excellent staff, lovely room, the best water pressure for showering ever!, and location. I fell ill and a pharmacy & a convenient store, Spars, were within 3mins walk from hotel. My only little teeny weeny peeve was that i forgot to bring my shampoo & conditioner, and the hotel amenities doesn't […] include conditioner, only shampoo. No criticism at all about the hotel facilities; liked the restaurant and comfort of the room, but twice the restaurant was closed to guests due to private functions and on one of these occasions the event involved very loud music late at night. Not ideal when you have been sightseeing all day and need a quiet early night!

Very nice hotel. Great breakfast buffet. Nice room & bathroom. I would have given this hotel 5 stars if it had wifi in the rooms. Rooms have free wire internet connection, but no wifi. Lots of people were sitting around in their small lobby and restaurant using their iPads etc. It was rather inconvenient.

Very much a business hotel. Bedroom average size only. Excellent bathroom facilities. Curtains didn't quite close. Beware of sharp corners on the bed.
