Although we were really only there for sleeping, my daughter & I were very comfortable & enjoyed the few hours we had our room for! She was in a dance competition in a near by community and that day had started very early & ended late! We had to be fairly early the next morning for the next day of comeptition! We had quick service with a maintence staff […] member (on a Saturday night at that) when the TV wasn't working... battery in remote died!! Once again we stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn prior to our vacation south. The hotel is always reliable in terms of cleanliness and service, as well as the quality of the food available at the restaurant or from room service. We will definitely stay there again.

Great service. Very accomadating. Storm broke out the morning of my flight; my friend was allowed to stay at the Hilton until late afternoon when she could travel 60 kms. or so. thank you

We stayed overnight for an early morning flight at the airport. Room was very clean and comfortable , staff were all very friendly. As we did not have time to have a meal in the restaurant this time, I can not comment on the service there. The complimentary coffee and tea available early in the morning was greatly appreciated as well.

I stay at a lot of HGI hotels in the states and this one seems like a very old one. My room was very dated but clean. Overall cant beat the location, close by the airport without the sounds and 24 hour shuttle service to the airport

It was a good experience. Staff and facilities are great. The breakfast was excellent and service prompt and friendly. A great spot to stay - close to the airport and easy access to the cities.

We may not have had a chance to take advantage of the hotel amenities however we had an amazing rest. Having a comfortable bed in a hotel makes a world of difference. Being 5 minutes away from the airport made our early morning flight that much easier. We would stay here again for sure.

Due to a family emergency we had to fly out early the next morning. We made the reservations late at night and arrived even later the same night. The young lady at the front desk was excellent. Very helpful and pleasant. The room was spotless, the beds extremely comfortable. Since it was low season we were able to leave our car in their lot free of […] charge.This hotel is only minutes from the Halifax airport which we appreciated. We were informed that the shuttle to and from the airport ran on the half-hour, and we were pleased to find that to be precisely true. Both from the airport to the hotel (after we returned our rental car), and from the hotel to the airport (at the uncivilized hour of 4:00 am for our early morning flight).

Have stayed here before very convenient. Staff exceptionally polite and helpful. Room comfortbale and clean. A little pricey but I guess its worth being close to the airport and the shuttle service is a huge plus. Nice stay

All good. Having been bumped from a flight I particularly appreciated the complimentary tooth brush, shaving materials. etc. Also, the free shuttle to the airport was a bonus, as was the city bus service to downtown. The price of the room, in the end, was less than we were led to believe from the website booking.

Staff was very helpful, room was quiet (although had trouble sleeping). It was also wonderful to have the opportunity of going to the restaurant as I had arrived late in the evening at this airport hotel which is away from everything. Having scheduled a 3:00 p.m. Porter flight which actually didn't leave Ottawa until 4:30 - thus getting me to the hotel […] after 7:30 (Ottawa time) when I hadn't eaten all day - a glass of wine and chowder was great. Location and shuttle service to Airport very convenient. Staff very friendly, service outstanding. Room very comfortable, dining experience exceptional. Will include this Hilton location in our next Halifax trip. Have visited less than average Hilton locations in the past, Garden Inn Halifax is our best Hilton experience .

I love staying here. The hotel is comfortable, everything is super clean, including the pool and exercise area. The chair in my room and foot stool was not just a token chair, but really chosen for comfort. Any of the food I have tried at the restaurant was great. Used this hotel as my stepping stone back to Ontario. It's very close to the airport so if that's of importance to you then this is it. Wanted to enjoy a drink at the bar but this must have been the smallest bar I've ever seen in a hotel. It seated about 5 people. Needless to say it was "full".
