Perfecte locatie dicht bij Disney parken op 3 min. een Wal-mart voor de dagelijkse boodschappen maar ook leuke restaurants in de buurt. Vlak bij de A4 waar je snel weer bij Uneversal en Seaworld bent. Ben hier al 12 x geweest en ga zeker snel weer terug.

Augustus voor de tweede keer in Lake Buena Vista Resort geweest. Vorig jaar waren wij er ook al en dat was zo goed bevallen dat we dit jaar weer in hetzelfde hotel wilden verblijven. We zijn er drie weken geweest. Niets anders dan lof. Vind het een geweldig hotel. Het voelde voor ons als een tweede huis. Het is zo luxe en compleet ingericht. Goede prijs kwaliteitverhouding en zeer diocht bij alle parken in de buurt. Outlet direct naast het hotel (loopafstand) en Walmart aan de overkant. Kortom: alles wat je nodig hebt.

2x een week hier geweest in 2 verschillende kamers. De eerste had een erg luidruchtige airco maar had 3 slaapkamers. De 2de had 2 slaapkamers maar de afzuigpijp van Frankies (restaurant/pub) stond pal voor ons balkon. Internet was beide weken perfect (gebouw 1). Het piratenschip in het zwembad is een teleurstelling. Het is alleen een glijbaan, maar […] is alleen toegankelijk voor kinderen groter dan 48". De kinderen kunnen er niet op klimmen oid. Het grote zwembad is vrij druk met vechten voor een bedje en zelf meegenomen drinken of eten is niet toegestaan (zelfs geen koekje). Het kleine zwembad tussen gebouw 1 en 2 is lekker rustig en daar mag je wel eigen spullen meenemen. Frankies is Iers en als je als Nederlander navraagt waar een gerecht uit bestaat ben je lastig! Goede lokatie, goede prijs-kwaliteitsvehouding, leuk zwembad, ruime kamers met een volledig ingerichte keuken waar je ook echt kunt koken. Dit is de derde keer dat we hier komen en is altijd met plezier geweest.

We zijn hier 15 nachten geweest.Dit was mijn 11 keer dat ik naar Orlando ben geweest en mijn eerste keer in een appartement dit is ons heel goed bevallen. De appartementen zijn erg ruim we hebben een 3 kamer appartement met z'n 2 gehad .Ook lekker dat je wasmachine en droger tot je beschikking hebt.Het is een mooi in het groen aangelegd complex. Wat een geweldig hotel. Hier zijn geen woorden voor. De kamer, slaapkamers en badkamers ongelooflijk allemaal. En tot grote vreugde was er ook een wasmachine en droger aanwezig. Het zwembad was super. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Dit hotel is zeker een aanrader en wij willen hier nog zeker een keer naar terug.

Tijdens de mei-vakantie met onze 3 kinderen doorgebracht in dit hotel. We hadden een 4-kamer appt (3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers). Wat een luxe! Zelfs een vaatwasser, wasmachine en droger, strijkplank en strijkijzer in ons appt, voldoende ruimte, heerlijke matrassen en mooie badkamers. Het enige minpunt vond ik de luxaflex, waardoor het 's ochtends al […] vroeg heel licht was in de slaapkamers. De ligging van het hotel was perfect. Aan de rand van het disney-resort en vlakbij allerlei winkels, restaurants en andere leuke themaparken. Elke dag hebben we met onze kids gezwommen. Het zwembad was niet heel groot, het piratenschip was alleen een glijbaan, verder kon je er niets in doen, maar het water was goed, er was een handdoekenservice en voldoende ruimte voor de badgasten om er lekker te zitten (we waren er overigens niet in een hele drukke periode). Bij de receptie is een aparte desk om tickets voor de themaparken te kunnen kopen, zodat je dat niet aan het loket van het park hoeft te doen. Ga overigens niet niet de dinershows (piraten of arabische nacht), want daar betaal je veel te veel voor, het eten is niet lekker en de show stelt weinig voor. Wat wel erg de moeite waard is is het waterpark wet 'n wild. Erg leuk voor alle leeftijden. Binnen het park zijn overigens wel veel bij elk onderdeel lifeguards en de regels zijn streng, maar dat is typisch Amerikaans (veiligheid voor alles, soms iets te veel.....). Andere aanrader: het Kennedy Space Center. Heel interessant en dagvullend en slechts 45 minuten van Orlando vandaan. Lees meer

The hotel was convenient and close to all the sights. The layout of the suite was perfect for us. The cleanliness of the hotel was a little rough, but we aren't that picky. The kitchen was a big help for us to save a little money on the food in the theme parks.

Based on the description, I was under the impression that this hotel was in the Downtown Disney area, on Disney property. That is not the case. It is actually about two miles away from this area. Even though it is really a condo (not exactly a hotel), you still expect basic daily services such as making the bed, replacing the towels, taking out the […] trash. However, this will cost you an extra $5-$30 per day, depending on the services you want. When you are in this price range, you expect these basic services to be included. We usually stay in two bedroom condo-style rooms since we travel with two toddlers, and have never paid extra for basic housekeeping. The worst part was the beds, which were hard (like sleeping on a big saltine cracker) with hard, flat pillows. Ugh- not what you want after long days at the parks. The pirate ship pool was really cool, but more for older kids since the slide has a 48" height requirement. On a positive note, the rooms have obviously been remodeled recently and are clean. We had a different unit than last time although thought we booked a 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit. We ended up with only 2 bathrooms and that shared bathroom was small rather than the two large jacuzzi tubs we had in two of the bathrooms last time. Guess we'll have to check better next time. Upon our arrival the toilet was clogged and it took forever to reach the front desk. We had to walk to the main building to report it. The rugs were filthy and the guest bathroom had black mold in the shower and on the shower curtain. Beds were clean and comfortable enough. We had 8 guests but the hotel supplied 6 towels? We reserved a portable crib […] which was not available until an hour after we checked in and after traveling all day with a baby, that seemed like forever! This was a very comfy hotel / apartment. Some days I was tempted to stay in rather than go to the parks. The suite was huge, clean. I got everything I hope would be here when I booked the room plus 100% more. I don't need to look anymore for accommodation when visiting Orlando, I found the ideal !!!!

They put us in an uncleaned room, we agreed that they could come clean it instead of moving us, 5 hours later nothing had happened after a couple calls. So then we called a little aggravated because they had done nothing and then they moved us. After that all was well.

This is a MUST DO AGAIN!!!!! Wonderful resort, close to all the parks. The room was so very clean, the front desk staff awesome, the pirate ship pool was great. Nice little store with all the items you may need. Can't wait to go back!

The bed sheets had not been changed and it was to late when we realized this. The next morning we asked that they be changed. At 6PM we came back, but nothing was done. We stop at the reception again before going out, to tell them about it. When we came back at 11PM, we had the bed sheets on the table. Our second stay here has lived up to the hype after an impressive first stay last year. It is fun and convenient. Large rooms with full kitchen and jetted tub in master bedroom make this an excellent value. Both times we have stayed here, we have enjoyed a day at the parks as well as a day at the water park that is the pool here.

we had a wonderful stay in a two bedroom antigua suite overlooking the pool it was very comfortable and had everything you needed and more in a self contained apartment - our 2 children aged 11 and 7 enjoyed the pool area with its pirate waterslide and fountains. its close to disney parks ( easy self drive or shuttle) ............would definately recommend […] this hotel Lees meer

We rented a four bedroom condo for three couples, two children. The rooms were very large and the living room/ kitchen/ dinning area were roomy. It met our needs wonderfully. Loved having four bathrooms and a tv with cable in each room and the living room. The washer and dryer came in handy as well. The pool for the kids was great, they loved it! The […] quiet pool would have been nice if we didn't have the kids with us. The hotel was close to the parks, although it is very difficult to find your way back from the parks. The exit is well hidden. The front desk staff are courteous and helped us with our stroller and scooter pick up and return. I would recommend this hotel to families and would stay here again. We have stayed numerous times in the last 5 years. The hotel is starting to show its age, but the beachfront location with a beach front bar and restaurant are hard to pass up. The service is always excellent. This time we brought a four year old with us and she proceeded to run headlong into the closed sliding glass door in the room. There was not […] a decal to indicate the door was closed, the hotel response was we figured people would know when the door was closed. Will I go back? First I am going to check out the cost of the next door condos! Oh and kudos to Joel, he always gave us excellent service. The staff out at the pool helped us take pictures and inside the hotel everyone was helpful and made us feel very welcomed. The room was huge and had all that we needed. The small grocery store on site was helpful too!

I rent one room with 3 bedroom for only one night we check in late and next day moorning we check out Thank God.!!!! because the pictures of this hotel is not matching the real rooms was durty smell disgusting was set of nice coffe but was not a coffe pot only 2 towels in the 3 bedroom apt we call and request towels and coffe pot they never show up […] carpet smell this place is in urgent need of update Lees meer

This resort was wonderful!!! It has a Pizza Hut, resteraunt, spa, and store on site. There are several pools and hot tubs, one of which has a huge Pirate Ship and slide for the kids. Pool side food and drinks are available, as well as arts and crafts for the kids! Pool side hammocks with music playing in the background while sipping a nice beverage […] is a definite YES!! Rooms were spacious and had everything you could need! The only downsides where that some of the furniture was worn and the TV was super outdated. Great hotel! Our room was modern and clean. Had all the essentials. Had a store on sight with everything u could possibly need. Only two complaints. First was the pools were not sufficiently heated so it was cold to swim. Second, we stayed in a room with a view if the main pool and the spot lights used to light the pool at night were very bright. The so called firework view was in realty a view directly on a big motorway and a construction site. Altough we offered to pay an upgrade the staff of the hotel was completely unwilling to change the room and was unbelieveable rude and unfriendly and so we changed the hotel after one night.

We enjoyed our stay expect our view was of the back side of the outlet mall next door. They were renovating two of the stores and work crews started hammering and filling dumpsters between 9 & 10 each morning.

Overall, the stay was good. Our room could have been cleaned better i.e. found boxers in the washing machine and bobby pins on the carpet, but otherwise, the room and pools were great.
