Aanrader voor iedereen. een appartement van huis weg. Heerlijk buiten op balkon gegeten. staat van onderhoud is uitstekend. Innkeeper erg vriendelijk. Wij hadden de Inn voor ons alleen en t was fantastisch. goede service. alles schoon. Wij komen terug. Vlakbij centrum van indianapolis en in het historisch district. prachtig!!!!

Dit hotel ligt vlaak bij een snelweg en er is voldoende (gratis) parkeergelegenheid. De opzet is vrij ruim. Kamers zijn erg groot en zijn bijzonder schoon. Punt van kritiek is dat mijn badkamerdeur tot 2 keer toe vergrendelde en ik er van buitenaf niet meer in kon. De dienstdoende concierge sprak onverstaanbaar en gaf mij du schuld. Bij de 2e keer ging de deur helemaal niet meer open en kreeg ik midden in de nacht een andere kamer. Het overige personeel was erg vriendelijk.

"Great Family Hotel"
Thomas the front desk clerk went above and beyond during our stay - all hotel employees and there were two very kind women in charge of the breakfast. We had a great time and will come back!! Pool was ideal and the location was very convenient to places to eat and to downtown.
"A nice place"
This is a very nice place to stay. I was able to hear the people above me walk and it kept me awake at times. The fire alarm went off at 3 am, but stuff happens!!! The last time I stayed at this same hotel, nothing happened. It was just a fluke. Breakfast is nice.

hotel was pretty full and by 8am the hot water was scarce, but otherwise, a very pleasant getaway for us

Hotel parking is limited in front. Lighting in side parking lot was poor and side guest enterence door was out of order. First room we checked into was not cleanned at all. Second attemp successful. Room was clean and all items functioned. Needed an affordable room near Ortho Indy. Drive was only 7 minutes.

Easy access (close to the interstate, but not TOO close), clean, comfortable, helpful staff, nice indoor pool and spa, decent fitness room too.

Well, I booked it for it's location (north Indianapolis, IN), usually stay in this area when I travel through Indianapolis. Pool COLD, Hot Tub LUKE WARM, Breakfast go to DENNYS (south of I 465 1/2 mile or so), or someplace else. Lot's of nicer HOTELS south of I 465 on the same street as this one (Michigan Ave), about the same cost, and everything nicer. Web […] sight OK, and FREE. Beds OK, nothing to write home about. "Hotel in Carmel, IN near interstate 465"
I loved my stay. the htol staff were very courteous and helpful and the food was good and I got a lot of bang for the buck. I will continue to stay when this hotel is in the area I am needdingf accomodations. Great stay!

I saw very positive ratings of this hotel, so I booked it for a 3 night business trip. Although the room was large and clean, the hotel amenities/services were terrible. "A bit disappointing"
I expected a bit more from a Country Inn, which we've had good luck with in the past. I'm normally not at all a picky traveler, but this location was a bit disappointing. The pool was a main reason to choose this hotel, with a nine year-old son--but it was closed (totally drained of water). The vending machines wouldn't serve soda--you could get them […] from the front desk for 75 cents, warm. The front desk staff didn't have any idea how to get the TV/cable working in the room. Moreover, the neighborhood--the Pyramids area--is becoming a bit marginal, in my view. All in all, it was a not a disaster. The room was very nice and spotless. We stayed at this hotel because we wanted a room with something more than a couple of beds so that we had room to visit with our daughters - it was supposed to be a suite. The room was more than large enough for additional furniture but had none. When we pointed this out to the management they offered no consolation.
