Voor mijn werk zit ik vrij vaak in de betere hotels op alle continenten. Een paar jaar geleden maakte ik dus ook kennis met de Hampton Inn op Yamaha Way (gelegen naast het USA HQ van mijn werkgever Yamaha Motor Co.) in Cypress. Good service, clean and nice, good location

We recently stayed at this hotel for a March trip to Disneyland. The stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the beds were extremely comfortable and the location was nice and quiet as it was set back from the road tucked in behind some office type builds. The best part for us was that we were only a few minutes drive […] from Disney and a few other favorite places we like to visit when in town. Nice and clean hotel, but first night I got a room next to the elevator... Could not sleep well that night, walking noise...next day have to move to the other room.

Hotel was in a great location to travel between LA, Long Beach and Westminster. The hotel was in a quiet business neighborhood and had plenty of parking. Great hotel and would consider staying there again. I have already recommended it to family.

I really enjoyed my stay, and the staff is excellent, and friendly. They really know guest service :)

We have found this to be a very satisfying hotel. Our family is spread out all over the country and when we visit So Ca we stay here. The lobby is very comfortable for visiting, the breakfast makes it easy and the hotel staff has been very accommodating. Thanks

When in southern California on business or personal travel I try to book at this location. You get the Hampton Inn's consistent qualify of service and Hilton's high standard of comfort in the qualify of mattress and bedding. You'll get a good nights sleep in a quiet neighborhood. The Hampton in Cypress is a very relaxing experience. The staff is very friendly even the maid has a pretty smile when you walk by. The breakfast was great! Better than the other hotels in the area. I will be staying there again

This location is really close to Disney. Overall satisfied with our 3 nights stay.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was larger than most regular rooms with two queen beds and the beds were some of the most comfortable I've ever had in a hotel of any price. The facilities were well kept, clean, and modern and the complimentary breakfast was fantastic with a good selection of hot and cold items and a spacious dining area. […] To top it all off, the price was much less than you would expect for the quality of the rooms and hotel. Nice hotel with a tasty, time saving breakfast. I've stayed at the hotel about a dozen times over the past couple years. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. The Business Center is always available and free. This is especially helpful with printing boarding passes.

We have stayed in several Hamptons in the last year, and this one was just average. We stayed 4 nights this time, and maid service passed us over completely on one day. Quite a disappointment to come back with 2 tired toddlers after a day at Knottsberry Farm to no clean linens. The breakfast was nice, and I appreciate the effort they put into it.

The hotel was awesome. The employees were all very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. The only thing I thought was strange was that there was no refrigerator. Most of the Hampton Inns that I have stayed in had one.

Nice clean room, which is what I always look for. I was disappointed with the breakfast not the best I had for a complementary continental breakfast. What I did not like was the fact that there are hardly any tables at the dining room. Especially during the weekend when there's a lot of people we had to sit on the floor to eat! Also, they have a couple […] of waffle makers but had no syrup! They don't offer the disney channel on tv. No fridge or microwave either. But liked that it was very clean. THe only downside was that there were not microwaves or frideges in the room. we wre told we could have a fridge for $10 a night. We chose to use a cooler and ice instead.

Overall this hotel was alright, the free breakfast was pretty good; however the staff always seemed like they were lost in space. We asked for brochures of things to do and they DID NOT HAVE ANY!! We had to stop by another hotel to grab some brochures. They didn't even offer to print maps for us. The rooms were alright, pretty clean; however no tub […] only huge shower which would be find if I didn't have a baby so it was very hard to give her a bath. The room at the Hampton Inn was very comfortable. There were plenty of stores and restaurants nearby and I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was shown in the map as being closer to Knott's berry farm which was not the case. Also i booked for 5 people and the room could only sleep 4. Unfortunately i got there way too late after a trip to Knott's berry farm, lost my way to the hotel, and i got there and there wasn't even enough space to sleep. We stayed here for the U2 concert. The hotel was awesome. The stadium was down the street. It was what you expect from Hampton. It was clean and neat at all times. The staff was friendly and helpful. My family was searching for a hotel that was near Knott's Berry Farm but not too close to where traffic or noise was a problem. This location was perfect! The rooms were extraordinarily clean and comfortable, beds were plush, and of all things there was peace and quiet. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel is in the area of an office park which could be convenient for people visiting those businesses. We were attending a meeting at the Disneyland Hotel, and it was a 15 minute drive, a little further than I anticipated. Nice breakfast, free Internet, comfortable bedding. Great restaurant 3 miles away, The Original Fish Company. N

If you are used to Hampton Inns and appreciate their ammenities and service, look elsewhere. This hotel is a significant deviation from their standards. Problems include: 1) no refrigerators in any room; 2) outdated televisions (think late '90's); 3) Non-smoking rooms on smoking floors (we did not realize this until we were completely unpacked of course); […] 4) breakfast is inexcusably ill-stocked; and worst of all - 5) the management is very rude and lacks even the most basic manners and customer service skills. For the same experience and service level, you can save a few dollars and try any number of 1-star motels in the area - you couldn't do much worse. Lees meer

excellent breakfast, best yet for a hotel

The hotel location is perfect for my trip purpose. The room was very clean, quiet, convenient, and close to lots of shops and restaurants. Breakfast was really good as well. On top of that the room rate was excellent for the level of facility and the services provided. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the first hotel that me and my wife stayed in for our LA trip. All the workers were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. Our hotel room was very clean and very comfortable. Excellent location, quiet business park, off the beaten path - perfect for the quiet night. Easy to get to beaches, race track, Disney, San Diego, Tecmecula - great location for the couple who wants a quiet rest and goes to play away all day.

I was very happy with the service from the hotels employees. This is my second time I stay at the Hampton, and I will continue staying at there Hotels.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly, accommodating staff. Free Internet, Free parking, Free sustaining breakfast, Close to Disneyland. I needed to print something and they have a business room to do it for free! It was perfect and at a lesser price than other comparable hotels. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends!
