Schone kamers, goede airco, en fijne bedden. Ook een prima ontbijtje en gratis wifi. Nadeel vond ik de ligging: met de bus ruim 1 uur bezig om in centrum Venetie te komen. Verder moet je langs een erg drukke weg lopen om bij de restaurants te komen (wel dichtbij). Met een auto lijkt het hotel me prima bereikbaar.

Anyone who plans to stay nearby the Venice Airport - There are other options closer to it. Internet is not included in the rates of your room. The fees are hefty and even if you read that the price is included, they will not accept it. We requested ice for drinks, they did not want to give it to us. It was a wonderful way to wind down after 9 days of travel. The rooms are very clean. Had drinks and a HAMBURGER the night before our departure. Also small grocery/deli just down the road. Got our cheeses we wanted to bring back to the states at very cheap prices. Less than 5 minutes to Airport with hotel shuttle. Small and quaint.

The stay was good - and the bus service was great into Venice once we figured out the system (hotel was very helpful with that). Room was good and breakfast was very good! The hotel was clean and very comfy. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only issue we had was getting there from the train station. It's a little unsettling rolling luggage down a country road (sidewalk was being repaired) looking for some signage. PLEASE make the resort sign larger. Arrows from the bus stop would be a great help too.

I stayed here because I had an early international flight from Marco Polo Airport and it is 5 minutes (10 Euros) by taxi from the airport. The room was fine. There is a restaurant on the property and another a short walk away. Hotel is close to bus stop and Venice international airport. Nice, well maintained rooms and US standard size rooms. 10 Euros per person for shuttle service from hotel to airport. I booked this hotel because I arrived really late in Venice and didn't want to travel far or pay a lot for a taxi. I followed the other reviewers' advice and walked from the airport. It was a 15 minute walk - basically just follow the main road to the city and make a turning to Via Triestina. The walk saved me about 20 euros, what I would have paid […] for a 2-minute taxi ride. The room was good, solid wooden furniture, well-appointed bathroom. The best thing for me though was a luxurious breakfast the next morning. A nice breakfast parlour, serene atmosphere, and a good selection of breakfast foods. The coffee was excellent too. I then travelled on to central Venice - the bus stop for Nr. 5 bus is just round the corner, back on the main road. The hotel is ideal for an overnight stay, if you travel early or late from/to Venice airport. But for those touring the city, I would recommend something nearer, unless you have a car. Lees meer

The hotel service was good. It is located just beside the marco polo airport, which is the main reason we chose it. We arrived in the airport at night and it seems that taix is the only way to reach there. The cost of the taix was about 15 Euro. It is easy and cheap to go to Venice on the next morning. There is no service for this hotel, and they put us in the room next to the receiption, the room has no sound proof at all, I can not sleep at all. I wake up 10 times durning the nite. and when you ask where Any place we can go with kids. the guy say: ".don't know." I ask for a map. He siad:" No Map" when I ask to change another quiter room, he said […] it is not availble. yet. I spoke to one of American Night shift helper. He told me there are rooms availbe and usually he will not put customer where the itilian staff place usat.Outside of Hotel smell like pig. it was surrending with smelly Farm. . The Itilan man told us our famiy has to stay in 2 rooms cause the room is small. and we have to split my son and my daughter and pay 180 Euros on top of whatever I paid on line. Very rude personnel . They barely speak English and it seems they are doing us a favor to be there at work. I wouldn’t recommend the place to any traveler other that Italians who may understand each other.

Hotel was located convenient to the airport. Hotel was nice, except there are definitely "barnyard" smells when you open the window. Must have been a farm or two nearby...

I arrived around 7pm and checked in fine, and headed to my room (#208). It looked quite nice - very spacious and clean! And two floors. On the first floor was the bathroom and sitting area, upstairs in a loft was a king bed (very comfortable) and a small sitting area with TV. The staff was friendly, including John who managed the bar / kitchen. HOWEVER! […] The walls are PAPER thin, and when somebody in a neighboring room was using the bathroom, it sounded like they were in mine. I could hear conversations, movement, packing... very noisy. Also, the main room was so cold so I turned up the heat - only to find when I went up to the loft / bed area, it was BURNING hot and stuffy. Finally, the stairs in the room were poorly lit and I ended up falling down the last step and badly injuring my foot. The attendant that morning was very unhelpful and, quite frankly, useless. Due to the pain and early morning, I was not thinking clearly and forgot my credit card behind - of course the desk attendant didn't do anything about it and I was not even contacted about it. When I called them, they told me they would hold it because there was a problem with my payment and they would first contact the supplier (hotels.com) and let me know the outcome. They were surprised when I told them to destroy the card as it had been cancelled. Overall, not worth the proximity to the airport. And it's really quite far from the center of Venice (almost a 35 Euro cab ride from Sestiere). Lees meer

At first glance the hotel room appeared to have no problems. However, the bathroom had excessive mold around the shower and on the walls above the shower - so part of the wall looked black on half of the upper wall instead of white. However, the tub itself was thoroughly clean and I enjoyed a well needed hot bath and good water pressure when I took […] a shower in the morning. The water was consistent and hot, unlike many of the other hotels we had stayed at in Italy. All in all the hotel was good - comfortable bed, quiet, free Wifi, hot water. I was surprised to see their brochure stated the hotel had been recently rennonviated as part of the wall was cracked and you could see the installation in the wall. I was dissappointed and annoyed that their website advertises free airport shuttle; however, it cost about the same if not more than a taxi, depending on how many people are in your party. Beware that a taxi to and from the airport has a minimum rate of $13 euro. The shuttle ride was less than 5 minutes to get to the airport...if it wasn't raining I would have walked to the airport. We only had one night at this hotel before we flew out early the next morning, but it was such a great location for easy airport access. We caught the #5 bus from Venice to the airport and got let off just up the road from the hotel so it was easy and inexpensive to get to. The room was really lovely, spacious and extremely clean. This hotel is a good value and is near the airport. It is a flat 25 Euro taxi ride (which is very expensive) since the airport is less than 2 miles away. The last ATAV bus stop before the airport is about 500 meters from the hotel. The walls are thin and the rooms are clean. If you have an early morning flight, this is still the way to go.

It was easy to get to this hotel from Venice and then to catch a plane out in the morning. Place was quite comfortable and there was a wonderful restaurant a short walk across the street. Perfect location for catching an early flight at the Venice airport. Literally a 3 min ride. The catch is the cab people know it is the only way to get there so they charged 35Euro Outrageous but on time and very nice. Also, asked for a bucket of Ice and some wine glasses and was charged 5 Euro. My mother and I had a lovely room but my sister and her […] friend had one that had recently flooded and had a bad smell. Not much in the village but a nice restaurant across the street. Very close to a bus stop to get on the Island of Venice. So I would recommend this hotel even though I had a couple negative comments. This hotel isn't on a main road so we had to walk to down the road and around the corner to get to the bus stop to take us into the city. There weren't any great sights around the area at all. The room itself needed some work. There were cob webs hanging on the walls like the maid hadn't taken care of the room. The ceiling in the bathroom had a big […] water stain on it. There were little bugs and a worm in the bath tub when I went to take a shower. The walls are very thin so you here everything that your neighbor is doing. The people up above our room were snoring and we heard them ALL night long. So needless to say we didn't get much sleep. The staff wasn't very friendly and there was only 1 restaurant around the area that was really good. I wouldn't recommend this place in the future. Lees meer

A smart but unfriendly hotel a longish bus ride out of Venice. This hotel is right next to the airport, so is handy for transfers, but wearying if you wanted to use it as a base to visit the city. The hotel is a short taxi or shuttle trip to airport - great for late night arrivals and early departures. The staff, rooms, and breakfast were great. May work as destination hotel but check on transportation to other Venice sites of interest first to insure the location works for you. We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the airport. You could probably walk to the hotel but we arrived late at night and had to take a taxi which costs about 20 euro. It's a real shame that you have to pay that much for what literally is not even a five minute taxi ride. The hotel does have a shuttle and they charge 8 euro per person to go […] to the airport. The hotel is outdated and isn't the Hilton, but it's a place to stay close to the airport. The problem that we had was with the breakfast. At check in time the man specifically informed us that breakfast was from 7-10. So we woke up and went for breakfast thinking it was complimentary with our room. Well not until we started eating another man came and told us that our rate didn't include breakfast and there would be a small charge for breakfast. We explained what we were told at check in and he didn't seem to care. So upon check out we were forced to pay an extra 30 euro for breakfast for two people!!! This was a complete rip off and I highly suggest anyone staying here ask first before even stepping into the breakfast room. The hotel is very pretty. It appears to have been converted from buildings for a vineyard or orchard - and is VERY convenient to the airport. There is also a nice restaurant within easy walking distance. The rooms are very nice and very up to date. The noise from adjacent rooms, however, seems excessive. The hotel is perfectly practical for Venice airport at the beginning or end of a trip. It is well located for the airport if you want to see more of the surrounding area you'll need a car. There are a small number of restaurants and shops within walking distance, but taxis in the local area are expensive so a car is really necessary for a stay of any […] longer than a day or so. it is a beautiful hotel with gorgeous surroundings as if you are in the country. But, far from any services with only one cafe close by. What threw me was my watch broke and i requested a clock. they did not have one.

I chose this hotel as it was close to the airport and I had an early flight. It only took me 25 minutes to walk there. You can get a bus, but you are already 1/3rd the way there at that point. The resort is very nice and wasn't noisy, even though it was close to the airport. I would definitely stay there again.

Charming hotel surprising so close to the airport. Room was lovely and service especially helpful and friendly. Only small quibble was hotel's not providing transport to the airport which was only a few minutes away. They did call a cab for us but it cost 20 euros.

Although the hotel is only a mile from the airport, the taxi fare is over twenty euros. There is a bus stop ( about 300 meters from the hotel) for public transportation to the airport but with luggage and the necessity of crossing several street, I would not recommend using the bus. We stayed at this hotel only the last night of our trip to Venice. We're in the heart on the island near San Marco for the trip itself but our flight left venice at 6:50am so we moved closer to the airport the last night. We were extremely impressed with the room!! It was brand new and the room was huge. Venice Resort Water in shower kept changing temperature, from very hot to cool; when opening faucet full on in the bathroom sink, water splashed all over the floor and the front of my trousers (!). I had to change to go out to dinner. Other than that, the staff is very friendly and helpful, making coffee and offering a brioche early in the morning before […] breakfast time. We booked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and we had an early flight. It is close to the airport, but offers no shuttle service, had extremely small rooms and worst of all, it had very thin walls so we had to listen to the television in the next room well into the early hours of the morning. We will not stay there again.

We actually used this hotel as our final night stay before having to fly home. It's really close to the Venice airport and thought this made sense, given our early flight. The property is simply beautiful and the hotel seems to be built from what used to be a house and other buildings. The rooms on the main floor (which is where we stayed) open up to […] a nice little shared terrace with tables and chairs. Very cute. The main building (where you check-in) has a little bar area and a computer you can use for a fee. He offered a shuttle to the airport which was helpful, and probably cheaper than a taxi in the early morning. When we checked in he mentioned there were some restaurants near by on the main road (300 metres away) but we never checked them out. We spent the evening on the island. We decided to take the bus back to the hotel and at night it was pretty difficult to see where we had to get off. The bus stops on the main road about 300 metres from the hotel. I would just be sure to ask the driver to tell you when to get off. (There's a church right at the stop where you should get off) As I said, we stayed there our last night and spent most of our time on the island that evening. I would suggest that if you stay here, stay a little longer and enjoy the peaceful grounds. If you're staying for the proximity to the airport, other hotels might be sufficient for this, depending on cost. Lees meer

If you want to spend most of your time in the Venice tourist scene, this is not the place. If you want to be close to the airport,close enough to Venice for a day trip, and immerse yourself in local life style - the real italian folk- and have a calm, lazy stay in a friendly, easy atmosphere- here it is. It looks like a well kept country farm house, […] surrounded by corn fields. There's a local Pizza shop, pizza-kabab da asporto: via triestina 152/b, run by a very enterprising young man with great pizza at a good price of 4 euro for a plain. The closest restaurant, Ai Do Fogheri‎, specializes in grilled fish&meats but has wonderful pasta and deserts. It's across the street from the hotel and close to the bus stop. The room , a single, was small but large enough for me and my luggage. The bath was well equipped and everything was clean. The hotel staff is kind and helpful . Leave yourself plenty of time to enjoy a great breakfast. My suggestions:1. ask for 2 room key cards as this is the only way to keep the electricity on for the clock. 2. ask for a non smoking room if the smell is bothersome .3. Walk a bit further on towards the airport direction to enable your bus choices. There you can get the #5 AND # 15 which run to the airport and the Venice and Mestre train stations. It would be easier to take a taxi from the train station, either Mestre or Santa Lucia, especially with luggage. Without luggage it is easy to take the bus to the island, though it is about 30 minutes and it is hard to know where to get off the bus if you don't know which stop it is because the stops are not clearly labelled. Went there because of proximity to airport, but there are other hotels which provide shuttle, whereas this place makes you pay 30 euros for a cab. The buses start after 6.30. also the rooms have thin walls.

The hotel is conveniently located at about one mile from the airport. Based on reviews previously read I decided not to take a cab, but just walk from the airport to the hotel. It took me 25 minutes. 3/4 of the walk on sidewalk, 1/4th on the road shoulder. Feasible overall

Amplias y comodas desayuno extenso y muy bueno al ser free, buen servicio de los empleados facil de llegar desde el aeropuerto con ruta 45 bajando de la segunda estacion a 15 mts el hotel es facil llegar a plaza de roma o a metre 100 porciento recomendable es como estar en una villa italiana

Hôtel charmant, calme, proche de l'aéroport Marco Polo. Peu de restaurants aux alentours. Desservi par les bus (notamment ligne 5 direction Venise à moins de 5 mn à pied). Attention au tarif excessif du taxi aéroport/hôtel car forfait minimum dû !). Petit déjeuner copieux. A recommander.
