Het resort is vrij nieuwe en heeft mooie appartementen in flattorens van 5 verdiepingen met 2 en 3 slaapkamers. Ze zijn zeer ruim en er zijn bij ons (2-bedroom appt.) dus ook 2 badkamers aanwezig. Die van de masterbedroom is net een balzaal ! Een grote keuken met alles er op en er aan en een mooie grote glazen eettafel maken het geheel af. Afwas-, wasmachine […] & droger alsmede magnetron en toaster zijn allen aanwezig. Ik zou zeggen kijk de site er eens op na. Verder is de ligging zeer centraal t.o.v. de vele pretparken. Disney is op max 10 min rijden, SeaWorld is onze buurman op 5 min rijden en Universal Studios ligt op 15 min via de I-4. Vlakbij is de grote Premium Outlet Mall en de grote super Publix en via International Drive (waar het resort aan ligt) kom je bij de andere grote Outlet Mall (Prime). De Florida Mall is ook prima te bereiken via Sand Lake Road en die ligt op 15 min. De luchthaven is op 25 min rijden. Het zwembad is groot genoeg en er is een poolbar en een lunchcafé dat tot 's avonds laat open is. Er kan ook op de kamer vanuit dat Café eten bezorgd worden. Het enige minpunt ...... de ligbedden bij de pool (die zijn er volop net als de handdoeken overigens) hebben allen armleuningen .... als het erg heet is, wat daar wel eens het geval is, kunnen die krengen heel heet worden met alle gevolgen van dien. Een prima Hotel zeer goed gelegen dichtbij Sea World, Aquatica en Florida Outlet Mall. Kamer was een 2 slaapkamer suite met 2 badkamers, prima indeling met 3 tv's, keuken, was en droog machine. Uitstekend zwembad. Veilig parkeren, WiFi op de kamer. Beperkt restaurant ter plaatse, maar ook veel eetgelegenheid in de direkte omgeving. Er moet bovenop de […] hotelprijs een 'resort-fee' van +/- 12 dollar per dag betaald worden. Er is een beperkte service elke dag die de vuilnis zakken leegt, de bedden opmaakt en nieuwe handdoeken brengt. Voor beter schoonmaken (stofzuigen etc..) moet extra betaald worden. Nice hotel grounds with nice southern california style architeture. The pool area is a really nice and it is heated! There's also multiple pool areas. We rented a 3 bedroom grand suite for a family of 5 and it was nice. I searched around alot before picking this place and it was one of few that had free WIFI and free shuttle service to and from the […] different theme parks. There's a starbucks on the grounds which is nice as well. The price was really reasonable. The one thing I didn't like was that they charged additional service fee and taxes at the end of the stay even though I booked through hotels.com and typically for my other hotels.com bookings the price I paid online was final and I didn't usually have additional charges upon checking out. Overall though, nice stay would go back again if we family or big group needing multiple rooms. Didn't get harrassed or bothered by anyone on the hotels ground for time share seminars or what not...which was nice...I was expecting to get harrassed after reading other reviews of nearby similar hotels/resorts. We have just returned from a fantastic 2 week Easter break at Floridays Resort Orlando and were very pleased with our stay. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and it was more than big enough for 4 adults and 2 children. The location was very nice, a really short drive to Sea World and not far from the other parks. We had a rental car, so I can't comment […] on the shuttle service. Publix and the Premium Outlet Mall are less than 5 minutes driving (walking distance). There was ample parking spaces outside every building, and there was no parking fee. We stayed in building C, which had a beautiful view of the lake and main pool – a 2 minute walk to the pool, gym, bar and café area. We had breakfast in our apartment every morning, but tried the Cafe Palm for snacks acouple of times. The food there was ok, maybe a little expensive compared to what you get. The kitchen was well equipped- including kettle, toaster, coffee machines, dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven, grill, microwave, food processor, electric can opener etc. As far as housekeeping goes, they came every single day and changed our towels, made our beds and took out the trash. Full housekeeping took place once a week. I took my own dishwasher tablets and detergent for the washing machines – I wish I hadn’t as housekeeping supplied and replaced these. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion supplied by housekeeping was of very good value too – which was replaced on a daily basis (if only I had know I wouldn’t have taken my own). We had our own vaccume, but never used it. My kids liked the game room and it was nice that you could rent DVD's there. The pool area and games room was so much fun for kids and teenagers. They had a little "beach" area by the pool too, were the kids could play. My kids liked the game room and it was nice that you could rent DVD's there. The rooms are really great, the staff is really great. Only have two gripes which are related to fellow guests, but we did stay over spring break: 1. People in the room below us were very noisy and up all night (at least until 4am) out on the balcony, laughing loudly, making a lot of noise in general. 2. For every day of our trip people would get up […] really early (like 5 or 6 am) go out to the pool and claim the chairs they planned to use for the day, then leave. We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were excellent, as well as hotel pools. We have a 3-year old and he loved the pool, as well as sand area where he could play. I would definitely recommend hotel to families with young children!

we just came back from a family vacation in Orlando. the hotel was great! the room is very big and comfortable, very clean. the beds are super comfortable! located near all the Disney theme parks. there is a supermarket very close. would recommand to others.

Great Hotel, very big room and big beds, suitable for a family with 4-5 persons. Full kichen include everything, and wash machine, dry machine are convinent for staying a week. very nice position no more than 5 minutes close to the biggest outlet orlando.

We enjoyed our stay and plan to stay here again. It was perfect for our family. Close to everything, clean and the staff was wonderful.

Excellent value. We came with six and stayed in a three bedroom. It was convenient and comfortable, clean and well appointed. the staff was accomodating and friendly. All in all we would return.

We have stayed at Floridays for the last 3 years during our grandchildrens vacation, we just love the atmosphere, quality of the suites and the size, the pool is just awesome and the grandchildren just love it, we spent one day just at the pool. We were looking for a single night prior to our departure back to the UK having been all over florida, we also had a day still to use at the Disney Parks so this place seemed ideal. It is right on International drive so only 5mins from the Orlando Premium Outlets, and only 10mins max from Disney World. Check in was a breeze, friendly staff. The 2 […] bed suite was fantastic, clean, comfy and styled well (if a little fussy). Full kitchen with washer/dryer and even little packets of detergent/sponges/kitchen roll/coffee etc all provided. The grounds were nice although did not use the pool. We were really sorry to only stay a night, however it was quite pricey compared to renting a holiday home, even then we got it at a good rate but was still the same as 3 nights in a much larger house we stayed in on the periphery of the Orlando area (but still drivable in 15-20mins). The suites are huge and economical. Additionally, the allow dogs, which is wonderful for those of travel with our doggies. Fantastic and affordable family friendly place, and the big spa tubs are amazing.

Great suite! Only downside no restaurant to speak of. The bar area is very small, the cafe/grocery shop attached to the bar is very small and the prices somewhat excessive. This resort would be super great if they had a great restaurant so we wouldnt have to go off site. Staff great...we very much enjoyed staying here.

Floridays Htoel have very spacious comfortable two-bedroomed accommodation with a full kitchen, dining and living area. A great place for families to stay in Orlando. It would be great if footpaths could be installed linking the hotel to nearby amenities.

Not the Hilton but staff are very nice and rooms are clean. I was only planning on staying one night since I was not sure what to expect from such a cheap priced hotel and I ended up staying an extra night. Would go back again.

We have stayed at Floridays twice in the past 3 years. Our kids love it. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and the supermarket is just a few minutes away. The pool is heated and clean and there are plenty of poolside towels. The staff are helpful. The receptionist printed out our plane boarding passes for us at check […] out. This resort was great. Didn't have service like this in any other hotel in USA. Request anything and it is done instantly with a follow up call in about 30 minutes of your request to make sure you have been attended to. Location is great. Like most places in Orlando you need a car to get to Disneyworld and main city centre but can walk from this resort […] to shops and bus stop out front and have a shuttle bus that runs once or twice a day. We had a great time. My only complaint was that the matresses could have been of a better quality or maybe just newer. Not very comfortable, the kids gave no support at all. However, that being said each unit is privately owned. So the owner puts in the furniture and such. Still it was a great experiennce and a great trip.

This hotel was very pleasant. Good price , clean, lots of ammentities . The washer and dryer was a major plus. I won't stay anywhere else next time !!! Very satisfied !!!

Super clean, well appointed rooms. Shuttle service to the parks was a major plus and the schedule for the shuttles was adequately accomodating.

Convenient to Sea World and Universal. We comfortabley fit 7 people in a three bedroom suite. Stay away from the Palm Court (only restaurant on site). Very slow service and orders not filled properly; but there a plenty of great places to eat close by.

brilliant hotel in an excellent location. close to all the parks & 2 minutes from premium outlets. All staff were friendly & hotel was spotless clean.

The Floridays Resort/Hotel was very clean and a great stay for us in the Orlando area. Second visit here and plan on staying here again while in the area.

Apartments were quite Ok. Spacious and clean and well equipped. Grocery store and outlet nearby. Otherwise a very boring area to be in, but I suspect it is the same in all Orlando. We had most of our meals in the apartment. Make sure you visit downtown Orlando so you seesomething else than the theme parks. And you need a car...of course.

This is the 2nd time we stayed at Floridays and it will not be the last. Just perfect

Great hotel! Worth every dollar. Perfect rooms with lots of space and comfort. Central position in Orlando from which you can easily travel to all theme parks, shopping malls and outlet centres.

This is the perfect resort for travelling families. It looks more like a well furnished two bedroom apartment with all the amenities than a standard hotel room. I particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi in the master bathroom. Close to universal, the outlets, and downtown disney, it had a great location. We are annual visitors to the states and know the disney area well but it took us some time to find Floridays as it is a little way off the main roads although is situated in close proximity to all the main parks and shops. On arrival the reception staff were nice and helpful accomodating our party with 2 rooms close to each other. We set off to find […] our room and i was a little dissapointed to find the hotel was set out in blocks with reception situated in a different block to our room, having 2 children i like the security of reception acting as a barrier between where we are situated and the outside world so i found this a little unerving as the lift to our room was accessable to anyone who pulled into the car park. On entering the lift area i found it quite dark and dirty and quite unpleasant not like the spacious light infused shots i had seen in the brochure. the corridor to the rooms was an open corridor, again this is personnel taste but i didn't like this as parts of the trees next to the corridor aswell as other bits and pieces were getting blown around outside our door, again making the area seem quite unkept. On entering the room we were intially shocked at how small it seemed compared to the pictures, these are obviously bigger than the normal hotel room but i felt the pictures were quite misleading, depicting a lovely bright, airy room when actually it was quite dark. I started to have a look around, i always inspect the room before i give the ok for my husband to bring up the cases and became quite concerned as there was a half an inch gap at the bottom of the door, as i mentioned this door does not lead to a corridor but straight to the outdoors so of an evening time i could only imagine the light coming from this gap would attract a few unwelcome creepy crawleys which then set me in mode to go hunting to see if anything had wandered in. On entering the first bedroom i found a dead cockroach on the floor and that was me done, i was outta there. Having Lees meer

This is an excellent place for families to stay who are visiting one of the Orlando's theme parks. It is also dog friendly, with pooping areas, complete with bags for disposal. Only gripe is upon checkin, I was advised that there was a $200 pet fee. I think that is outrageous, but having driven for two days, i didn't have the energy to argue. I have been doing a lot of research on hotel-condos and this is one that is usually ranked high in Orlando. I went with my family and I can say I was very pleased. Similar to World Quest with better management. I liked the game room, cafe (need prices on items though, I hate to guess or be surprised at the register); the bar seemed nice as well as the […] concierge. Nice touches. I hated the speed bumps throughout the large lot--you will see why. The Keurig coffee machine in the kitchen added a nice, modern touch. You will feel right at home. A nice Pubix grocery store is two minutes away, as is the outstanding Premium Outlets Mall! You will also love the pool and sand/beach area for the kids.
