I called to make a name change and the man I spoke with treated me like a 5 year old. I even asked him to stop speaking down to me and when he wouldn't I told him I had to hang up and call back later to speak to someone else. While actually at the hotel the staff was courteous. Maybe that rude guy was off that day? Beds were very comfortable.

"Castle In The Sand-Close to the all the fun."
The hotel was nice and the location was great, the only complaint I have was that the tile floors in the kitchen and bathroom were filthy. Besides that, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ocean City, MD. Maybe just bring a mop with you.

Great Hotel on the beach. Close to everything and only 4-5 minutes from Boards. Customer Service was exceptional. Booked on-line with Hotels.com. My Receirpt stated that I would not be charged until Check-out. I was charged the very same day by the hotel. Then I was charged upon arrival for the rest of my stay, not when I checked out. BEWARE, Hotels.com […] will tell you that you will not be charged for your stay "Untill you check-out" YOU WILL BE CHARGED UPON ARRIVAL.. Great Hotel otherwise for couples or families. KUDOS! It's a very nice hotel, located right on the beach and only about 2 miles from the boardwalk, with a resturant and bar convieniantly located on site. It only had one elevator though that was constantly being used by the cleaning staff, so if your on one of the upper floors and don't like taking the stairs you should be prepared to wait for a while at […] the elevator.
