Hilton Garden Inn Toronto-Vaughan in Vaughan

I stay at Hilton's all the time, customer service at check in and especially afterhours not up to par! Stuck up & felt as if they thought they were better than us.

Very nice hotel and easy to access off of highway 400. Movie theater, Dave and Busters, Ikea, Walmart are all across from hotel. Pool was nice and the kids loved the 'waterslide'. Only negative was since this is hotel also has a conference center there was NO parking available after 8pm because of a wedding. Very small parking lot and after driving […] around the property several times to find a spot I found a sign pointing to underground parking. I went to the front desk and explained that the lot was full and without hesitation I was offered to park in the underground parking without having to pay. So it all turned out good in the end but unless you are paying attention it's hard to see the access area to the garage and it looks like they have done that on purpose. It was nice though having the vehicle in a heated garage out of the elements outside. Thanks! Lees meer

We had a fabulous time. My kids really enjoyed the pool, the room was the perfect size, and the hotel staff were very friendly. When we asked for a roll away bed and extra towels, we received them almost immediately!

The only thing that I was not happy with was the pillows on the bed. I think they were feather and I am alergic to feathers , but if they weren't feather they were very uncomfortable.

Best all around experience at any major Toronto hotel

Frequent Biz Traveler (200+ nights/Year) Selected hotel because I had a meeting in the attached conference center. Service at this hotel is excellent. Efficient and very courteous. Room was spotless as was entire facility. Although I usually avoid hotel restaurants, it was cold and rainy and I did not have a car or overcoat to chase out to a nearby […] restaurant. The menu was very limited - but was I ever surprised. The chicken Marsala with veggies was outstanding. First I though the portion was too large, but it was so good that I ate the entire portion. I expected this to be a hum-drum basic 3 star hotel, but because of the cleanliness and service, this was a surprisingly delightful stay. Thank you to the excellent people at this hotel. Lees meer

Everything I had asked for - quiet, clean and comfortable room and great customer service!

The bed was very uncomfortable and there was a stain on the sheets

It took 45 minutes at 11 p.m. before we got our room. It took another 15 minutes to get a laundry cart (the only thing they could find) to haul our luggage to the rooms. The room had a musty smell. I had booked and paid for 2 rooms as I was travelling with a young family. This motel had been suggested from a good source but I don't know if the will […] be given a second chance from. Very Hapy overall. Great pool facilities or the kids. Clean room. A/C and mini fridge were a bit noisy but all in all quite happy. The restraunt was reasonable and the food top notch.

Great Staff, wonderful room, Only problem was they had a wedding going on and the Base from the DJ was BLASTING at 1AM, I called down to the desk, they said there was nothing they could do about it. That really upset me for the price I was paying. If Not for the DJ and the fact that I think Hotels.com could of done better on the price; My Stay was OK. […] I stayed at other Hiltons and I'll give this one a "5" Lees meer

Bathroom lighting is poor and shower grab rail is at wrong end of tub.

We loved our stay at this hotel, it was clean and the service was wonderful, we were given vouchers for the buffet breakfast and the food was absolutely delicious. We would definitely stay there again.

For the price and the fact that it's a Hilton, I was very shocked at the conditions around the tub. Ceiling was peeling in many places and falling as I took a shower, and the faucet was haphazardly repaired with rust all around. The excellent service at breakfast saved this one.

Great hotel, very clean and classy. Staff was very helpful. Highly recommended

This hotel was near the Toronto Star (here I had to do some training )was also convienently located to many retaraunts and shops.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn over the Christmas holidays and found the location to be perfect for us, close to family/friends, shopping, restaurants and freeway exits. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly but due to the holidays the restaurant had reduced hours (understandable). The food & the service in the restaurant was very good however […] we found the breakfast a little on the pricey side. (Found a great little place- Mary's Grill on Applewood awesome breakfasts). The fact that this hotel had a pool and hot tub was a bonus. I would return to this hotel again. Lees meer

Coffee machine still had old filter in it. Asked for cream or even coffee mate they delivered it right away but the milk was rotten. Fan in bathroom didn't work.

The hotel waterslide was a big hit with our 10 year old daughter, and our 2 year old daughter loved the pool, even though it was a little chilly. The rooms were very comfortable but the old tv needs to be updated, as it came on loud everytime and the remote hardly worked. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of items to suit everyone, […] and the restaurant staff were fantstic. lots of free parking near the front door was a plus with bags, strollers, children etc to load and unload from the car. We were very happy with the proximity to everything one could need: Vaughan Mills, Ikea, Dave and Busters, Costco, Walmart to name a few. Lees meer

Excellent service, clean, enjoyable, child friendly. 1st class restaurant on the first floor, nice pool and slide area for swimming, I would stay there the next time visiting Toronto, close to everything, accross from Walmart, and major retailers.

I would encourage anyone traveling in the area of Markham or Vaughn Ontario Canada to stay at this hotel. Service is their business. And I was never disappointed! Entire staff very accomadating. Rooms were spotless.
