Thanksfully I read reviews from other hotels.com visiters. We were able to find the hotel very easy. Although there is parking available under the hotel in a garage we were unaware of. We just parked our car on the street. There were so many stairs we left our bags in the car and only took what we needed into our room. Upon arriving, the receptionist […] was away tending to her children. We had no idea how to get into our room, where our keys were, or which room was ours. Thanksfully, a kind Scottish couple saw our perplexed looks. They told me that the keys were left in the mailbox for those who arrived late or when the receptionist was away. They invited us in for a drink and the rest of the stay was superb. The room was very comfortable and large and the few from the window of the mountains and fall colors was wonderful. I would probably skip Andorra in the future. We did not find the Principality all that interestin. I would have just stayed in France if I had known. the apartment was nice and clean, kitchen well equiped, staff very friendly and helpful. The only disadvantage is location, we were told it was the walking distance from El tarter, but we were driving so we didn't try, but it looked a bit far. I wouldn't recommend to anyone who doesn't have a car there, but overall very good place to stay.

Depuis pratiquement 20 ans je fréquente la résidence et je n'ai aucun reproche à faire en ce qui concerne le personnel (accueil et entretien) qui répond toujours présent pour apporter des solutions en cas de problème. Le seul bémol réside en la nature de la construction de l'immeuble (manque d'insonorisation). Propre, accueillant, confortable. Notes d'attention fort agréables (tout pour notre premier petit déjeuner) Bien placé par rapport au ski et les activités de pleine nature. petit hameau calme et joli. Un peu épique pour trouver et se garer à cause de la neige et manque d'indications surtout de nuit; mais vite oublié.

L accueil est très chaleureux, l APPART est super propre, la vue est très agréable, l hôtel en lui même est typique et très chouette. Dommage que l accès à l hôtel ne soit pas plus clairement indiqué. Je le recommande que ce soit en famille ou entre amis.

прожил там с семьей 4 человека. Надо сказать что для 4 человек (родители, взрослый ребенок и ребенок 11лет) апартаменты достаточно тесноваты. Нет, жить конечно можно, но такие приколы, как горячая вода, которой хватает лишь на ванну для одного человека, а потом нужно ждать часа 4 вряд ли кого-то порадует (надо сказать что для апартаментов в Андорре […] это привычная штука). Зато хорошее отопление (бывает отопление с помощью электричества - гораздо хуже) Кроме того мне не понравилось что обслуживающий персонал находится на рабочем месте только утром и под вечер в общей сложности часов 5-ть, поэтому если приехали поздно- просто заберите ключ от номера. Интернет платный, да еще в добавок практически не работает :((( Найти этот отель крайне сложно. На разных картах он указан в разных местах, но даже если стоять с ним рядом - то понять что это он -невозможно. вывесок нет и тп. Там комплекс зданий поэтому все так сложно. Но зато RCI имеет в этих аппартаментах свои номера (система таймшер). В общем если денег мало - то стоит поехать. C'est vraiment un très beau appartement que nous avons louer vraiment pas cher très bien accueilli l'hôtel mérite c'est 3 étoile .. Bien situe pour ce rentre a pas de la case et a Andorre la vella .... Vraiment tre bien a prendre

En líneas generales en apartahotel es correcto. Sobre todo destaca la relación calidad/precio que es más que aceptable. Lo único negativo de la estancia, fue cierto olor a desagües en la habitación.

Très bon hôtel, très accueillant, très propre. Seul petit bémol quelques bonnes volées de marches pour vous ouvrir l'appétit et pas de signalisation pour trouver l'hôtel.

Bonjour, Hotel et surtout services tops. Rapport qualité/prix excellent. Seul bémol : les escaliers pour accéder à l'hotel. A déconseiller aux personnes ne pouvant "grimper" des escaliers hypers épuissants.

Confort et propreté corrects. Vaut un 2 étoiles Français. Bien situé, mais il faut une voiture (il n'est pas au centre du village) Accès difficile, car il n'y a pas de parking dédié et qu'il faut monter beaucoup de marches ! Rapport Qualité / prix très correct.

Très bon séjour dans une bonne adresse. Loin des 2 villes bruyantes d'andorre, dans un petit village de style montagnard, tout en pierre ancienne. Les chambres sont en fait des petits appartements très bien conçus, modernes confortables et propres. Rien à redire. Seul petit inconvénient : il faut prendre la voiture pour aller au pieds des pistes, car […] cela fait environ 1km de distance....
