We have stayed here with a family of 5 people in a 3-bedroom appartment. Important to know that the very small livingroom needs to be transferred to a bedroom for two. Also the kitchen wasn't well equiped (just 1 spoon, no bread-knife, etc.). Only french tv available. For 5 this is really too small.The shower is the only positive I can mention. Wat ik er van vind? Als hotel, en zeker als 3 sterren hotel is het eigenlijk ver beneden peil, Toch is hyet als slaapplaats voor een bezoek aan de Disney parken een prima keuze. We hebben al meerdere keren overnacht in dit hotel. We merken dat de hygiene er op achteruit gaat. De badkamer was niet schoon(gebruikte wattenstaafjes van vorige gasten achter het toilet, nat wc papier op de muur),evenals de slaapkamer( hele zwarte vitrage, vuile vaat in de kast) Bij het inchecken kregen we te horen dat als we wilden dat er schoongemaakt […] werd tijdens ons verblijf dat extra geld kostte. (dit stond niet vermeld bij het boeken en tijdens eerdere verblijven werd er wel schoongemaakt). Het positieve is dat het lekker dichtbij Disney is, je altijd kunt parkeren (als het vol lijkt even langs de receptie en dan mag je of op het andere parkeerterrein of in de kelder parkeren), je gratis internet (wifi) hebt en dat je zelf kunt koken (ook zit er een bakker direct naast het complex) Lees meer

De vloerbedekking is aan vervanging toe, vlekken. Douchekop kan je niet ophangen. Verder een redelijk goed hotel, voor een overnachting. Dichtbij Disney. Parkeren achter een hek.

Voor het bezoek aan disnyland hebben wij hier een goedkope kamer weten te vinden. Alleen het licht op 1,5 van disny, maar dit is door de ring weg niet goed aan te lopen.( 5 km om lopen) Je kan van de bus gebruiken maken, of je parkeert je auto bij disny plaza voor 10 euro voor 24 uur. Heel prettig verblijf, kamer was overgeboekt, kregen een grotere aangeboden, zonder extra kosten. Poetsen was niet helemaal netjes, maar omdat wij er eerder in wilden hebben wij dat voor lief genomen. Tapijt had ook zijn langste tijd gehad. Ontbijt was netjes, echt Franse manier. Erg fijn dat de honden mee mochten, vriendelijk personeel.

Redelijke kamer voor een redelijke prijs. Kamers inclusief keukentje, en dat was eigenlijk het gelijk het grootste 'probleem' van dit hotel. Het feit dat andere gasten het keukentje gebruikten om een avondmaaltijd te bereiden, rook je door het hele hotel. De afzuigkap van het keukentje op onze kamer was daarnaast te vies om aan te pakken. Blijkbaar […] consequent vergeten om schoon te maken. Ondanks het erg goede weer was het buiten zwembad dicht, dit tot grote teleurstelling van de kleine meid. Wij hadden voor 6 personen geboekt. Dit bleek een 5-persoons appartement te zijn, werd direct omgezet naar 1x2 en 1x4 persoonskamer met ontbijt. Enig minpuntje...als je binnnen het hek wil parkeren moet je vroeg terug zijn, de parkeer garage en het parkeerterrein zijn niet groot genoeg voor alle autos.

Geen bed maar een uitklapbare bank, erg klein en slecht onderhouden. Wel schoon. Prima als je er 1 nachtje wilt slapen omdat je de volgende dag naar disney wilt. Het is op wandelafstand (2km lopen) van disney.

Ideaal hotel voor een bezoek aan Disneyland Parijs. Heerlijke bedden, zelfs de slaapbank lag erg goed. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een gezinnetje voor een goed verblijf. Je bent er toch hoofdzakelijk om te slapen. Het zwembad was heerlijk. Hotel kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken. De muren opnieuw sausen zou het al een stuk netter maken. Het hotel was werkelijk super, de drie sterren hebben ze zeker verdiend. Ik ging erheen bewapend met een luchtbed omdat ik in een verslag had gelezen dat men er slecht had geslapen. Nu dat is beslist niet waar, de bedden zijn goed! Ook handig was het ijskastje, de magnetron en de 2 pits electrische kookplaat. Kamers zeer royaal. Dus beslist een aanrader. […] De prijs via Expedia is bijna de helft van de prijs die het hotel zelf vraagt. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig, 24 uurs receptie dienst en eigen parkeerterrein. Kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Modern ingericht. Wij hadden een twee kamer appartement geboekt echter was er een fout gemaakt door personeel waardoor wij met 4 man op een twee persoons kamer terecht kwamen. Dit werd meteen hersteld. Wij kregen meteen een tweede appartement aangeboden. En om ons verder tegemoet te komen kregen wij twee dagen ontbijt gratis. […] Personeel is erg aardig en behulpzaam. Het hotel was relatief makkelijk te vinden. Er stopt een bus voor het hotel (43) en een metro vlakbij (Val d' Europe). Het hotel is keurig en de kamers waren zeer netjes. Voorzien van een kleine kookplaat en magnetron zodat je zelf water kan koken of een maaltijd kan bereiden. Bad en douche waren erg schoon en comfortabel. Bedbank was zeker niet verkeerd, […] houdt wel rekening met delen, zelfs op een tweepersoons kamer. Via bus 43 ben je zomaar in Disneyland of terug bij Val d' Europe voor een korte metro-reis naar Parijs. Houdt er rekening mee dat op zondag deze bus weinig rijdt. Lopen naar Val d' Europe is ongeveer 15 minuten. Personeel spreekt ook voldoende Engels om jezelf verstaanbaar te maken. Service was ook fijn, toen de code voor gratis WiFi niet meer werktte kreeg ik simpelweg een nieuwe. In mijn optiek, weinig nadelen, fijn hotel voor deze prijsgrens. Voor herhaling vatbaar. Het hotel lag vlakbij de bus zodat je overal heen kon zonder eigen vervoer. Naast het hotel was een apotheek, kapper en bakker waar we onze verse broodjes konden halen. Het hotel heeft een shuttlebusje naar disneyland en dat was voor ons wel heel handig. De kamer was simpel maar voorzien van alles wat we nodig hadden. De badkamer was groot en lekker […] warm water. Het keukentje voldeed aan onze noden, het bestek en borden mochten wel properder zijn. . I had high hopes for this hotel. It was nice but I will never stay here again. I picked this hotel because it looked nice and came with a very good price. However upon arrival I was told about other charges I would have to pay, for example I would have to pay extra for my kids even though they were on my reservations (I paid in full in advance) and […] if I wanted the pots and pans to go with my kitchenette I would have to pay extra for those. The staff was nice but had a very, it's not my problem attitude about things. The day we left we needed a taxi and since our room phone was down we asked the front desk to call one for us. The next morning we were surprised to find our taxi cab fair was being doubled because even though we informed the front desk about needing one at around 1900 they didn't choose to call until 0100. There is random other stuff that I just don't feel like going in to detail about. Bottom line, call and ask about all their hidden fees and get all the details about their bus to the parks because it only runs once a day at some random time and its expensive. Nice hotel we drove to the park as advised by receptionist just as cheap to park as it would have been using buses the only real complaint is the lack of cooking equipment impossible to cook with only one saucepan, no kettle or toaster. Also the pillows are a joke . Apart from that couldn't fault it.

hotel is what you would expect for a 3*. Good value for money, would be disappointed if we had paid more. The only complaints are the lack of pans in the kitchen(only 1 pan to cook with) would have liked a kettle to make tea/coffee, also a toaster would have made our stay better, as it would have been nice to have toast for breakfast. Very basic hotel to visit Disneyland Paris. Don't expect luxury but it is affordable and convenient. Bus stop right at hotel to take bus #42 to Marne La Valee station which is right at Disneyland. But read the bus schedule and plan accordingly otherwise you can face long waits between buses. But it's a fraction of the cost of the shuttle. Val d'Europe […] station is the bus in the other direction (or even within walking distance) where there are lots of stores and restaurants. Lees meer

The hotel is great for Disney Land if you have a car however if not its around €15 in a taxi. The room was very basic, there was no bed just a hard sofa bed, and only one set of towels even though the room was booked for two people. We were 2 people in our twenties and their was barely enough room for both of us, a family would have no chance. I hope […] the family rooms are a lot bigger! Within easy reach of Disneyland Paris and the shopping centre is a drive away by car. However, there is very little within walking distance of the hotel. Rooms were basic and there was no bar. There was free WIFI and very good connection. Not easy to get to if you want to travel to Paris as stations are a drive away.

Kitchenette equipment lacking (1 pan and that's you're lot# & no corkscrew which is a crime in France! IE It's OK for preparing a bowl of soup but don't expect to self-cater your meals. Noisy services at night #rushing water sound from pipes all night). No kettle. Otherwise, clean & satisfactory. Breakfast has no cold meats etc but is plentiful.

Good location, close to a large shopping centre and only 10 minutes from Disneyland. Rooms were very basic. Hotel breakfast was expensive and there is not facilities for lunch or dinner. We only stayed here 2 nights which was enough with such basic facilities.

The hotel over all is nice. I can see it is very budget friendly for travelers. However I found quite difficult to find transportation such as taxi especially disneyland area is not inside Paris. We walked to find the hotel, no taxi above 9pm.

We stayed here for 3 nights to visit disneyland and to go into paris itself. Easy to find and in a very quiet location, which is always a bonus. The room was ideal for us, 4 adults and a toddler, although the carpet was rather stained and we no kettle...everything else was good value for money..the staff were also great. Ideal location for disneyland, […] 10 min drive and the shuttle is available for a small fee from right outside the hotel. One night we wanted to order a pizza and our french lingo was not great so the staff on duty very kindly ordered for us. The only problem we had was trying to get the car back into car park at night when the only member of staff was on a break...we were stuck outside for 30mins. We booked this hotel for its low price and its locaton near to Disney. Booked a sofabed studio room as there was only the two of us. The sofa wasnt that comfy but fine for a short stay and 'base' for the holiday. I'm not sure what the people who put up bad reviews on here expected, there are some horror stories! However I'd like to say that we got better […] than what we thought we would get. There are 'extras' you can pay for like daily room cleaning/cooking equipment if needed. Tip: Dont forget to take washing up stuff with you as its likely the previous person didnt wash up properly! The room and kitchen were well equipped even without paying for the extras. Free Wi-Fi was very usefull as we had to tell the family the news that we got engaged at the park on the first day! The staff were lovely - we were trying to speak french and they helped us out. It seemed closer to the park than some 'Disney' hotels! we got to the front of the car park every day and in time for shopping before park opened. Yes, the main hallways are a little worn and carpets had a couple of bleach stains (but at least this proves they use bleach!). You do need a car as although it is extremely close to the fence of the park (if it wasnt for a tree you could see the Tower of Terror from our balcony) the actual car park entrance is around the other side of the park. There are extra charges for the hotel shuttle. We definately recomend this hotel. Cheap & Basic, but better than most uk travelodges! Lees meer

Close to Disneyland, although you will still need to take the bus or train to the park. 30 minutes walk to a big supermarket and shopping outlet. However, the supermarket is closed on Sundays, same with the bus services. Services from the staff were horrible. The night we checked in the staff at the desk was on two phones (one of them being her own […] cell phone) while we stood there for literally 10-15 minutes waiting for her to finish. Then the room she gave us, the lights did not work at all so she switched us to another room. The rooms were dirty and old. Sofa beds were uncomfortable. The day staff was rude when we had a question to ask. Overall, location wise for disney, its not bad for the price. Great for what we needed, close to station for day trip to Paris. Room well equipped, pillows could do with being replaced. Reception team helpful and pool area a god send after a long journey. Bakery not open on Monday mornings!

The hotel was nice, nice to have a shuttle and all. The front desk was usually very helpful and spoke well english! Only bad part was location, to far from anything we wanted to travel to and the bus stopped running around 9:30sh so it was inconvenient.

This is not a hotel, it will come under apartment catogery or house. No one coming for cleaning. No one takes the bin bags, The carpets are very dirty, canot bring our children's... Possibility to get sick coz of dirty rooms. No tea bags or free tea, Breakfast is only apple or orange juice and bread. Hotel Equal to 1 Star level.
