Goed hotel. Op loopafstand van de monorail Dicht bij de petronastowers

I love everything about the hotel except the very small, old car park. There were some upgrading at the lobby so can smell some paint.

Room plumbing had a problem - but other wise convenient hotel for shopping at Pavilion - where you can do the Bukit Bintang walk - right through Lot 10, Sung Wang Plaza - close to the station and Suria KLCC as you need to go early for tickets for Petronas towers. There is a 7Eleven opposite the hotel - convenient for quick groceries. Staff was friendly […] and helpful in guiding how to visit site seeing places. No comments on food as we had all our meals out of the hotel - but the food pricing looked steep. All in all had a nice stay and staff was helpful and friendly too. Lees meer

The bell boys tend to discriminate. Only when they see big cars and tourists, they offer to carry the luggage. I am not impressed at all, they don't even bother to open the car door even though I was driving a BMW and don't bother to carry my bags. They just pretend not to notice. In walking distance to Petronas Towers (New elevated sidewalk with air conditioning). Big shopping center in front the hotel. One block from Monorail train Station Raja Chulan.

Great location, excellent staff will use again when in KL.

I am very disappointed with Novotel KL during my stay on 13-15 feb.It's my 2nd time at the hotel in less than 2 months and I will not go back in future.I was staying in room 2006. The cOlor of the water in my bathtub looked like tea. The room is very noisy as I can hear vehicle horns and noises anytime of the day. Novotel in KL city center has excellent location between landmark Pavillion shopping complex, the convention center & aquarium, and city center park (and kids water park next to it) and with the iconic twin-towers with their own shopping complex. Business, leisure and (lots of) shopping wihin less than 800 meter radius. Hotel has small gym and a pooldeck, […] lounge, executive lounge, few meeting rooms ... and way too small restaurant. The small size of the resturant very evident during breakfast ... juts not enough tables and chairs ! Rooms are follow contemporary design and colour setting ; and equipped as one would expect from typical business hotel. Hotel follows mostly Novotel standards, I find clealiness could be better, especially in bathrooms. And to be honest, I have been in many Novotel hotels where staff is much more polite. The Asian friendliness is not included into your room rate in this Novotel. The hotel has similar pricing as many of the other hotels just within few hundred meters ... and I woud say service is friendlier, more polite and equipped with many more pleasant smiles in say Istana, Equatorial and Impiana. This I am sad to say, since I am Accord gold card member ; and stay very often in Novotel's in various parts of the world. Overall this is average Novotel slightly overpriced due to high demand of hotel rooms in this area ... and unfortunately not quite friendly and pleasant as i expected ... as frequent guest in Accor hotels. Our experience exceeded expectations.The culture of the hotel was the standout.The staff were so attentive and friendly and their smiles were genuine.This showed throughout the hotel including housekeeping.We strongly recomend the Novetel KL Central to everyone. Cheers Marina.

Good location

My friend and I stayed at the Novotel in Kuala Lumpur for three nights. The location of the hotel was wonderful, walking distance to most of the attractionsin KL, and right at a monorail stop. Good deal and good location!!!

Location is good. We requested extra beds for the children but were advised that they would charge us although the hotel policy was complimentary extra beds for children under 16, they finally provided the beds at no costs. Rooms were very small with no room to move after the extra was put in. Bathroom very old and in need of an upgrade. The level of friendliness and professionalism at this hotel need improvements. I was waiting at the reception by myself and the 2 staff at the counter were busy with paper work, yet when there was someone else coming to the counter (without waiting in line), they served him right away. I have to walk up and reminded them that I have been waiting to […] be checked in. I then borrowed an iron and it was dirty so it stained by shirt. Overall, service is clumsy to say the least. I would like to give plus point on the location. It is easy to move around and thetime taken is within 10 minutes walk to Bukit Bintang area and KLCC.

The hotel is located in a very convenient place. It takes only 5 mins to get to the Pavilion where you can find many restaurants, supermarket and shops. Also it takes only 10 mins to get to KLCC and monorail station. The room is very nice, clean and comfortable. Hotel staff is good over there. Room is clean n tidy. shopping center and monorail is near, good location!

Very satisfied with the hotel. would definitely return. very strategic location. rooms are clean and hotel staff very helpful. My family and I had to check out very early in the morning, 5.30am, the hotel staff very gladly provided early breakfast for all of us.

There is nothing to really fault about this hotel for the price you pay, except for the noise WITHIN the hotel AND from the OUTSIDE depending on which side of the hotel you're at. My husband and I didn't get much sleep on the first night as we could hear all the plumbing and construction work that continued all night. Loved the location of the hotel. Just across the road is Pavilion where there are lots of shopping and eats. We got upgraded so the room was bigger than the last time we stayed there. But the carpark is scary because the driveways were so narrow. Also, cars and taxis were blocking the small drive-in to the hotel. The hotel is walking distance to the PAVILION MALL and BINTANG PLAZA if u are looking for exclusive products this is the right choice

Fine Hotel, Except too crowded during morning breakfast. Worst are the Indian guests that do not follow the queue. Other than that would be a fine hotel to stay.

I stayed in Novotel in KUL during our recent trip to Malaysia. The room was quite spacious and very neatly maintained. And for the cost that I paid, I think this was the best option. The best part of the hotel is its proximity to the twin towers. Its just 10 mins walk from the hotel which makes it very convenient for a evening visit and early morning […] visit (Remember you have to stand in queue early morning to be able to go to sky bridge). Location is excellent both for the shopping and the eateries nearby. .It was convenient also for our bus pickup to and fro from Singapore is within walking distance .The Hop on Hop off bus pickup is also nearby

Easy to get to location in the Golden Triangle. Good value, with a large range of foods for breakfast. Check in was slow, but concierge was efficient, helpful and friendly.

Lovely hotel, with welcoming staff and beautiful atmosphere. good size room. Short walk to Petronas Towers, and easy access to train station. Only one down side, room wasnt ready when we arrived at 4pm, but still a very pleasant stay.

Like many other reviews we have read, the main problems with this hotel is room quality and housekeeping. Essentially tired rooms,not clean enough and old and poor quality bed linen used, not enough towels minimal toiletries. Slow to carry out repairs. Sadly these thing are regularly commented on but the hotel does not seem to be addressing them. Location […] and staff in all other areas were really pleasant and we were happy with the breakfast provided, for this reason we would return, hoping that all the negatives that are well commented on are addressed. It is a great hotel near the shopping and dining area of Bukit Bintang.it's easy to access and near the monorail station and Pavillion shopping mall(both in a walking distance from the hotel). the staff are really friendly and helpful.it's also very clean and comfortable.they provided us with a complimentary extra bed for our daughter and were very […] kind.I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to all my friends. Me, my husband and 2 children were very pleased with everything about the hotel. The staff were nice and helpful. Our room was well-kept. The food was fantastic. The cost was very affordable. Novotel KL is 200% better than the more expensive one we checked in to, the following day.

My friends and I stayed the weekend in KL recently at Novotel. We chose the hotel because of it's proximity to Bukit Bintang, a location with good shopping, nightspots and food. We also got a good promo rate from hotels.com. Hotel positives: - close to bukit bintang and klcc - good overall level of cleanliness - pleasant, comfortable lobby - nice simple […] bar and staff. We had an attentive lead barman who told us abt the promos and discounts. - good concierge staff who arranged taxis for us - acceptable level of spoken English - checkout was quick Hotel negatives: - hot bath water ran out one night - breakfast was just a little better than average. Breads tended to be dry. Local fare wasn't well represented. - king size bed turned out to be two single beds joined together. Not quite right. - pillows too soft Overall a little short of a 4 star experience. Acceptably pleasant but not 'wow'. Lees meer

Service was horrrible! The safe was not working and the general manager did such a poor job in handling the matter. Apart from the service, it is a pretty decent hotel to stay.

Hotel is within walking distance to Bkt Bintang - shopping centres etc. Room is clean and tidy. No frills here but hotel staff are very friendly. Business Centre is helpful and enjoyed the simple morning breakfast. Thanks to hotel.com

Friendly staff with reasonably comfortable rooms. Great location within KL and close to all must see sights.Best value for money stay....Highly recommended.

I had a great stay at the Novotel KL CC - the room was relatively cheap, the hotel was very comfortable and staff were friendly, and to top it all off, the location is unbelievably central! It's just across the road from a huge mall and has a link bridge from the hotel to the mall.
