Check in desk clerk not very friendly. Busy on the computer and did not want to be bothered or go out of her way to supply us with a local phone directory. Location was close to dinning and shopping. Rooms were average, nothing special but bathroom light would not shut off. Spa was dirty and so was the pool. Average motel for the cost.

I came home itchy. My boyfriend complained of the same thing.

The room was clean, staff was friendly, but there was a noisy freeway right behind the motel. It was an older hotel, although nicely remodeled, the walls were thin. The noise from traffic and neighbors was disruptive and kept me awake.

This hotel is in a perfect location and has all the conveniences you would ever need for a stay away from home. I would highly recommend as well as stay at this hotel again.

My second recent stay at this Quality Inn. Good place to stay; only complaint of 3-day stay was not having coffee ready for one continental breakfast.

Excellent place to stay for the price and convenience to our needs. Anything yu need in the surrounding area. Nice little breakfast bar with some healthy options

The Hotel was convient to stores, Dining right off the freeway and very comfortable. I will stay there again

Only real complaint is that the room heating system occasionally made too much noise so it was not used all night. Otherwise Quality Inn Lake Elsinore is a good value and I look forward to future visits.

We needed a convenient Thanksgiving accomodation in Lake Elsinore for 3 days, and this was adequate. The room was clean, the bathroom was fine, the continental breakfast the usual. We asked if the pool (TINY!!!) and hot tub were heated and usable, and were told "yes". We suited up and strolled down to find them both not heated! The evening staff was great, There was no available parking so the young man directed me, to where I would be allowed to park. I appreciated this. The front desk woman was not very friendly. It seemed to bother her that my reservation & payment were made online. When I was ready to check out I had wait. Had I not been in a hurry. Great hotel, friendly staff, priced reasonable, breakfast was typical but always fresh and on time. I stayed for an event at PV Skydiving and will be back for an event at Skydive Elsinore. 20 min to Perris with traffic and 5 to Skydive Elsinore. Within 5 miniutes was great Italian, Mexican, Sushi and Starbucks. What else does a skydiver need?

Nice rooms, friendly staff, affordable price. There is no reason not to book this hotel again. The only thing that I noticed in a negative way was that the breakfast-room was too small. Otherwise : excellent.

This Hotel is always our favorite place to stay, its quiet and the upkeep is great, its like the center of where we go in that general area, since we used to in Lake Elsinore when we visit it is our choice for our stay.

Exactly what one would expect from this type of hotel chain. This one is your basic motel type. It's well kept, clean, and comfortable. It has a small breakfast area but the breakfast has a good selection and lots of it. The pool and hot tub are small but again clean and nice and relaxing to sit in under the stars at night. The location was ideal. The room was ok for the price. The lounge area was very small, not enough sitting space and it was very warm.

We stayed in Lake Elsinore in order to attend a wedding in Temecula where hotel prices are much higher. The hotel met all our needs. I loved the big comfy bed. We didn't have the breakfast but it's always great when breakfast is included. The pool is the size of a postage stamp but at least there was one to cool off in the immense heat. Had to trace freeway noise for easy access. Too tired for the freeway noise to bother me, anyway.

Staff was great though in solving a noise problem with thé neighbours. Bit run down, skinny breakfast, but we had some great fireworks from the nearby stadium to make up for that.

The Quality Inn was okay, the room was nice. The bed very comfortable, but bring your own pillows, it felt like we were sleeping on cases stuffed with cotton balls. Also you might want to bring your own towels, unless you like drying off with what feels like a napkin and is just as absorbent.

I was given a room in the back with no view but a wall and a freeway which at night you can't sleep with the noise from the cars. The hotel itself is old, i got to my room at night after a wedding and upon entering my room i receive a call from the front desk clerk that night and told me that i was making too much noise. I tried to explain to him that […] we just got to our room but he was very rude and not trying to hear what i had to say. Minutes later the guy renting the room below me calls me saying he is trying to sleep to stop stomping on the floor, I clearly told him not to be bothering me and let me sleep. I decide to call the front desk big mistake i told him about the guy calling and i told him that the noise is probably from us just walking, his way of fixing it was by telling me just dont walk at all, but he was telling me in a angry voise very rude ruined my stay thanks front desk clerk by not knowing how to fix a simple problem overpriced for the serviced received Lees meer

It is right next to the noisy freeway, but is a good value. The people were nice and the room was also. No complaints.

Hotel staff was always nice. Rooms were always clean.

Clean room, quiet, & basic continental breakfast.

For the price of the room it was better than expected. but if you want to spend a little more for a much better quality the best western is accross the street. the room didnt have towels once i arrived. customer service was great. overall the experience was good, not great. vending machines don't work.

If you want a nice hotel don't stay here. But if you want a cheap place to rest your head for the night then this is the perfect place for you. The hotel staff was great!! They let us switch out of a smoking room. As a plus the breakfast was awesome. Make-your-own waffles, sausages, toast, coffee, juice etc. It was a great free meal before leaving […] for the day. The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. It had a small fridge and even a microwave. Very nice. Breakfast was also xlnt. Will definitely stay again.

The bed was very comfortable! We slept great. The breakfast was one of the best. We loved the waffles and sausage!

Very plesant staff. Hotel looked very nice and was very clean. Room was a bit noisy though; lots of noise from the amorous neighbors and even street noise (need some weatherstripping around the door!). BUT, it was clean, the service was good and there was free WiFi. We were heading to Mexico and picked this hotel because it was basically halfway and […] it was close to the highway. Everything I expected. Clean hotel, amazing breakfast, nice people. Only downfall was the AC kept shutting off at night, and we got warm. Not sure if we weren't working it correctly. Great room for an amazing price.

The hotel showed signs of being an older hotel, but the room was clean and the breakfast area was spotless. The bed was crispy clean and comfortable. The staff was congenial at all times. The included continental breakfast included sauage and boiled eggs, multi toast choices, fresh fruit, real OJ and cranberry juice, coffee, hot water for tea, ice water, […] and 2 grades of milk in addition to the usual breakfast items. The heater didn't work in the first room we were sent to, but the clerk did everything he could to fix it. When nothing worked he moved us to another room. The heater in it was better, but still was not as efficient as we would have liked. The motel was easy to locate and get to and the bed was great.
