Fijn hotel; als je aankomt van het station (ongeveer 15 minuten met de trein vanaf het vliegveld) ben je al bijna bij het hotel! Dit scheelt dus lang zoeken en sjouwen met je koffers. Booked a triple room for much needed weekend break with my mum & sister. We were given a basic small twin room with fold up bed for the 3rd person. Room not at all suitable for 3 people. Hotel was clean and well appointed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for train, old town and shopping arcade. Very tiny recommendations for improvement - room was too hot, a bit slow to be offered tea/coffee at breakfast. Would recommend hotel without hesitation.

Totally loved our hotel -- conveniently located to the train station, the post office, and most of all, Galeria Krakow! We arrived early in the morning and couldn't yet check into our room since the hotel was quite full but we were able to use the health club to take a shower. I really enjoyed the hotel, the staff were very polite and helpful. It was clean and comfortable and I had a very nice standard room. The location is perfect with the train station being just a few minutes away and also the Old Town a 5-10 minute stroll from the hotel. Would happily stay again if I return to Krakow.

Fantastic hotel! Perfect location right next to the main train station and shopping centre. A short walk from the main square. Clean, comfortable, warm and welcoming. Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Lovely buffet breakfast fit for a king! Only issue....Saturday night they had a function/party going on. The bass was pumping till 4.30am! This hotel surpassed our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and spacious. The staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. The restaurant in the hotel provided a fabulous breakfast buffet of hot/cold dishes to suit everyone's taste. We ate dinner at the restaurant too which was superb. Located just 2 mins walk from the […] Krakow Glowny main train station, and right next door to a massive new multi-level shopping centre (heaven for the us girls)! Just minutes from the old town area and market square adorned with beautiful buildings, including horse and carriage rides awaiting tourists. The ageless beauty of Krakow, the people and value for money is hard to beat. Christmas markets were being set up outside which looked beautiful and we were sorry to leave. Sharp and efficient service throughout stay. Excellent buffet breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Fantastic location, right on the edge of the old town without having the noise of it. The only negative for me was the cost of Wi-Fi to room. That aside, I'd definitely stay again.

I can't believe this is a 4.8 rated hotel. Stayed Sept 7-9. Nice property in a good location but service was more like a 2 star. Call down to front desk? Almost never answered. Go to the spa for a confirmed massage? No show. Sit down for breakfast? 100% of unoccupied tables were not cleaned from previous guests. Book an Auschwitz tour? Pushing an overpriced […] bus tour (hint, use trip advisor for private tours). On and on. Really don't understand how it rates so highly so best to look elsewhere. Lees meer

Service was excellent from arrival to daparture. I arrived early by train. I walked to the hotel from the main train station. Location is close to the Old Town and the Train Station. Perfect location, exelent service, unbelivable good breakfasts, big variety of food for all cultures around the world. We travel a lot and never eat such a good meals in other hotels. Very, very nice stay.

Whilst the decor of the hotel is modern and nice, the walls on the room were all bashed and had black marks all over them. We also had a terrible view onto grotty buildings. The only good thing about our stay was the breakfast.

Second time staying at this hotel. The location is great, close to the train station and short walk to Market Square. Great value in comparison to chains like Sheraton and Radisson Blue. Breakfast is included and is pretty good, missed the boiled eggs though.

Nice and very comfortable room, excelent view. Uncomfortable to have to go downstairs to get internet. It would be nice to have Internet free of charge and available in all rooms as many other hotels. We stayed in the second floor and one night there was a very loud party, and we had to go through it to get to our room. The noise ended at 2 am.

The bathrooms very quite modern and clean. We have just spent 4 days in Krakow at this truly amazing hotel. It exceeded our expectations on all counts. The staff were all extremely helpful, polite and professional and nothing was too much trouble, the decor of the hotel, the facilities and the location were all perfect. The hotel is a very nice hotel with a modern design and feel with very friendly and helpful staff. It is very close central train station and the start of the old central part of town. The room was spacious very clean and the bed was comfortable. The mini bar can be hard to find. The next time in Krakow I will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, great location, great breakfast. The room was very confortable. I dindn´t like two things: the pillows and a glass between the bathroom and tthe bedroom. When you turn the light of the bathroom on, the bedroom was iluminated.

Literally a three minute walk from the railway station, Andel's Krakow is a quality hotel with very reasonable rates. Stayed on the 5th floor in a comfortable, modern room. Breakfast is brilliant - traditional Polish fare as well as a wide selection of other options. (Freshly made chocolate and berry muffins too, which were nice if rather indulgent […] for breakfast.) Cracow is an old historic city with lots of old hotels which according to reviews can be a bit 'creaky'. Andels Hotel is bang up to date with every convenience. Spacious well decorated rooms, large shower rooms, faultless service, and an excellent breakfast offering everything imaginable. The position of the hotel is the best in Cracow. On a large quiet […] square opposite the train and bus station (but no noise) Hotel Andels is just 10 minutes slow walk to the main square in Cracow, and 5 minutes from restaurants and attractions en-route. Fish and seafood restaurant Farina, Sw Marka 16 (and their steaks are even better than the fish) is just round the corner from Hotel Andels where I enjoyed two brilliant meals. This hotel and staff are wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel. Location and room etc were perfect. Have confidence and no worries about booking here. For English speaking people this is no problem. And breakfast was included and great. Also free internet. They deserve a 5 star rating!

The location is very convenient. It is convenient to train station and Galleria Krakow. It is convenient to Old Town, with many sights and restaurants. The physical facility is very nice. The room decor is nice. The bathrooms are clean, and the shower is large. My one complaint has to do with service. I stayed on executive level, and breakfast is included […] and you can have breakfast in your room. However, every day they forget to leave menu request form in my room so I have to call down and request. I can understand that the staff might forget once, but how can you forget everyday? This means there is not communication among the staff. On the last day they lost the request form I give them so no breakfast is delivered.
