Hotel was really easy to find, not expensive and very convenient in regards with location. One can reach all the beautiful places of interest from this point. Room was good, comfortable and clean. It did not smell like an "old"room and non-smoking room is really non-smoking. Personnel was nice. However take into account that you may want to have your breakfast elsewhere (Denny's and Ihop are very close to this hotel) because unless mufins and na cup of coffee is enough for you in the morning. so the breakfast was nothing. Internet wi-fi worked good, no problems. Stay in this hotel for couple of nights, cool off in a nice swimming pool, visit wineries and lakes nearby and go on with your trip further!

"Charming motel with friendly service"
Spacious rooms with western themes (Bakery, Doctors office, Post office, etc). Clean rooms and friendly service, but the breakfast is very basic (mostly cereal).

Economical and for the price you get what you expect. Nothing really stood out as exceptional or horrible and a convenient location.

"The Hotel in Willits California"
I love this hotel everytime i come to willits i will be staying in Old West Inn. There always nice and friendly and rooms are great, comfy beds, of course im from willits so its my town but i love this hotel. You must stay here!!!
"Old West Inn, Willits- Not luxury, but good value"
We arrived in the middle of the(2am) night and the attendant came to the after-hours check in window after just a few rings of their bell. It was an easy process after we gave our reservation conf. number, and they had our reservation info ready to go, which was nice since we were very tired and cold. The room was spacious, a little out dated with furnishings […] and decor but over-all clean and tidy. The room was freezing when we came in but after cranking the heater/ air cond for 30 mins it was to a comfortable temp. The basic amenities such as towels, sheets and soaps were low quality, (minimal, thin and not very comfy), simple at best. HOWEVER, given the low price I would say that overall it was a GOOD VALUE considering they did supply a coffee maker, cable and a continental breakfast in the morn. We can't comment on the quality of the breakfast because we woke up too late to partake, but all in all I would say if you're looking for a bargain this is it. Old West Inn Willits was a fine overnight spot. Nicely priced and clean. Close to everything in Willits and the folks running the place were very nice. What more do you want?
"Very Satisfied"
I'm a business traveler, used to chains, but since starting my own business, I'm pay attention to cost more. I took a chance on this one after finding it on line, and was not disappointed. It's easy to find, clean, and seems safe. At check in I asked about an iron, and was told there were none in the rooms, but they would bring me one. Less 60 seconds […] after I got to my room the iron arrived. The room was large and clean. The soap and shampoo were the 1960's kind (small soap, shampoo in a packet), but overall, I was very happy with the hotel, and extremely happy about the value.
