overall very satisfied ,very friendly ,courteous and helpful staff.we stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms which was very good .Just need to fix doors to balcony

After spending 6 beautiful nights on Treasure island, what a disappointment Sonasaili was! The pool was not fit for animals, I couldn't believe humans were actually swimming in it. It was so murky, you couldn't see the bottom. We were forced to buy a miniature can of aeroguard, as both my husband and myself were "eaten" by mosqito's whilst trying to […] eat our dinner.! Not only that, but it cost us $19.00Fj for such a tiny can, what a rip off, for something that should be complimentary in such a place. We found our stay at sonaisali island resort to be very relaxing and 1 week was enuogh. The staff are lovely not a lot to do as there is no beach on this resort and you have to fight the birds and flies when having breakfast there .

sonasali well the wow factor certainly was not there the staff were good the service good the food crap absolutely bad we had 1 good meal in three days the curry of the day nothing else was even close to even worthy of half decent i would not recommend this island at all food prices were stupit the steaks were tough the dessert well no staff member […] has tried it obviously before sending it out i did not enjoy at all we were there to enjoy the honeymoon but it was not what we expected there was toad races they had were everyone had to bet on a toad to race and whoever one got a 2 dollar sari or 2nd place got a beer people were bettng 30 plus dollars the money go's straight onto your room account i thought it went to charity but straight into the hotel profits never stay there go to denarau island instead Lees meer

First time in Fiji. Would recommend this resort to family's. Not too far from airport, town etc. We had a very relaxed holiday. Staff were very friendly and obliging. We stayed in a bure which was very comfortable and quite large for 3 people. Would definitely go back. Already planning the next one.

resort is on it's own island with a 24hr access boat. there are daily activities programs to keep you entertained. has swim-up bar and every night there is some kind of entertainment. you can join other guests by the pool, or retreat to your own beachside tanning chairs and relax in private. some food is ok, but found fiji in general have different […] cooking tastes. staff very friendly and accommodating. we even witnessed a wedding fiji style! The hotel was promoted as a 4 star property. it was lucky to rate. 2. The fijian staff were wonderful, but the room was run down and dirty. It was an island resort but they rarly had beach towels available. The resort review stated 3 resturants, all food came from the same kitchen and was very average, some sent back inedible. There was a chronic shortage […] of cups/glasses and on many occasions you could not find a cup for a coffee at breakfast. All in all a great relaxing stay, the atmosphere was very relaxing and walking around the beautiful tropical grounds was romantic and special. I was a bit dissapointed I could not snorkel close to the hotel but apart from that is was great. The Jet Ski Safari was the highlight of the trip and was an amazing experience not to be missed. The reception and welcome on checking in was great but the room did not match up. The resort is tired and in need of an upgrade. The "beach" is man made, sand placed upon a plastic matting. The staff were pleasant but extremely slow. The decking round the pool needed replacing in parts. In the room allocated to us the patio door lock had broken, when […] we reported this to reception we were treated as if we were a nuisance, when I commented on the condition of the room I was told we had only booked a standard. The bedding and pillows had seen better days and there were cigarette burns and spilt nail polish in the bathroom. The shower cubicle was tatty and the shower control unrealiable. There was an extractor fan inside the shower cubicle with bare wires. The ceiling fan also had bare wires showing. Food in the restaurant was expensive and we had room service which was good value and quality during our stay. The complex is also isolated with taxis having to be taken to get anywhere Lees meer

Our overall impression of the hotel was very positive. Unfortunately, our Bure was also home to a couple of geckos, that pooped once on our clothes and bags. Not a very pleasant surprise. During the first 3 days of our stay, our room never was cleaned by housekeeping for no apparent reasons. Afterwards, it was cleaned on a daily basis (as expected). The […] hotel is located about 25 min. outside of Nadi. If you want to buy any groceries you would need to do so at the overpriced hotel store or take a taxi to one of Nadi's super markets which are really inexpensive and also offer fresh fruits and vegetables. Make sure to bring along some mosquito repellent as they are all over the place, especially in the evening and night time. We enjoyed our 5-day stay at the hotel, but I wouldn't want to spend more than a week there as it will simply get boring. Lees meer

Sonaisali failed in quite a few areas: - Value for money was terrible, the food was not great but very expensive - The staff were kind but quite incompetent - orders took forever to arrive, our bill was balanced wrongly at the end, I have been back from Sonaisali for days now and still have matters to sought out with them. - We were charged wrongly […] for things we'd already paid for. - The hotel is isolated in the mangroves. There is no beach, and there is only one over-populated pool with a limited amount of deckchairs. - Mosquito's in this area are TERRIBLE. My partner ended up getting sick from all the bites. At the first time, room smells so bad. Towels, pillows are so dirty. The air conditioner is out of order, but after 3 days, technician came 6 times it works. Staffs always says "just wait!" I wanna use international call, but I have to connect operator. Oneday I waited 2 hr to call my home(even it's a urgent). The worst thing was hotel shuttle to the […] airport was late 1 hr!!! My family(3 kids) waited in front of lobby 1 hour after check out. Never dreamed stay that hotel! I do highly, strongly not recommend Sonaisali. I absolutely spoiled my holiday!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you are after a totally relaxing place to say, Sonaisali is it!!. So quite (if you want) we just ate, slept and relaxed by the ocean, felt totally revitalised after three days. Staff very helpful.

Sonaisali was a wonderful resort. We only stayed a couple of nights there but the staff were by far the friendliest that we encountered in all of Fiji. Great pool, good pace, and good food that wasn't too pricey either. Kayaking is free, and although the water isn't crystal clear it is still nice (despite what other reviews have said). 整体来说还不错啦,订了一个带spa的bura,整个很有fiji的风情,buffet不好吃,住还是不错的啦,就是spa在外面,所以里面有点脏,而且第一天泡外面的spa忘记放水,第二天来过housekeeping还是没有放水.....不过总的来说还不错啦,当然nadi这边的beach不太蓝,他们人都说是black water因为那个沙是黑色的.

服务挺好的，有专门为中国人服务的人 酒店风景也很美，尤其是泳池非常漂亮 价格也ok 总体我很满意

It is a nice place for families and couples. Not suitable for a single to stay.

エントランスやそこを抜けたプールサイドなど高級リゾートホテルに似せた造りにはなっている。 ところがレセプションの最初の高慢ちきな女はだめだった。ベッドの違う部屋を割り当てた。おかげで移動するまで１時間かかった。フィッシングに行きたいと思って来いというのでアクティビティデスクにいったら朝スタートだという。最後の２時スタートのマリンスポーツも出来なかった。１時間かかるコーラルコーストまで行けばシュノ―ケリングは出来るだろうということだったが、ちょっと遠い。 スタッフにはいい感じの人もいるがそうでないものもいた。空港に行く前夜だけのつもりでは楽しめないだろう。
