Hotel ligt vlakbij de snelweg en tankstation. Er ligt een welness center en shoppingmall naast. Mooie overdekte parkeergarage (wel duur) voor 29 Zw.frank voor 1 overnachting. Kamers waren ruim en comfortabel echter wel snik heet. Met de airco moeten slapen in janauri. Prima overnachtingshotel. Ook koffie en theefaciliteiten op de kamer.
Afhankelijk van het hotelbeleid kan voor extra personen een toeslag worden aangerekend.
Bij het inchecken dien je in het geval van incidentele kosten een erkend identiteitsbewijs en een borgsom in contanten of creditcard voor te leggen.

"Airport Hotel lekker dicht bij de luchthaven"
Prima Hotel, alles ziet er nieuw uit en is goed onderhouden en schoon. gratis wifi Kamer was alleen erg warm. Verder prima room service en shuttle service

Pros: - The room was big and spacious - The location was very good for us (near the airport) and the hotel was very easy to find - The staff was nice - Good breakfast in the very pleasant hotel restaurant Cons: - The extra bed was very unstable so we had to take the mattress down to the floor

brilliant .. I have been travelling to Basel now for over 11 years and the airport hotel ranks among the top 3 ! staff excellent, facility excellent... well done.... some winning hands at blackjack in the hotel casino would have been a bonus but hey maybve next time ......

Surprisingly good airport hotel. Needed something close to Basel airport and booked this without expecting much. Pleasantly surprised with overall design, quality and comfort of the hotel. Even has a casino adjesent to it. Can only recommend this to others. Especially at that fair overall price.

The hotel is very nice for next to the airport and the bus is very convenient to the airport and getting to the main SSB. They also give you transportation passes. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to be near the airport.

This hotel is currently undergoing major building works. The hotel staff are very pleasant and helpful BUT the room was much too hot (in October), the bedding was winter-weight, there was no mini-bar or kettle (upon request, hot water was sent up promptly in a mug); the airport/hotel transfer bus was good, and the ticket granting free public transport […] use was an excellent idea. The included breakfast was one small croissant and two small cups of coffee. Thereafter you paid CHF 25 and more. The dining area carpet was badly stained. "Craziness"
There was a L'oreal convention or meeting & breakfast was absolutely chaotic, too many people attempting t/get their food @ the same time. The people from L'oreal should've been in another location for breakfast, interfered w/the regular guests attempting t/have breakfast in the same time frame. "Transportation"
We were pleasantly surprised how easy and convenient ti was to use city transportation to get from airport to hotel and all around the city that evening--for free!

Service by hotel personnel was supurb-the wake-up call and transportation requests were handled expertly. The ambiance of the hotel was "quality-quality-quality"! The dining room personnel were extremely helpful and our stay, short as it was, was a pleasant experience.

"Airport Hotel Basel - Comfortable and convenient"
We stayed at the Airport Hotel for 3 nights, before we left Basel on a river cruise, and we were very pleased with the quality of the premises and the very friendly service, from the glass of juice offered on our arrival to the free shuttle to the boat when we left. We had a large modern room, well appointed, and the reasonable (for Basel) rates even […] included a croissant and beverage in the morning. It takes a few minutes on the bus to get into town, but the bus runs often, is free, and stops right in front of the hotel. There is, however, nowhere to walk or shop around the hotel. The restaurant is on the expensive, side, but I believe there is also a less expensive cafe that was being remodeled when we were there. The business center and its computers are free, as is wi-fi. Bottled mineral water is supplied free to the room each day. All in all, a good value and a comfortable place to stay. Lees meer

The executive room I stayed in was definitely better than the basic double of my previous stay. But both rooms featured poor quality bed linens and towels... two single size duvets on a king size bed, and a rather stingy threadbare bath towel failed to impress.

"Airporthotel Basel-good choice for air travelers"
The Airporthotel Basel is close to the airport either by bus, which stops across the street, or taxi. The hotel gives free bus transfers to town or airport. Because of the rainy weather we chose a taxi to the airport but in nicer weather the bus would have been fine. Our room was very clean and bathroom was very new and modern. This hotel ticked all the boxes for us. We were arriving from the airport late and wanted a hotel close by with a shuttle service. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The bus went into town close by the hotel so we were able to spend a few hours exploring the town before catching a connecting flight the next day.

"Convenient Location"
The Airport Hotel Basel is conveniently located near the Basel/Mulhouse International Airport. It provides a convenient stopover point, particularly for those with early morning or late evening flights.

I stay at this hotel frequently. While it is a bit out of the way from the center of town, it is a good value and gives easy enough access to the entire Basel area by public transport. The free wireless internet is a good perk that you won't get in many other hotels. The staff are very friendly and accomodating.

We had no towels in our room on arrival and had to ask - we were asked by reception are you sure? The room was extremely hot we went into town and left the air conditioning running - it did not work and it was still the same 2 hours later - it took 2 calls to reception to get any help and then we were told there was nothing could be done. The service was appalling and if we were not so tired after a full days travelling we would have left then, we had a very uncomfortable few hours before leaving very early the nextr morning. "Very good hotel in Basel"
We stayed in a lot of hotels in Belgian and Holland but this one which was on our last day of touring Europe was the BEST. It is not in the centre of Basel but we got a free bus ticket to get to the city centre and it takes only one bus to get there, very convienient. I recommend this hotel very much.

Very convenient - just one stop on the bus into town (mind you I wish I knew that before I got on the bus). The room was very comfortable and very clean. I liked the issue of a free bus & tram pass at reception and the helpful directions.

I stayed in an executive suite for 5 nights and could have stayed longer. The room was large and comfortable; I slept soundly from the first night. The soundproofing is wonderful. Nice large bathroom with wonderful shower and separate bath. Easy bus connection to the train station and tram central. Never had trouble with the free WIFI.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, sehr freundliches Personal, hilfsbereit. Wir haben das Hotel gebucht, um am anderen Morgen früh zum Euro-Airport aufzubrechen. Wir mussten um 04.15 Uhr vom Hotel abfahren, leider mit dem Taxi für Fr. 20.--, da der Hotel- oder Busshuttle zum Flughafen noch nicht fuhr. Das war eine teure Fahrt für die ca. 2.5 km! Ev. könnte […] man das notieren, ab wann ein Shuttlebetrieb möglich ist. Das Hotel bietet ansonsten einen sehr guten Service! Wir wurden mit dem Hotelbus am Vortag in die Innenstadt gefahren und dort wieder abgeholt. Das hat das Ganze wieder aufgewertet. Trotzdem möchte ich die Sache mit dem Shuttlebetreib ansprechen, weil andere Gäste ev. das gleiche erleben. Lees meer

Kostenlos ist der Shuttle vom Bahnhof SBB zum Hotel mit der Buslinie 50 (hier genügt die Reservationsbestätigung als Ticket) ebenfalls gratis ist der Shuttle vom Hotel zum Airport. Liegt in der Nähe des Flughafens, gut isoliert, schöne Ausblicke. Obwohl ohne Frühstück gebucht, wurden am frühen Morgen Gipfeli, Saft, Kaffee angeboten. Sehr netter Service.

Für alle, die nicht in Basel oder Umgebung wohnen, sicher eine gute Adresse, wenn man am nächsten Tag ab Basel fliegt. Bestens erschlossen mit dem ÖV. Umgebung, Küche, etc. gibt es schönere bzw. bessere Adressen in der Stadt.

Отель очень удобно расположен в 6 км. от аэропорта. Использовался в качестве транзитного пункта. Мы путешествовали дальше на машине и нам понравилась удобная парковка. Однако отель представляет трансфер в аэропорт и машину можно было сдать на сутки раньше. По моему мнению качесво отеля вполне соответствует цене номера.
