Het hotel is ideaal wanneer je de Pacific Coast Highway wilt rijden. Het hotel ligt op korte rijafstand van restaurants en een grote outlet. Onze hotelkamer (2 queens) was zeer ruim en zeer schoon. Pluspunt is dat er niet alleen in de badkamer maar ook in de kamer zelf een wastafel aanwezig was (gescheiden van het slaapgedeelte). Prima hotel met niet al te groot maar gezellig zwembad en jacuzzi. Uitstekend ontbijt voor amerikaanse begrippen. Hotel ligt vlakbij snelweg waarvan nauwelijks geluidhinder. Parkeren gratis.

Probably the best hotel room we had during our week in Calif. It was.very family friendly twith the extra sink and counter area, plus the sofa. The navigation system we used didn't have the hotel.listed on it though and the address was similar to one several blocks away. We ended up calling the hotel for directions and were finally able to find it.

The beds were very very hard, unable to get a good night rest, woke up with aching muscles. The room was very noise, it sound it like the shower was on from the room above, but it wasn't. I don't know where the noise came from, but it was very annoying.

Perfect distance from Cal Pol SLO and beach attractions. Gas station and shopping center near by. Bang for your buck. Friendly staff and beautiful hotel and location.

My husband and I were impressed with our first impression with the Hilton Garden Inn. Great location. Its very close to the freeway, close to the outlets, and close to restaurants. Lastly, not very far from the beach.

This was an excellent hotel and the staff was terribly helpful, if a tad harried. The only thing I would say is their breakfast was maybe a bit overpriced. If you are a walker, they are within a couple Km of the beach, an easy walk and shopping is nearby. Buses to SLO are a couple blocks away, easy, easy, easy. The location in Pismo Beach is easily accessible to local wineries, Pismo and Avila beaches, just a few minutes to historic San Luis Obispo Mission and downtown. The rooms are very comfortable with custom-adjustable beds. Breakfast omelet was the best I've ever had!

Front desk gave me a hard time about a early check-in with many rooms ready. Other than that, had a good experience.

Nice hotel to stay. Location/food and the service was very goog. Loved the hotel. The front desk and the service people are very helpfull and they are out to please you....great stay.

This was the best hotel experience ever!!! It had a comforting feel to the rooms and overall experience. Even our children (13 & 9) commented on how clean, welcoming and luxurious the stay was, and they do not want any other hotels when we travel from home in the future!

We drove from Las Vegas to LA then to SF. This is the best hotel we stayed during our ten-days-trip. Not only the price is reasonable, it is close to the beach, and the most important thing is that this Inn feels just like home. It's neat and comfortable. I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

We enjoyed our overnight at the Garden Inn in Pismo Beach. The new bed system is excellent. The staff is pleasant and the location is convenient to the freeway and the little town. Good value.

Staying at Hilton's in the past, I was expecting a welcoming attitude from the front desk. This was not the case at this hotel. The service was not bad; it was not very welcoming. I felt as if I was interrupting, even though there wasn't anyone else checking in. The room was a good size and I found everything clean. I like having a counter space next […] to the sink and found plenty of it. In fact, there were two sinks; one in the bathroom (no counter space), and the other just outside the bathroom with plenty of counter space. One thing I would recommend is checking the shower. The room I stayed in needed its shower faucet repaired. When I pulled the lever to shower, water was still running from the faucet leaving me with very low water pressure coming from the shower head. It was enough to shower, but annoying that water was still flowing from the faucet as I showered. Nonetheless, the shower tub and fixtures were spotless clean. Lees meer

We have 2 queen beds, very spacious, convenient to everywhere. Pillows are very soft, so bring your own. Oh, by the way you have to drive to the beach. It is not so close.

Great stay. Should of had instructions in room about bed comfort level options

the room was very nice and clean. the beds were comfortable. we ate dinner in the dining area and in the bar..all in all we had a great experience.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. They would not let us check in early when we initially arrived. We then had to go to a wedding and told them we would not be back until late. They said no problem, just to make sure to call if it was after midnight. We got back at 11pm and when we tried to check in they said they had no […] rooms available in the hotel and we would have to drive 50 minutes south to another location. They said they would refund our stay and there was nothing else they could do. About 15 minutes later we got a phone call saying they miraculously had a cancellation and there was an extra room after all. After making us drive back to the hotel they then charged us the entire room rate and offered only a free breakfast (valued much lower than the room) as compensation. We are planning on filing complaints with the hotel management about this awful experience and will not be returning to this hotel anytime in the future. Lees meer

There were far better values on the beach. We had to get on the highway to drive to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay. I enjoyed the convenience of their fitness room being open 24 hrs a day. Our room was spacious. It was at the end of the wing just a few steps from the parking area. The hotel had easy freeway access and its location was just minutes from Pismo Beach. There was also convenient outlet mall shopping on the otherside of the freeway. We loved the night we stayed wish it could have been longer . Great to have a laundry in the hotel as no other places we stayed had one and was very much needed

This hotel was perfect. Our room was comfortable with all the amenities, including a small refrigerator and coffeemaker. There was an included breakfast (with a nice variety of choices) in the lower level in the morning and fresh coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day (which is a BIG PLUS for a coffee lover like me). There was also a small snack shop near […] the front desk where one could purchase snacks or essentials. There was a spacious, comfortable lobby and a bar. I also did laundry there while my daughter used the fitness center, and we used the hot tub adjacent to the pool one evening. The hotel is across the highway from an outlet mall and about a 10-minute drive from San Luis Obispo. It is in a very scenic, uncluttered area. This was our first visit to California from the midwest and this hotel was by far the nicest of the four we stayed at. When traveling in the future I will look for more HGIs. What a nice stay we had. the location was very good. quite close to the outlet mall and just a short drive to the beach. the hotel room was very clean. i would recommend this hotel for sure. it also had a very good breakfast, besides what was at the buffet you could order other things on the side and they were all included in the one price.

The staff was great, the location was fantastic, but the beds were rock hard. Wish I had a good night sleep.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Pismo Beach is a wonderful family hotel. The facilities are excellent (nice pool and hot tub, exeercise room, laundry facilities), the room is comfortable and the personnel is very helpful. The beach is not within walking distance. The price of the room was very reasonable. The only drawback was the staffing of the restaurant. […] In the evening the room service was very slow and made mistakes in the order due to a shortage of personnel, in the morning there was no silverware, probably due to the same porblem. This Hilton Garden Inn Hotel was wonderful. The rooms were large. Our room had a king size bed, and a sofa/sitting room. Our other family members had 2 queen size beds in their rooms, and came to our family room to discuss where to visit and restaurants to eat. We had a very nice relaxing stay.
