Prima hotel voor tussenstop, vlak bij vliegveld op doorgaand weg naar centrum stad. Zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij onthaal (inclusief service shuttlebus naar vliegveld en nabijgelegen winkelcentrum) en prima ontbijt. Een aanrader.

I stayed at the hotel for five nights for business. Staff is friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is five miles from downtown, the hotel shuttle brings you from the hotel to anywhere in the city and back. Great service. Internet is fast and free and although the rooms are basic, they offer all required services and are well maintained and clean.

"Dirty"
Our first night, we discovered a pair of socks on the floor (not ours). Our first day, we returned to our room to discover that only one bed had been made, and they had not cleaned the vanity due to "too many items" on the counter. We also discovered that there were multiple toiletries that we should have been given the first night that we only received […] the second night. They also tried to charge us for breakfast when it was included in the room price. Finally, we were there during major construction- while this was not an issue, I would have liked to know that ahead of time! We will not stay there, or frankly at another courtyard marriott because of this stay. Lees meer

The hotel is new and, as such, is in very nice condition. We were assigned a room next to the elevator which proved to be very noisy due to the elevator shaft being adjacent to the wall which the headboard of the bed was located. Also, there was a large group of hotel guests in town for a hockey tournament in Monroeville. The guests were loud, crude […] and noisy well into the evening causing a ruckus in the halls which made it impossible to sleep. We complained to the front desk clerks at sign-out and they apologized and tried to make things right, but it was too late. Our experience with the noise was not good, but everything else was good. We would still recommend the hotel, just to not get a room right near the elevator. Lees meer

"The BEST Courtyard"
The Monroeville, PA Courtyard is FABULOUS! It's only a Courtyard, but I have not one negative word to say about it and many positives. Like, .....BEST cup of coffee I've ever had! (Yes, I was shocked!). Super service, from Heather, and Heather the Manager, and Ashley, and Robert (tall) Kayla, and Robert (not as tall), and Kiera (the coffee-brewing lady, […] and the peoples whose names I did not get, the Head of Housekeeping, and the Night Housekeeper, and the weekend Maintenance man, and the maids and groundskeepers ..... everyone had a terrific attitude and lots of pride in their work. I travel enough to know this is frequently not the case. So stay here with confidence, this is a great, very well-run property, with lots of restaurants and services all around, and a Sheetz, the best service station in America, right by the hotel. In closing, when Heather #1 asked me how I liked me room, right after I had checked in, I truthfully replied, "No view!" (And truthfully, there is NO view to be had in Monroeville.) and, without missing a beat, she replied, "I'm sorry, all our ocean-view rooms are already occupied." with such a friendly, good-natured sense of humor, I knew my room was as good as any in the property and was very impressed with her customer service. So I told her I'd give the hotel a great review...and here it is! Lees meer
"Seamless Efficiency"
The staff made everything about staying here effortless. Checking in and out was done with the minimum of fuss and bother. They knew all the answers to things I needed to know about. Definitely in line for a repeat stay

"Very NIce Hotel"
I was expecting the typical hotel experience but was pleasantly surprised to see that the hotel must have undergone a recent renovation. All of the furniture was extremely contemporary, the room was very spacious and the lighting was extremely adequate and even provided small accent lighting in areas of the room. It included a huge desk, free Internet […] access, a sofa and a small snack station with coffee/tea. The bathroom was immacultate and the tub/shower/tiles looked very clean and fresh. There was seating and handrails for persons with disabilities. Yes, I know many hotels offer these same ammenities, but this hotel was extremly clean and the furniture scheme (headbord, dresser/wall unit, desk, credenza, and snack section) all matched gave the room that welcoming appeal. The few things I wished were different were 1) The TV viewing angle, 2) firmer pillows, and 3) a fan for the bathroom. Nonetheless, the Courtyard will see me again. Way to go Marriott! Lees meer

Very nice hotel. Walk to restaurants. Higher priced than other hotels in the area. Should have lounge/bar openon weekends not just during the week.

Access to the hotel was very difficult. Unable to figure out where the access road was from the main thoroughfare. There was no sign.The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. For the price we paid for the hotel, it would be nice to include breakfast.Overall it is a very nice hotel and we would highly recommend it.
