Wij logeerden er half december. Hotel ligt op loop afstand van de oude stad (Karelsbrug ong. 10 minuten). Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, schone kamer, ruime badkamer. Geen last van verkeer vanwege dubbel glas+ dubbeel ramen. Straatje is so wie so redelijk rustig. Het moderne hotel ligt niet ver van het centrum van Praag. De kamer was ruim van opzet en was erg schoon. Het ligt in een vrij rustige buurt. Een klein nadeel is dat er niet geparkeerd kan worden bij het hotel. Praag werkt met parkeer zones. Elke zone heeft een ander tijdslimiet of vergunning.

Overall very good experience. Could be improved by a softer mattress and better pillows. Breakfast was good overall but more variety needed with eggs! Not your usual apple strudel I am used to! But location of hotel is excellent.

We stayed there for a 3 day trip last July and the went back for a week in the fall. The hotel is clean and well placed after we got the hang of the metro we could go anywhere in a short period of time. I know it could be noisy in the front so just ask for a room at the back. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent. Excellently situatated for sight-seeing and local amenities. Fantastic value for money. All-in-all an excellent service.

This hotel is quite handy to the main mall and the breakfast is good.It is clean, comfortable and affordable.

As it's name described, this is the best hotel in Prague with such a price level. Very new and good maintenance. Clean room and toilet. It is excellent that there is wifi in the room. Highly recommended.

we stayed for 4 nights- The rooms are small, the breakfast is not great if you will stay there for a few nights you will eat exactly the same food every morning,there is not enough place in the dining room so you oblige to sit with other people every morning! the stuff wasn't welcoming or nice at all, and when we tried to sit for few minutes in the […] tiny lobby - the bartender told us to leave because we didn't order something to drink although it was empty, and there is no other place to sit in the hotel !!! a lot of noise in our room, no view. It was a nice hotel and even better for the prices. I already knew the city, so it was easy to find and located well for me. About 10 mins walking to the old town and shopping. I felt safe and security was present. Overall a good place.

Reception didn't seem too interested in us. Car parking is offered, but wasn't available & the Hotel wouldn't help in any way. A nearby Hotel offered assistance at cheaper rates, so all ended well. Great Breakfast. Good Clean room, ample size & comfortable.

Only two problems no hot water on our last day. And don't try to adjust the flex bedside lights after they have been on a while, otherwise you will end with blisters

I like staying in the old town, near Charles Bridge but they are a lot of loud people partying till late, we heard it even with the window shut. I was so tired it didn't matter. The hotel itself is not bad -- well-kept, good beds, facilities, etc. But, except for the woman working the desk when I checked in (she was very helpful and pleasant) the staff seemed to be focused on the hotel and its rules and not on the guests and their needs or comfort. One example: since breakfast started at 7:30, at 7:00 I asked if I could have […] a cup of hot water (from the kettle which was in the bar and had hot water in it!) to take to my room (I had instant coffee in the room). They told me there would be a charge of about $9.00 for me to do that! The reason is that the hotel rules say that no breakfast items (food or drink) can be taken to the room, but really, a cup of hot water?? Anyway, I moved out after one night and checked in at another hotel also booked through hotels.com - the Mosaic House hotel a couple of blocks away. For a significantly lower price than the Best Western it was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in PLUS the staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Lees meer

The hotel was very pleasant ,comfortable and clean. It was situated not that far away from the city center, you can walk easily.The staff was also very nice and welcoming, and the breakfast simple.

Have now stayed at this hotel 3 times, which hopefully speaks for itself. Within short walking distance of city centre & main attractions. Rooms comfortable & the bathrooms really nice and hot shower. Room was very warm - probably too warm at night. Kettle and coffee/tea available in room on request at no extra charge. Hotel comfort and cleanliness was good, however, when problem arose hotel staff was lacking in helpfulness. On our second night, we had no hot water. Called the front desk, they 'checked it out', and I was told that everyone else's water was hot. They told me to let the water run in the sink for a time so the hot water could get there (we were on the […] 3rd floor). After an hour, still no hot water. They came and checked it out again. Finally, we were given a new room around 11:30 pm. The staff did not come help us move out of the room. When we finally got our luggage in the other room (in another building) we asked for a hot water/coffee tray. The staff told us we already had one in the other room, and asked why we did not bring it with us. Needless to say, pulling several pieces of luggage from one building to another, did not leave a hand to carry a hot water/coffee tray of items. Comfortable, simple and very clean hotel in a great location within walking distance of all the must-see sights of Prague. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good for the price - overall great value for money and would recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel - excellent standards and impeccibly clean. It's a best western so you get good standards. good location close to centre, very comfortbale would reccomend.

This hotel is in a great location -just enough distance from the tourist spots to really get to enjoy the city. Everywhere is only minutes away on foot. The hotel staff were helpful & it is clean. Everytihng was as expected. it was clean and tidy with aircon which was nice. Free wifi too which was good! Only complaint was it was a little noisy in the early hours with people coming back from the pubs. I'd stay there again though

This is a nice hotel, not too far from a convenient metro station, a 30 minute walk from most sights. The room was adequate, they have free Wi-Fi and a generous breakfast buffet. I would stay there again.

The Hotel Pav met all our requirements, very clean, and comfortable, staff very helpful and friendly. The only small downside was there were a couple of local bars, and we found it rather noisy in the small hours. There was double glazing, but we found it necessary to open windows as there was no air conditioning.

The neighborhood was quiet, a bit far from the center of town, although we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Our room turned out to be suite with an outer room containing two daybeds-- very spacious and comfortable. The trash basket in the bathroom had not been been emptied for a couple of days when we arrived; pretty stinky. But the staff was […] very nice and helpful. The Hotel in Progue Best western Pav was in a great location. It was clean and new and the room was very large for Europe. They had free WiFi which was very useful and had a security safe. I would recomend this hotel. The morning breakfast was great! lots of hot food and cold, a nice buffett.

Room quite large for a modest hotel and very modern.Beds too hard.Difficult to get tea and coffee in the room from some staff one of whom said "you need to buy it"-forgetting you can't do that all the time and it was meant to be available.Breakfast plenty of choices.

Our stay was pleasant. Two nights into the stay, our electronic room lock broke. Within 20 minutes they had a room ready for us with a working lock. The staff was nice. The Breakfast crew was great. Even when it became crowded they cleaned within seconds of guests finishing so others could sit. My only recommendation would be to change the breakfast […] at least evert other day. This hotel was very clean and modeern looking. Once you get your bearings, you see that this hotel is just a 10 minute walk to the heart of the old town. for the price, this was an excellent choice. there are hotels that are twice as much that aren't as clean and aren't much closer. there was some noise at night from the well known tourist bar next […] door but the double windows really drown out that noise. the included breakfast was above average but not great. would stay here again. Our hotel was not in the extremely touristic parts of Prague. As we toured the city (by foot), we came to appreciate our area very much. It was withing easy walking distance to absolutely everything. We didn't take the 1st taxi or public transport. We never felt threatened no matter what time of day. The best beer of our stay was found practically next […] door at a beer hall. Our stay at the Best Western Hotel Pav in Prague was marred by our room not being made up on our first morning. Staff at the hotel were un- coperative and gave a lousy bottle of wine and plate of fruit for compensation. Beds were uncomfortable and breakfasts cold and lacking varity. Hadde et fint opphold her. Hotellet ligger ganske sentralt, med elven i vest, og hovedgata i øst. Det meste av severdigheter innen gåavstand. Rommet var rent og pent hver dag, selv om vi prøvde å rote så godt vi kunne. Eneste som trakk litt ned var at frokosten sluttet 10:30. Bra men små kyffiga rum!

Bra service och frukost (skulle kunna betecknas Brunch!). Lyhörda rum - ett minus när det fanns "glada" ungdomar i rummen bredvid.
