"Great hotel for a reasonable price"
The most comfortable hotel bed that I have ever slept in! The room was nice, very clean and comfortable. The only thing that I was a little disappointed in was the lack of premium cable channels. HBO would have been nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are several good places to eat within a short drive, but not much within walking distance. "Keys"
When I arrived I got my keys and went to my room but they didi not work. I had to ask the housekeeping lady to let me in to my room.I went back down to the desk and got 2 new keys but they did not work. Back to the desk and got 2 now ones and they did not work. back to the dest and she came to the room and tried them herself but they did not work, Had […] to wait 2 hours till someone came to check the door lock. They tryed but could not get it to work. Finally they geve me a master key ansd it worked, Vut I waised so much time trying to get the issue resolved when I should not had too. Lees meer
"Very satisfied"
The hotel was very clean - staff friendly and helpful. The automatic door, guest laundry, elevator, luggage trolleys and WiFi were all positives. The refrigerator and microwave were in a small area that was very convenient. Also liked the "real closet" and bathroom. Much better than having the sink area in the actual room. The hotel was very clean - personnel friendly and courteous. Automatic front door, elevator, luggaage trolleys and guest laundry were all a plus. WE only needed a place to sleep that would accomodate 5 people. Everything was fine with the room, except the pull out bed was hard as a rock, the floor would have been more comfortable. The only issue I have is the hotel is trying to charge me for a room that I paid for thru hotels.com and I am having to fight with them. "Excellent hotel"
My friend and I stayed here for one night while picking up a horse trailer in Ocala. We were very impressed with the room. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good as well. My only question is what is that hotel specific smell? Can hotels not put some sort of plug-ins in the rooms to make them smell like a home instead of […] like a hotel? This hotel exceeded my expectations. From the moment walking in it smelled clean and fresh and our room was no different. The staff was so nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

I was given a handicapped room and the bathroom smelled horrible which made our room smell really bad. Not confortable with the cleanliness.
"A very welcoming place to stay"
The lovely receptionist on duty when we arrived at the front desk could not have been nicer, nor more accommodating. We had been driven there in a flatbed trailer, as our rental car had broken down. I enjoyed a swim in the very pleasant pool. The receptionist recommended a nearby restaurant, "Flap Jacks," that we were able to walk to for dinner. The […] food at the newly opened Flap Jacks was excellent! Everyone at the hotel was very helpful and helped us settle down after a trying day. We were told we would have to wait until after 11 PM for the replacement car to arrive and needed to get some sleep. The front desk receptionist cheerfully agreed to hold our keys overnight once the car had been delivered until we could retrieve them the next morning. When I phoned the next day to inquire about a missing item, after having left the motel, the equally helpful receptionist on duty that day told me the staff had found a different item I had left behind, although they hadn't found the item I had initially inquired about. We were able to pick it up later that day. All in all, we enjoyed having a welcoming place to spend the night. Lees meer

"Great litle hotel at a reasonable rate"
Just had a one night stay for a local art show and was very pleased with this hotel. We checked in around 9pm, we were VERY pleasantly suprised at how quiet the room was all night. They were actually pretty full and yet still super quiet. No noise in the halls, air condition...that is really important when your just stopping to sleep for a few hours:) […] The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was spacious and very clean. Very nice Hotel for the money. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Pool area not very nice but its a pool and it works. Great location, close to highway and easy to get places. Hotel very quiet.

We had a great time while in Ocala and the Hotel was so clean and neat! A good place to spend the weekend. Sunday Morning Breakfast was Awsome! Thanks for making us feel right at home. All the Employee's had lots of southern charm and treated us Great!

"Hotel GREAT, Location Surroundings Not so good!"
The hotel and staff was GREAT! The room was excellent, had everything we needed. The only thing I didn't like was the location of Hotel. Surrounded by abandoned buildings. Area looked abandoned and scary at first.

"Comfort Suites---perfect for our trip to Gator gam"
Most comfortable hotel beds we have had in a long time. Clean room. Quiet room even though hotel is next to highway. Close to Gainesville which was perfect for our stay. Would definitely travel here again.
"Room Maintenance"
We left our room in the am and returned late that night. The room had not been cleaned up, it was exactly as we left it. We complained to the desk. The next day someone did come into the room and cleaned the bathroom, however, it was obvious that the floor was not vacuumed and the furniture showed the ring marks from sodas we drunk in the room.

Our room was so much more than we expected. It was beautifully decorated, and came with a mini fridg and microwave. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom vanity looked like a beautiful piece of furniture with granite countertop. Not at all what I expect at this price range. The desk clerk was so friendly and was able to direct us to a great […] restaurant right in front of the hotel. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast--there was something to please everyone (but try the waffles, they are really delicious!). Very convenient--1 block off I75.
