We loved this hotel and will definately book here again. The complimentary social hour was a huge bonus. Breakfast was really good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Everything was easy from check-in to check-out. It was very clean, friendly, and excellent customer service. I would recommend this to my friends and family.

My wife and I stayed one night with our adult daughter in a standard room. The room was large and comfortable, better than a simple hotel room. Great restaurants nearby. The hot breakfast was perfect and very convenient. We would definitely stay again.

Great location - close to theatre's, ACC and Roger Centre. Welcoming staff, nicely laid out rooms and vert clean. Would stay there again.

When we checked in we were upgraded to a better room and it was fabulous. This was our favorite hotel on our 2 week trip. We stayed 2 nights. Located centrally in Toronto we parked our car in a lot next door (valet parking is $35 a day; the parking lot about half the price). I travel extensively for work, and tho I do like the upscale hotels, residence inn sometimes tends to be a better option. This hotel in particular offered plenty of space, great views, great location in a safe area. It was nice after a long day of work to be able to walk back to my room and relax. Stayed one night, 5 of us so having the extra space was very nice. I would recommend this hotel for larger stays for families or businessbut not if you are looking for any fancy. Also its a bit out of the way.

A bit pricier than the others but closer and great for us to do a lot in a short amount of time. We went to a blue jays' game, had dinner at Wayne Gretsky's restaurant and saw the sunset while at the CN Tower all in 1 day, so it was nice to be able to go back and forth in between. I stayed there for a week at the end of August, it's around the corner from the Blue Jays stadium which is pretty good. The room was massive, full kitchen, sitting area and good sized bathroom. Very comfortable. Facilities of the hotel were adequate, I'm a gym junkie so that part wasnt really up to my needs but not many hotels are. One thing that was a little strange to me was the lack of any room service. It worked out very well though because they have a selection of menus from surrounding restaurants that will deliver to your room and some give you a discount because you stay in the hotel. This place is great! The location is the best for sporting events. We have stayed here twice either to go to a hockey game or a baseball game. The breakfast buffet is excellent. We really enjoy our stay at this hotel.

We have been return guests. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast and internet no charge. Park around the corner - a third of the cost of valet parking. Location is superb for restaurants, MCC, Rogers centre, theatres. Rooms have fridge, microwave, toaster dishes etc.

As soon as my best friend and I stepped foot inside the hotel, we were greeted with a warm welcome. Although we only stayed for 3 days, we really enjoyed the room itself, the guest service, the amenities, and how close everything was from the hotel especially the CN tower. It was a quiet area with many things to eat around especially on King Street. […] When we got to the hotel room, we were in awe at how great the room was. They had supplied us with cooking utentils, cookware, a kitchen, a small living area and everything was clean and ready to use. The second floor of the hotel had a 3 feet swimming pool, a hot jacuzzi and a fitness center for the guest to use. Although I didn't get to use the fitness equipment, it looked pretty up to date as there were other guest using the equipment Overall, Great hotel. We stayed in studio room. That was beautiful and with modern kitchen. Microwave, fridge ,dishwasher ,pans and much dishes were equipped.Our children enjoyed pool.Hotel located very convenient place from restaurants and subway. Breakfast needs upgrade at this price , more room to accomadate and more meal options such as pancakes or waffles and the parking accomadations for $35 a day are terrible.....

We had a great time in Toronto. This was our first stay with Residence Inn. Everything about it was great! The only annoyance was with valet. They only had one guy getting/parking the cars and it took some time to wait for our vehicle or for the attendant. And it cost $35 a day to valet there. ouch! Other than that, it was a great choice. Marriott Residence Inn was just lovely. the location is right in entertainment district of Toronto. Walking distance to CN Tower, Convention Center, @nd City Comedy Club and more. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Wonderful service. Breakfast buffet and evening buffet were delicious and definitly help to keep travelling costs down. Only issue […] - the staff at front desk had minimal information or knowledge of the city, a lot of times the information was wrong. We learned to just research points of interest ourselves. I was surprised to find out that I had to make the sofa bed myself. The room was booked for 4 people so I figured that the hotel made arrangements for 4 people to sleep. When I called the front desk to enquire as to someone making the bed, I was at that time, instructed that the sheets are in the closet and I would have to make it myself. A friend and I stayed overnight at this hotel and chose it based on 1) location and 2) online reviews. The location is perfect, especially if you are attending shows at the theatres or touring the St. Lawrence Market or are looking for great places to eat. There are numerous restaurants well within walking distance. We parked behind the hotel for $ […] 20 Cdn (overnight) which was cheaper than the hotel valet. The room was fantastic with the full kitchen; the pool and hot tub were awesome. I will definitely stay again. The complimentary breakfast did not disappoint either as it provided a full array of choices to suit all tastes. The only complaints that I have are minor: the water jugs in the main lobby, flavoured with lime/mint and orange slices did not get refilled on a regular basis and were often empty of water, and during check out time the elevators were slow, related to excessive use which is understandable. What I could not understand was why the cleaning staff were using the same elevators to transport their cleaning carts up and down, thus using up valuable elevator space. In addition to that, it would have been nice to have been greeted by someone upon walking into the hotel instead of having to say "excuse me" to the valet staff as they stood outside the main entrance. The hotel was entirely booked, so I was unable to check-in on time. They informed me they would call me to let me know when my room was ready, but never did. I spent 2 hours sleeping on a floor, and was unable to get a room on the same floor as our friends. We were not able to be checked-in until 8:30 pm. There was also a domestic incident on our floor […] at 4:30 am which kept me awake for the rest of the night, despite the desks reassurances. Plus our floor's hall was vandalized. Lees meer

The room was very clean, and very nicely appointed. The hotel itself is conveniently located within a minutes walk from the convention center. The hot breakfast which was included in the room rate, was a very pleasant surprise. I will stay there again.

The hotel itself was great, but the hotel staff were another story. I stayed at this hotel during the weekend of UFC 129, so I understand that it was a stressful time. The hotel staff were rude, arrogant, and unwilling to help without putting up a fuss about it.

Service was excellent! Location unbeatable! Just steps away from everything including the CN Tower and the Rogers Centre. Food served was fresh and the hotel was extremely clean! This was a last minute booking for us and we weren't disappointed! The service, room and area were excellent! Service: Upon arrival the reception person was very accomodating and even asked my son if he would like a room with a view of the CN Tower...we ended up on the 21st floor with a great view of the tower. Room: excellent room with fully equiped […] kitchen, king size bed, pull out bed, flat screen tv, large bathroom and of course the view! Very clean and comfortable. Area: For us it was excellent! We walked miles, close to everything we wanted to see and do. Parked the car and walked and used the street cars for 4 days. We couldn't have chosen a better location. We started each day with the hotel breakfast, which was excellent for a buffet style breakfast...set us up for the morning activities. The only con was the price of parking. We used an underground lot behind the hotel, because the hotel cost too much. However, the price of the other lot changed depending on who the attendant was. But turned out okay. Lees meer

Excellent hotel, within 3 minutes walk of CN tower and lots of good restaurants. Superb service and room plus free breakfast. Only draw back was the $35 for valet parking - park around the corner for $5

Great location for taking in an event at Rogers Centre.Breakfast was fine.Valet one of the most expensive in any big city I have visited.Eaton Centre was about a mile away.I would recommend you buy a hop on and off double decker tour.You can use it anytime for up to a week not to mention you get a boat tour as well.We used the bus to get around town […] and it came in handy.Take the Steam Whistle Brewery tour its well worth it and informative.Hotel was nice and the people of Toronto are as friendly as can be. We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights from Thursday 24th June until Thursday 1st July. I booked this hotel as I had read so many excellent reviews on Trip Advisor and I have to say that the hotel certainly met all my expectations. I have nothing negative to say about it. Reception staff were all freindly and very helpful. Room was lovely, very clean, […] spacious with excellent kitchenette, fully quipped with fridge freezer, cutlery, plates, glasses and even a slim line dishwasher. Maid service was daily and excellent. Flat screen TV in room, telephone, writng desk and sofa. Bed was good size and very comfortable. Good soundproofing in rooms as never heard anything from any other rooms. Nice dressing area, mirrored wardrobe with plently of hanging space and safe in wardrobe (free to use). Bathroom well equipped with plenty of towels which were changed daily and nice complementary toiletries. There was a bath with good shower. Common swimming pool and whirlpool area were clean and nice to use at the end of a day. Always found it quite quiet which was an added bonus. Towels available at poolside and good changing facilities. There is also a gym which I did not use but my partner did and he found it good. Two computers to use for guests just next to gym and pool area so really handy for looking up things to do in toronto which there are plenty of. Location excellent in downtown/entertainment district. Plenty of nightlife without being noisey and near streetcar and metro stations for ease of travelling around. Overall, all I can say is that we both had a fabulous time in Toronto staying at this hotel. I have high standards and have stayed in many nice hotels and this was as good as any, so if you're thinking about booking, then I recommend you go ahead and enjoy.
