Ligt centraal, prima kamers. Geen receptie, maar zaken worden meteen behandeld en opgelost.

I know Switzerland is expensive but there must be better value than this ! Location good near station. Neighbourhood quiet. Bed firm but comfortable. Room reasonably clean, though lots of chips and cracks in bathroom tiles. Tiny room, no space (or chairs) for 2 people to sit down. BUT, at 06.30 I had to listen to the occupant of the room next door in […] the bathroom, filling the washbasin, clearing his throat and spitting, blowing his nose, etc. When he locked the door of the room it felt like the lock was inside my head. The chambermaid then arrived at 08.00 to clean his room, with more noise (cleaning done in 5 minutes). In other words the partitions are made of thin cardboard in order to squeeze as many rooms out of this old house as possible. NO THANK YOU Lees meer

Great for a few nights stay in Lausanne for those who dont need to be pampered. Forget the Breakfast (at a surcharge) accross the road..plenty of other places to eat in vicinity.

Hotel Residence du Boulevard met every expectation and then some. The Hotel was a short walk from the train station and Metro stop, with a wide selection of eateries near by. The room was exceptiionally neat and clean. Telephone contact with staff yielded courteous and prompt respons to each innquiry we made. WiFi access was very handy.

This was the only hotel on our trip that did not let us check in earlier than the stated time. They did allow us to keep our luggage in the laundry which would have seemed sketchy, but the hotel was very secure. The off-site reception was different, but easy. Hotel was clean and comfortable and located about 5 minutes walk from the railway station. Bed was comfortable and linen was fresh and clean. Only complaint is there was a bath in the room with a hand shower and no shower curtain or place to stand for a shower.

The check-in was as impersonal as possible. There's only a phone at the entrance and you have to call a "recpetionist" which explains you the code for the key lockers from where you get the room key. In case of any problems during your stay, there's no one to talk to face-to-face.

Okay for budget hotel but no front reception area, decent location, nice neighborhood, clean, basic room. Good for a short overnight stay.

This hotel is unusual, to say the least. Check is via door phone which works ok but when your room is wrong or missing essential supplies, a non helpful voice on a telephone is not satisfactory. Our room was set up for one person only, when clearly our booking said two adults - example only one towell etc for bathroom, but "reception" - presumably a […] call centre somewhere in France - had no solution, and did not want to help! Excellant location only a block from train station. Nice parks close by as well as a variety of cafes and restaurants. Room clean and comfortable. Funky check in since the reception is off-site. One must first use a call box then call on a telephone inside then the key box is remotely opened. If driving ask for discount parking at the train station--you […] save 9 francs a day. Lees meer

Located just a few blocks from the Luasanne train station, this hotel was easy to find and in a good location for getting around. The room was clean and large for Europe and the bathroom was very clean. Not having a reception area, and checking in over the phone was a little awkward, but painless and easy. We had the top floor overlooking Lake Geneva It was truly beautiful. It had a wonderful kitchenette and laundry facilities. They were clean and worked well. Great position, close to station, so easy walk with baggage. Rooms well equipped - kettle etc, very comfortable beds and lovely linen. Some rooms with lovely view of lake. We'll certainly recommend it to others and be back ourselves.

The strangest aspect of the hotel is the lack of a reception, but that doesn't seem to matter--how often do you need to speak to someone in person? There are restaurants nearby as well as the train station, and reasonably close to the lake. There is Wifi in the room, and the kitchen is basic (eg, no cork-screw). Good value for Switzerland.

If you are not a needy customer, than this hotel is quite good. The bathroom was very small

Absolutely adequate for a one night stay. Clean and tidy with comfortable bed and pillows.

Although the building and furnishings are rather dated this is a well equipped and comfortable hotel. Our room was spotlessly clean, and had a kettle with supplies to make hot drinks. The checking in system is a bit quaint (via an intercom), but worked fine. However the buzzer/intercom is a distraction when you have a room over the front entrance as […] ours was. The only problem we had was in getting hot water for the morning shower - it took ages running the tap before the water came through hot. The hotel is very convenient for the rail station, just a couple of hundred meters away. Also there is a #1 bus route round the corner. Ett utmärkt lågbudget hotell med gott värde för pengarna. Men man bör i förväg ha klart för sig att det är ett helt automatiserat hotell, där man inte träffar en människa.

Gute Lage, aber fragwürdiger Service (meine Bitte nach einer Rechnung wurde abgelehnt). Ich war nicht zum ersten Mal im Hotel Boulevard, aber sicher zum letzten Mal.

Resepsjonsløst hotell er en ny erfaring, men absolutt ikke noe problem. Bare å ringe på og si hvem du er, så kommer du inn - selv ved sen ankomst. Tast en kode for å åpne skapet med nøkkelen ved innsjekk, og slipp den i "postkassen" når du sjekker ut. Vi hadde eget hybelkjøkken på rommet som var supert for en "budsjettferie". Anbefales!

Auf Grund der Nähe zur Altstadt und zum Bahnhof empfehlenswert. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Zimmer war sauber, Wasserkocher für Tee oder Kaffee praktisch, Falls man die Kochplatten benützen will, nicht zu verwenden-keine Schalter. Ungewohnter check-in da man nur über Telefon kommuniziert , hat aber gut geklappt.

Bra hotel. centralt o bra läge. rena o fina rum och verkligen prisvärt. saknar kanske en frukostbuffe men då blir väl priset därefter, det gick bra att gå över gatan för att äta frukost också.

Además de que no existe físicamente una recepción en el hotel, la habitación es bastante más pequeña y vieja de lo que se pretende hacer creer en la web. En conclusión: experiencia bastante decepcionante!

Pour moi, il n'y a pas de service hôtelier puisqu'il dispose d'une réception automatique. En ce qui me concerne, j'aime bien être accueillie par une personne physique.Il serait bien que cela soit indiqué lors de la réservation, on n'est moins surpris à l'arrivée. Propre, simple et fonctionnel. Toutefois, quelques ustensiles vétustes et la réception se fait par interphone. Près de la gare et du métro pour aller au lac ou centre ville.

La ubicación es buena, ya que es céntrico y tanto a la playa como al centro fuimos andando. Lo malo que no hay zonas habilitadas cercanas para aparcar, tienes que dejarlo en el parking. La habitación es aceptable, nosotro la contratamos con cocina americana y nos encontramos con un hornillo, una mini nevera y un fregadero dentro de un armario, el chasco […] fue descomunal. hotel calme,bien situé ,dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de parking! j'ai garé ma voiture au parking de la gare pour 2jours:52francs suisses!

Innsjekking via telefon var helt ok, selv om vi savnet muligheter for å kunne få svar på spørsmål fra resepsjonist. Vi savnet også muligheten til å kunne spise frokost på hotellet. Rommet var lyst og stort og rent. Beliggenhet var litt ugrei - relativt langt fra både sentrum og strandpromenaden/havna. Bratt terreng.
