This was the most awful hotel i have ever seen in my life. The stuff had very bad attitude and the room was awful - I was really shoked when I entered the room. DO NOT GO THERE, YOU WILL FEEL LIKE YOU ARE IN A PRISON. According to the Manager of the Hotele,MRS. P. BOEVA, the tourists have no rights, she is the only one person who can decide everything […] - if you, as a client, who had paid a lot of money to go there, has a wish, you has to bag her an TO PAY HER to help you! This was the awfulest 3 days in my life! DO NOT go there, this hotel should be called a hub, this hotel should not have even -1 star!!! I went there with my mother and my grandmother. My grandmother has difficulties walking, so it was crucial for the hotel to be close to the beach. This one is less than five minutes away from the beach and just next to the main street, so excellent location. We also had full board and the food was excellent. There was always plenty of food and a great […] variety of dishes. They always had something traditional Bulgarian. On the down side, the hotel is quite old and the rooms are rather small.
