Cork International Airport Hotel in Cork

We had a very nice stay in this quirky clean quiet welcoming hotel. Two small anoyances 1) the shower was very weak and 2) the key for our bedroom door kept malfunctioning requiring several trips back to reception.

Nice all be it quirky hotel. staff are great, rooms are both large and comfortable. Food in the bar is good. All in all nice hotel, I had a meeting in an office 400 yards down the road so all in all a perfect stay for me

Good hotel and very convenient to the Airport. Breakfast is poor though and the food in the restaurant is very average. Hotel is modern and rooms are big with everything you need.

Fine hotel for a quick overnight stay. Good rooms ok breakfast and very pleasant staff. much better that your standard airport hotel .

Very much a themed hotel, with general areas etc having a lot of airport decor. Hotel was comfy & staff were friendly Had a 3 month baby and there is a great baby changing facility in hotel. Was down for a family occasion & meal. Starters were beautiful, but main course a bit disappointing. What a great hotel, i neededa place for meetings around the airport and this hotel was ideal, everything in the airport area was within walking distance, literally two minutes to the departure lounge from the hotel. The reception lady was really friendly which was nice. The hotel decor is pretty cool to, lots of aviation bits and bobs everywhere, even […] in the restaurant seating which was fun. Bar area was pleasant and pretty busy but comfortable for somebody travelling on my own. Strongly recommend the burger. My room was huge and quiet which was all i ask for, a little cold as i couldnt get the heating going but it wasnt a disaster. Lees meer

Staff were very friendly and helpful,The hotel is very close to the airport.And the standard is first class. Will be back in January 2012

The stay was absoloutely brilliant and peaceful. Shuttle bus service is good , staff are helpful and polite, size of the room and comfort is excellent. Great value for money!!

The hotel was conveniently located to the airport so that was why I chose this hotel. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, however the beds were not very comfortable. They were okay for one night.

It has always been hard to find fault with this lovely hotel. On this occasion however we were surprised at how small the bed was. It wasn't a single bed but it was very small for two. We felt it may have been set out as a single maybe. There was only one container of shower gel and shampoo for two people also. Stayed in the Cork International Airport Hotel for business recently. Had a great stay - my room was huge, had really comfortable beds, nice bathroom, and, most importantly, was very, very quiet! Despite its close proximity to Cork Airport (just across the parking lot), I didn't hear a single plane take off or land - slept like a baby! Had been expecting […] a mediocre airport hotel but was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the place was! Found the staff helpful and very friendly. I ate dinner in the O Bar - the Strata restaurant was closed during my entire stay, which is a shame. The O Bar was great though - food was delicious, service fast. This hotel was a total pleasant surprise. One of two that are closest to the airport and yet no noise from aircraft. The room was the nicest of any room we had during a month stay in Ireland: large, roomy, and easily controlled air conditioning that didn't fluctuate like so many. It had a king-sized bed: the only one we had during our stay in ireland […] since almost all places have either regular or queen-sized beds. The bar and restaurant served excellent food and drinks and the service was outstanding. Avoid flying into Dublin if you can--with its expensive hotels that aren't anywhere as nice as this one--and fly into Cork and stay here. Lees meer

Very convenient hotel, a bit too showy and lighting really annoying in coridoors. Should coridoors just be well lit?? Why a dull green light? just wierd. Rooms great, comfy and fine bathroom. Got room service, cod and chips great but veg curry bad. Defo not worth the money. Coffee in bar downstairs pretty terrible. Just dont bother.

Not in Centre City Cork AT ALL (which is evident in that it's an Airport Hotel) but the room we had was AWESOME and it was an easy drive to Kinsale, which I think is a far better place to see/visit than the main city of Cork anyway! New and clean, free parking!

After a long drive, we got to the Hotel at 9.30pm checked in and manage to be in time just before dinner service ended. The servers were so friendly and warm its amazing to see. After food was served the server came back to check if all was well and were very attentive to our needs. We had to then return the car to the rental and the front desk was […] really helpful with all the informations. The room was nice and clean with a big bed and also air conditioning. Did not have much time here the first night but check-in staff very nice at 1 a.m. although room key did not work first time. Bed comfortable and spotless. Room really spacious - maybe a touch cool but nice decor. Male receptionist gave a follow-on call after the wake up call early next morning, very thoughtful. Went back another night to get a better […] view and this room less spacious, but enjoyed the walk to and from airport building, enjoyed the bar food and ambience and breakfast was fine too. Decor in bar and surrounds quite exotic. Highly recommend as airport hotels go. Still convenient to City and Kinsale if you had no car. Lees meer

A truely unique hotel in design that creates the impression of being en board an aircraft. Some of the tables in the restaurant are contained within a simulated aircraft fuselage with seats to create the impression you are on a plane! A real treat for both young and elderly alike! A superb hotel that benefits from space everywhere. Huge public areas, lounges and reception. Large bedrooms (on this occasion mine had a bathroom and separate shower room) and wide corridors. Service was excellent. Fantastic value.

This is an eclectic hotel near the airport. Perfect if you need to be close to the airport for an early flight.

I would only recommend this hotel if you were needed to catch an early morning flight. There was nothing wrong with the hotel, but it would not be a convenient location if you wanted to be visiting Cork itself and there are many inexpensive B & Bs in Cork itself. It was clean and nice.

Modern well appointed hotel with friendly welcoming staff. Rooms were functional and comfortable.

We only stayed over night since we were leaving out of Cork early the next morning. My hotel room was a huge suite! I have never seen a room so huge! My husband and I had a huge king size bed. There were 2 other single beds too. My 17 year old son was with us and could choose the bed he wanted! There were 2 separate bathroom areas. One with a toilet […] and tub with shower and sink, the other with a shower stall and sink. It was fantastic that 2 of us could get ready at the same time! I was thrilled with our experience at this hotel and loved our stay! I wish we were there longer. My parents also stayed in a double room which had 2 large beds (queen size I think) . Each room had a separate seating area along with a flat screen tv and a couch and chairs, armoirs, desk area, etc. I highly recommend this hotel and would give it 5 stars! lin Lees meer

We had a great stay here on New years eve 2010-2011. We were flying out early on new years day. Most pleasant and helpful check-in ever. We ate in the hotel bar- excellent food. I recommend this hotel for anyone using the airport.

Beware you don't get caught out with the different breakfast charges that they seem to have. I asked for a continental breakfast both mornings, but when I wet to check out, I had been chaged different prices, with both described as 'Full Irish'. When I questioned the difference I was told that oe price was for a continental breakfast and the other was […] for an express breakast - but that they are all described as Full Irish. Enjoyed staying in this lovely hotel. Very comfortable room and bar food was excellent. Will use this hotel much more in the future. It was great being able to walk 5 minutes to the airport and not having a long drive for an early morning flight.

This hotel is right next to the airport, so I would only recommend it if you need to stay near the airport. Not a good location if you are touring the city of Cork. Our first room was gross - the shower curtain smelled like moldy water. It was so bad that we couldn't use the bathroom. Great value of a hotel with quiet, clean room and comfortable bed. Restaurant has great food, moderately priced. Airport accessed by 3-minute walk out the back door or by early am shuttle. Will definitely use this stylish accommodation again !

Great hotel close to the airport. Hotel was very clean and in good condition. The only problem with the hotel was that the walls were extremly thin and you could hear people snorr in the room next door. We ask for a room facing the runway, noise from planes was not a problem at all. Breakfast was very expensive (£15pp) but very nice with a good selection […] of hot and cold food. I chose this hotel because it was close to where I had a meeting. It was quite difficult to find; the map on the website is wrong. The hotel is positioned at the far corner of the airport business park as you come from the main road, and entry is actually through the business park. The signs indicating this are only visible as you drive out of the airport. […] The hotel carpark is free, but very small for the size of the hotel, and was full when I stayed there. The hotel backs onto the longterm airport carpark, which is where I parked. Deals including airport parking are available if you book direct through the hotel website. This is my second time staying at this hotel, and once again I was not disappointed. Excellent staff, always willing to help you in any way they can. Great location away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet only a 5 minute drive. My only down point was the fact that the windows in the room cannot be opened, but that was compensated by air conditioning. […] Even though it is located on an airport there is no nuisance noise from landing and departing aircraft. From the moment of arrival helpful staff made the three day stay a pleasure and it was complemented by comfortable, clean bedroom and more than adequate breakfast.

Hotel lobby decorated with interior of airpland finishes.Beem me up Scotty. Excellent breakfast included with price.

Very convenient for airport, very helpful staff in restaurant and at the desk. Good to have decent, reasonably priced snack when we arrived after 9pm. Not as cutting edge as the website would suggest. Main downside was small fixed shower and shower curtain - would have expected cubicle style shower in such a modern hotel.

The hotel is fantastic if you have an early morning flight. It is a 5 minute walk to the airport. The rooms are nicely decorated and are very comfortable. It is spotless. The one problem that I found is the food in the restaurant is way over priced and if we stay here again, I would avoid it as the menu is no better than Mac Donalds!

The hotel is much more interesting inside than it is from the outside. The room that we had was spacious and well thought out having comfort in mind. Good value for money. However, this does not apply for the restaurant which we found very expensive and although nicely presented - did not justify the price.
