Wat een oase van rust is het hotel. Prachtig ingericht, mooie kamers waar je absoluut geen last hebt van andere gasten. Er wordt veel zorg besteed aan de inrichting, verse bloemen op je kamer, rozenblaadjes mooi geschikt. Prima team, goede sfeer onderling. Ontbijt is erg goed, keuze uit Europees en Marokaans. Receptie geeft goede adviezen over trips.Wij zijn met een gids door de souks gegaan, maar hij stemt alles af op wat jij wilt als klant. Goede transfer van en naar vliegveld. very nice place with very pleasant personnel. The only minor remark concerns the acoustic isolation of the rooms which is not ideal. Rooms on the ground floor are on the dark site. But very nice

you are entering a different world if you enter the hotel from the street. where the streets are busy and somewhat dirty, the hotel is immaculate. The rooms are large and luxurious, the food is great, the courtyards are quiet, the pool is ok. Especially if you want to roam the kasbah this is a good starting point. It is even possible to walk to the […] city center (the main square) in 15 minutes. Although the hotel has a pool, there's not much sun during the day because of the high walls surrounding the hotel. Our stay was only for 4 nights but we thoroughly enjoyed all of it. The Hotel staff could not have been any more friendly, all our requests were dealt with promptly and courteously. The food was of a good quality and well served. Our rooms although only standard were very clean, comfortable and nicley furnished. This is a great hotel. It it a little hard to find, but close walking distance to all the action. The hotel is very authentic and I would recommend it again!

Peaceful haven in the buzz of the Kasbah

with one of the receptionist who totally embarrassed me in front of a friend of mine and then acted like a total jerk. will never go back there because of that.

Our stay at the Riad was lovely, relaxing and would stay there again if we were to return. Everything about it was nice; the service, food, staff, ammenities. We were in a good location about a 10 min walk from the main square and main souk.

Close to the Royal Palace and a short and interesting walk through the alleys passing local food markets to the Saddian Tombs and Kotoubia Mosque. The hotel is also only a 15min stroll to the main square. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel. We were greeted in arrival with mint tea and morrocan biscuits before being shown our room and having a guided […] tour of hotel. It is very tranquil compared to the main streets. We love it!! Don't forget to take a cooking class at the hotel, very intresting! We have a great time there!!

We booked this hotel because of all the good reviews and it lived up to expectations.

Excellent riad, a welcome refuge from the noise and busy streets of Marrakech. The location is close enough to the central market and tourist sites. It has a fantastic pool to relax in and great breakfast buffet. It certainly is one of the top riads in Marrakech.

I picked this for our family stay in Marrakech (two adults, two younger kids.) Everything was outstanding and I can say this is one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff was not just courteous and friendly, they always went out of their way to help you out -- this is true for the entire staff (front desk, restaurant, cleaning, maintenance.) The […] riad is an oasis in a busy, hustle and bustle city. It is quite, peaceful, spotlessly clean and absolutely beautiful -- you can tell the attention they put into every detail. The restaurant is a fantastic way to start the day -- delicious breakfast with daily variety plus the Moroccan pancakes. In the evenings, the meals are prepared by a talented chef who pays attention to taste AND presentation. A few examples of how they go out of their way...they made special dinners upon request for our kids...always remember your room number without you telling them...bring you tea and cookies upon your arrival...take time to give you a tour of the riad and explain the city map...bring hot mint tea to your room upon request. Great location -- right between the two king's palaces, and a 15-20 minute walk from the Jemaa el Fna main square. After spending time in the hustle and bustle -- "ordered chaos" -- of the town square, it was always a great comfort to come back to the peace, quiet, and restful relaxation of The Les Borjs de la Kasbah. The place has an old charm that makes you feel at home instantly. I would recommend it to any and everyone. I still don't get the half-door showers so popular in Europe, which they also have at Les Borjs. This was the 4th Riad I had stayed at in Marrakesh. The place is beautiful, staff brilliant, breakfast and evening meals fantastic. Location was a reasonable 20min walk to the main jem-el-fna square. Down side was I booked this specifically as it had a heated pool and this was not working. Also there are lots and lots of "do not" signs and rules which […] tended to create an athmosphere of akin to a library. Most guests whispered. Most riads in marrakesh have roof terraces to sit out in. this one didnt as it is near the royal palace. the sit out area was therefore around the pool. This would be fine except the whole area was "closed down" by way of stacking all seats onto the tables to discourage using the area after dark, leaving no where to sit out in the evening. 4 star accomodations with 5 star treatment by the staff. You are treated like a queen or king once you set foot in Les Borjs. You really have everything you need at this hotel. A great place to escape the heat, smells, and everything that is Marrakesh...trust me you need it! I think a major bonus was the pool, because it is greatly appreciated in late […] August in 46 C. The poolside bar is also a bonus....who doesn't enjoy a cold drink by the pool? Breakfast is included which includes assorted pastries, egg, jams, orange juice, crepes, coffee. It is not the best... I would have liked some variety and less bread. There was a dinner and entertainment package on the day of our arrival which I highly recommend if available. It included two different groups of local musical performers, a belly dancer, a henna tattoo artist, and a 4 course meal which included...chicken pastilla, assorted vegtable tangine, lamb cous cous, fruit salad. It was the best meal I had in Marrakesh, but be warned that it is a lot of food! Room was very spacious and decorated very nicely. Another bonus of internet access. I didn't really like the location b/c it is quite an "interesting walk" through kasbah to get to the Medina and Souks. You also have to trek away quite a bit for food outside the hotel. We did get lucky and found a wonderful japanese restaurant nearby...Tatchibana. I also wish they had better tour/trip packages available at the hotel. Lees meer

Les Borjs de la Kasbah har enormt god service, utan at det blir overkill. Gode rom, roleg hage med symjebasseng. God og spennande frukost. God hjelp til spanande turar i Atlas-Fjella og turar til kysten. Hotellet ligg i bydelen Kasbah, ca.15 minutt frå sentrum. Det er få hotell her, men det gjer det endå betre å oppleve det ekte Marrakech. Dei vart […] i fjor kåra til det 6. beste hotellet i Afrika. Lees meer

Dette er den beste service eg har fått på eit hotell. Ikkje ein gong Raffles hotell i Singapore når opp. Du finn endå meir luksuriøse rom og omgivelsar andre stader, men ikkje ein ekstraordinær service som her. Servicen er genuin og ikkje påtatt. Alt frå mottakinga med servering av myntete, informasjonen frå hotelresepsjonen til hotellfrukosten med […] ferske marokkanske småbrød, pannekaker og omelett steikt og varma på staden. Til og med oppvarma symjebasseng var klart trass nattetemperatur ned mot 5 grader pluss. Hotellet ligg i bydelen Kasbah rett sør for sentrum. Dette er ikkje noko typisk hotellområde, men eit livleg og artig lokalsamfunn. Det er berre 1,5 kilometer å gå til den verdsberømte markedsplassen Djemma El-Fna. Lees meer

Förträffligt, med gångavstånd till Soukerna/Jeema El Fnaa(15 min). Mycket professionell och trevlig personal, fin restaurang med god mat och med underbar frukost. Hamam på hotellet (måste besökas) är såklart ett stort plus. Stort rum (svitkänsla i rum 203) med sittdel och stort badrum. Tack hela personalen för en lyckad minsemester

Nydelig hotell med veldig god service! Personalet gjør alt til enhver tid for at gjestene skal få et fantastisk opphold. Hadde 5 flotte overnattinger på dette hotellet, og kan varmt anbefale det videre. Eneste aber er at hotellet ligger ca 25 min gange til selve soukene og sentrum.Det positive med dette er imidlertid at Les Borjs de la Kasbah, som ligger […] i en rolig og lite trafikert gate, blir en stille oase fra sentrums støyende liv og impulser. Alt i alt gir jeg hotellet mine beste anbefalinger, og neste gang jeg kommer til nydelige Marrakech, så er det dette hotellet som blir min base :) Lees meer

Riad magnifique, très grande qualité d'hôtellerie pour un prix très raisonnable. Emplacement parfait à 15 min de la place Djema el fna. Le personnel est vraiment très serviable et agréable. Le seul bémol est la cherté des boissons, repas, sorties proposées par l'hôtel. Je conseille vivement cet hôtel et j'y retournerais sans aucun soucis!
