The Residences At Biltmore in Asheville

Visiting funky asheville, nc on the way back from Florida. Fun town with great restaurants. Our room had a full kitchen, large , comfortable bath, and a balcony where we actually ate one evening with takeout. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect place for an extended stay. Kitchen area well-equipped. Great location near Biltmore.

Rooms and faciity were immaculate. Very roomy, high end finishes in the rooms, all the amenities you could ask for. The staff was also excellent - we had to shorten our stay one day due to a family health emergency and the staff facilitated a refund on the pre-paid room. Very highly recommended by a very experienced traveller.

Second time here and just as pleased as the first visit. These are apartment like rooms with everything you could need.

Concierge was extremely helpful in coordinating special requests.

The stay was excellent........ so complaints. Will do it again if in the area.

Nice spacious hotel and great service . The Only drawback is that it is somewhat noisy if you have upstairs guests

It was a nice stay for sure. But honestly, next time I have to get a room right under the roof. We stayed at the third floor and had some people above us. We heard every move, I assume the lady never changed in other shoos than high heels. It was very noisy, especially at midnight.

Nice pool and terrific room with fold out sofa for kids and separate bedroom for parents. Close to resturants and shops. If we are in Asheville again we would stay at the residences without a doubt.

This was our second getaway to the Residences and most enjoyable. Pleasant decor, comfortable bed and all the comforts of home including fireplace and Craftsman couch. Parking is a little tight up top and sound insulation between floors is a little light by hotel standards but after all it is a condo not a hotel or motel. My husband and I loved the hotel. It was cozy and clean. It felt like a home away from home. We would definitely come back.

This was a fabulous place to say - can't say enough wonderful things about this place. Have recommended it to everyone I know. We are planning to stay there again.

My new husband and I visited The Residences for our short honeymoon and had a wonderful time! I had read many great reviews, but thought I would add another to the mix. The room was so spacious, very affordable, really convenient, and overall an exceptional experience. This hotel was lovely - extremely clean, beautifully decorated, quiet, and convenient to just about anything you'd care to see in the Asheville area. We were very impressed. The management even left us a handwritten card and some balloons, as we had mentioned that it was our wedding anniversary - nice touch! We'll definitely go there again.

Great service, great room, coffee maker did not work well and the complimentry coffee was not very good. The area is also not the best but it is convenient.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Does not have a hotel feel. I was very relaxed and ended up staying an extra day. Staff was very helpful and attentative. A must stay!

This was a large one bedroom apartment. The kitchen was fully furnished and spacious with full-size appliances. There was a dining area separate from the roomy and comfortable living room. The bathroom was roomy with a large walk in shower. The unit was immaculate. There was a balcony area with table and chairs. This is a lovely, small, pet-friendly hotel where you get a beautiful suite for the price of a hotel room. The suites have stone fireplaces, very nice full kitchens, and great baths with whirlpools and separate glass walled showers. The pool, hot tub and fire pit are nice bonuses. The hotel was in a perfect location and was just minutes from everything we wanted to visit. Be sure to check the office for special rates on admission to the biltmore estate.

We really enjoyed our stay in Asheville. The accommodations were very comfortable, and as a picky traveler, I would highly recommend staying at the Residences. We had a 1 bedroom suite. We checked in early and it was not a problem. Spent the day at the Biltmore and visiting friends so did not really take advantage of the pool, hot tub or work out room but everything was clean and everyone was very friendly. Very conveniently located for Biltmore as well as downtown access.

This was a beautiful hotel, however, my only complaints are that the bed was extremely firm so my husband and I took turns sleeping on the sofa. Even though it was cold, as it was February, we found that we could not use the fireplace as it quickly heated the whole room up to 80+ degrees. We then just turned the whole unit off.. Only to find that even […] after several hours the room was still too balmy. Who would have thought that the only relief was then to put the air on! Also.. The walls were very thin and we could hear our neighbors as well as he guests above us. There are zero smoking areas on the property as well. Positives were the modern decor, oversized shower and jacuzzi tub and close access to restaurants and attractions. Receiving the newspaper in the morning was a lovely touch, and the front desk staff was very welcoming and accomodating towards my request for extra coffee packets for the morning! Lol! housekeeping accidentally came into my room without knocking on one occasion and startled me.. But a few minutes later I received a phone call apologizing from the head of staff ;) Lees meer

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay here. The kids especially loved the open fire pit where we were able to enjoy a night of smores :-) The rooms were very comfortable and we were minutes from all downtown activities. We stayed here for 3 nights before departing for Gatlinburg, Tennessee. This place will be a no-brainer stop for our next […] Asheville trip. Definitely two thumbs up in our book!!! Lees meer

This place is more of a condo than a hotel. Everything was perfect! Only complaint, the garden tub in the King one bedroom suite is only big enough for one person, not two. Other than that, this place is perfect for romatic getaway. Staff was helpful, made reservations, and got us a cab so we could go out and drink without worrying about a DUI.

Convenient to downtown [2 miles] and to the Biltmore Village and Estate [500 yards]. The a/c in the room was a little noisy, but tolerable. Would plan to return again.

Very pleasant experience! Especially enjoyed morning coffee in the hot tub

After seeing this on the website, I thought it would be a pretty nice place to stay while my husband and I visited the Biltmore.
