Ocean Creek Resort bevindt zich aan de oceaan van Myrtle Beach, dicht bij Alabamatheater, Barefoot Landing en House of Blues Myrtle Beach. Bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving zijn onder andere Golf- en Beachclub Dunes en The Carolina Opry.

Ocean Creek Resort heeft een buitenzwembad, een binnenzwembad en een fitnesscentrum. In openbare ruimtes wordt een gratis snelle internetverbinding (draadloos en via kabel) aangeboden. De zakelijke voorzieningen bij deze 3-sterrenaccommodatie zijn onder andere een businesscentrum, vergaderruimtes voor kleine groepen en audiovisuele apparatuur. Dit appartement in Myrtle Beach heeft een restaurant en een zwembadbar. Het personeel kan op verzoek een conciërgeservice, een huwelijksservice en een cateringdienst voor evenementen regelen. Elke kamer heeft een balkon. Ocean Creek Resort heeft 350 kamers met airconditioning die zijn voorzien van een (laptop)kluis en een koffiezetapparaat/waterkoker. Een gratis snelle internetverbinding (draadloos en via kabel) is beschikbaar. Elke televisie heeft kanalen via kabel/satelliet. Elke badkamer is voorzien van een föhn en gratis toiletartikelen.
Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een strijkplank/strijkijzer en een klokradio. Bovendien kun je op verzoek gebruikmaken van voorzieningen zoals extra handdoeken/beddengoed en een telefonische wekdienst. Een huishoudservice is dagelijks beschikbaar.

Wij zijn 1 dag in dit hotel geweest. Prachtig en luxe hotel, alleen is het eigenlijk een zaken hotel. Het hoort bij een conventiecentrum. Ligt daardoor wat verder van strand. Het ligt wel kortbij een prachtig amusementspark waar enorm veel vertier is. Het park is gratis, maar je moet wel betalen voor de afzonderlijke atracties. Verder zijn de kamers mooi, netjes en van alles voorzien. Wij hadden voor ocean view gekozen maar achteraf was dat geldverspilling. Je zit namelijk niet kortbij de zee maar zo'n 3 mijl ervandaan. In de verte zie je dus iets blauws en torenhoge hotels voor je neus staan. Het ontbijt is erg uitgebreid maar niet goedkoop. Let op: orange jus moest je apart afrekenen (was wel vers). Toch ben ik positief over dit hotel en zou het gelijk weer boeken. Voor een hele week is het misschiens te duur, maar voor een paar dagen prima.

Our room had not been completely cleaned or as I told the supervisor when he came to check it out, it appeared they cleaned and then someone came back into the room, used the restroom, left garbage in can in kitchen and one restroom and bed was messed up. They were very polite and the trip was exciting. I would stay there again in a heart beat. The […] views were wonderful. Little problem at beginning but they took care of everything. "Ocean Creek Plantation Resort in Myrtle Beach, CA"
The rooms are antiquated and there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. My 10 year old daughter refused to stay there and I allowed her to stay at my sister's hotel on the beach. I had to change rooms because of the smoking smell (it was a non-smoking room). The other room was just as antiquated and smelly (moldy) as the former. I was afraid to […] lay on the covers because it just did not feel as if things were clean. I was in the elevator with one of the maids and she said, "I hate coming here, but I have to make some money." She did not care if I was there or not. This was my first time here! So Awesome! Down to earth & very friendly staff. Great location to the beach & ocean view. Only thing that they need to Improve: the Four Seaons Restaurant. "The Ocean Creek Resort - Great Place to Relax"
Relaxing peaceful environment with sidewalks to walk on and golf carts for added manueverability. Direct access to the beach away from the strip. Easy access to shopping and dining. Great place to relax.
"Good but pushy"
Check in was fine, the accommodations were what you would expect for this type of property. We were staying off season for one night for a concert right across the street. Would probably have been disappointed with this location if it was in season as beach access from the room wasn't easy. Only knock on the experience is housekeeping. Check out is […] standard 11:00, and I had housekeeping trying to get in twice by 10:30. The first time they rang twice and entered as I was coming out of the bathroom. "Decent, But Not Enough to Recommend"
The Ocean Creek Resort is not a terrible place to stay, but I would not recommend it. As soon as you walked in the room, you noticed the cheap, uninviting decor and musty smell. The carpet, sofa, and blanket seemed grimy and there were dead bugs littered around outside near the front and patio door. "OK for a bargin price"
We did not pay much for this room compared to others in the area but the room was very tired and old looking. Carpets were dirty and the bathroom was straight out of the 70's. Housekeeping was spotty as I founded used tissues on the night stand and cigarette ashes on the deck. Property itself was very nice. the oceancreek experience was very satisfying. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and we had no problems. Beach access was convenient and the shuttle lady was great. I would recommend this resort to anyone. Stress free days and very quiet

Ocean Creek Resort was a pleasant surprise. We stayed in a lodge on the third floor which gave you a screened in porch, amongst the trees, overlooking the pool. While the room was a studio with a small kitchenette, it was extremely c lean. Some might not care for the the rust on the refrigerator or the wallpaper that needed fixing in the bathroom, but […] the whole place was squeeky clean and the airconditioner actually worked quite nicely. The resort had a peaceful air to it with a wonderful paved path that led to the beach. The beach was a wonderland in that it included a river that flowed with the tides and created a beautiful place to look for shells and to swim in. This is my destination choice for Myrtle Beach. "Like stay in apartments across the street."
Nice little compound they have there. Not too far of a walk to the beach, but we were close to the towers (but not in them) It's neat. Pricey for not being on the beach. It's like staying in apartments across the street from the beach but the walk to the beach is better and you don't have to cross traffic.

"Yuck!"
It could be a nice place, but it wasn't. The grounds and the beach are nice. The room had a bad musty smell and the air conditioner barely worked at all. The worst of it was waking in the middle of the night to find a giant palmetto bug crawling on my neck. Pay a few bucks more and stay somewhere else.

The resort was definately OK and I would recommend it to someone who wants to get away but doesn't want to spend too much money. The room was very clean, a little outdated in parts (decor etc... and a blender from the 1970's....I didn't use it anyway) But the staff were very friendly and accomadating. I was a little upset that the restaurant on the […] resort was only open from 6am -11am for breakfast only. But it could be because it was the off season. The beach was fantastic! They have wonderful pools, I think I counted 6? I would definately go back. We stayd in the lodges. (basically a three story walkup) with our own screened in porch, They do have newer towers that face the ocean. They also have a tennis centre and it is closely located to attractions. "Great Hotel"
This hotel was excellent! I came with just me and my girlfriend and it was a wonderful stay. The resort has very nice and well upkept. The room was complete with a small kitchen and living room. The cooking supplies were all there ready for use. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
"Great Setting/Location/Value"
We were in MB to see a Band at the House of Blues. It was possible to be at the Hotel and walk to everything we needed or wanted to do. Very Nice! The hotel was a surprisingly great location and value. Wonderful room and grounds/beach, etc. Hopefully the next visit to the HOB and Ocean Creek Resort will be as nice as this first visit.

I enjoyed my stay it was more then I expected my mother lives close by. She came to visit me when I was there so now I have to make family plans at this motel the house keeper was very nice, she did a wonderul job everybody here treated me like I was one of thier own. I will be going back the breakfest was also great
"Excellent hotel"
We took a 7 year old and 6 month year old. this was a perfect family hotel. very clean. a small walk to beach but not crowed. the creek is nice because kids can play in it and not have to worry about waves or lots of people in water. garbage disposer broke last day there and stunk up room but overall this was a great place to stay.

Ocean Creek was a lot more than I had expected. It was an afordable, comfortable and convenient place to stain the at Myrtle Beach area. Pools(many, including in-door)and a great beach on the site! Great for families, golfers, romantic weekenders,or just about any one.
"Wonderful stay at a reasonable price"
Great place, near local attractions, a stroll to beach. Room was clean, breakfast was very good, I will absolutely go back there. Hard and Clay tennis courts, nice putting green, screened in patios for all rooms, pools outdoor and indoor. Really relaxing!
